BED BUGS!!! I checked in here on a work trip. Spent about 2 hours in my room before getting ready for bed. Turned my pillow over and very clearly saw what resembled a brown tick (later learned that ticks and bed bugs look very similar) on the pillow. I screeched and threw it across the room. Immediately left the hotel and went to the Holiday Inn Express 10 minutes away which was the same price and 1000x cleaner and nicer. So not only were there bedbugs in my room but the assistant manager stated that he would be unable to refund my room when I explained what happened. He implied that they do not believe me and will have to wait until the exterminator comes through. I definitely think this should have been immediately refunded…. GROSS!

Worst place I've ever stayed!!!!! The area is sketchy and shady!!!! Locals said don't walk alone anywhere around there. Just a run down area really. The hotel itself was even worse than the area. Looks nice in an old way however you can hear EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT LONG! Drunk people hanging out in the hallways all night long, loud, slamming doors (you can hear every door slam shut) there was water draining so loud from who knows where you could still hear it with the TV volume up and the AC running. Just the worst time ever. Zero sleep equals zero stars

Room was clean but very small. The lighting in the whole building was so dim. It felt like you were in a dungeon. The brightest lights were in the elevator. If you're looking for a great in the middle of town location, this is it.

Great hotel in downtown Warren! The staff was super friendly and have to say it’s one the of the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. This hotel has its own charm to it. Will definitely stay here again!

Being retired from being a director of housekeeping for many years at a 5 star hotel I would rank the Best Western right up there with it. Beautiful, clean and all the staff I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable experience. Great job Best Western associates. !! I know where I will be staying next time I come to Ohio

Perfect room, clean , plentiful towels, delicious breakfast. This hotel is beautiful. I will always stay here when I am in the area. Stumbling distance to the local winery..CharBernay’s. My favorite place to get a drink.

Decent clean room. A nice job has been done to maintain the historic nature of the hotel. WIFI horrible. WouId not even pop the screen to connect for my tablet. Ended up logging off wifi on my phone to be able to do anything. Television remote did not work. Minor inconveniences make it overpriced in my opinion.

Love this hotel! Front desk staff all very helpful, rooms large and comfortable and very clean. Restaurant/bar staff and service exceptional; great drinks and very good food with impeccable, friendly service. We're returning for a 3rd time next week.

Comfortable and quiet. Elevator broke, tv has bright spot, breakfast was a bit understaffed. Parking and finding the entrance was a small challenge.

Love this hotel! It is a gem of downtown Warren. I only stay at the downtown Best Western when traveling to Warren, which I do a few times per year. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with on the staff there has been friendly, professional and responsive, the rooms are very clean, and the setting in the heart of downtown Warren is picturesque.

Checked in and had a great experience. I rarely give a 5 star review but this location deserves it. The evening and morning front desk employees (two different people) we're above awesome, so polite and patient. Breakfast was decent, plenty of options and the room was nice. There's even a coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Could have used an extra blanket but not an issue.

The room was very nice, clean and great size. The staff was very nice. We were there because our area was hit with a storm and we had no electricity.

Rooms were nice sized, clean and quiet. There were several rooms with young children around us, and we couldnt hear anything through the walls. Basement restaurant was very affordable, and the food and staff exceeded expectations. It did take a bit longer to come out, but was worth the wait.

Our stay was unexpected as we were delivering a load down the street. We found this hotel by googling. Upon entering the immaculate public areas the decor was welcoming, inviting and comforting. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and accomodating - as we had to be able to park our bobtail semi truck. The room was well decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Watching TV afforded multiple choices as some on demand content was included..and continued with the pleasant decor theme. Breakfast was included and offered eggs, sausage patties, bagrls, cereal, an automatic pancake conveyor machine, cereal, along with a plethora of cold items. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Best Western Park Hotel is surely the Cleanest hotel we've been in. Everything about this hotel was Clean & Very well organized by the staff. The breakfast was great. Best Part was Courthouse Square across the street and Winery at 5 mins walk. Highly recommending for both business and leisure travel to anyone visiting Warren, Lordstown, Nile and Austintown

It was a great old hotel. The shower was amazing. The water was hot, and the shower head was amazing. The bar in the basement made it so convenient to get dinner late at night without leaving the hotel

Unbelievable! Upon check in was given a run down of issues in the room! Are you serious? Sheets not changed, issues with TV & remote! Not a great way to check guests in! Got to room, the bedding was changed & the room was very clean. Is small, dark, nothing like the pictures! TV & remote didn't work, tried to call front desk & the phone doesn't work! Refrigerator was off. The ice machine doesn't work. Bed pillows are the size of throw pillows! And as I lay here at 720 am, there's no coffee machine in here! And I can't call front desk because the phone doesn't work! We visit the Robin Theatre a lot for shows & we will never stay here again! For $240 a night you need to do better! I recommend this hotel to no one! I notified front desk about no coffee machine in the room in the morning. On a positive note, the room & hotel was very clean, employees very nice.

Room wasn’t ready on time, had a broken alarm clock. It’s wasn’t a good experience but wasn’t a terrible experience either. Could be better for the price paid.

Staff were nice but the room that my family were placed in was dark, upon arrival the lightbulb to one of the lamps did not work. The tub was stopped up. Towel had stains on them. The remote to the t.v. would choose its moments when it wanted to work and or not work. For the amount of money spent I would expect the quality to be much nicer. We ended up checking out early to stay at one of the Hilton hotels. Same daily rate for a much better quality in the room.

My boyfriend and I stayed a month for work and we had a wonderful stay. All the staff was so kind! Great spot right next to restaurants and the cool courthouse. There's an awesome bar called The Underground in the basement, also. Tracy, I believe a manager, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! 10/10 would recommend!

The wonderful lady working the front desk, Tracy, made our stay perfect. She was so helpful and along with the housekeeping staff, they all were so friendly! The room was spotless. The hotel was beautiful! They served up a great continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We will definitely stay again the next time we go see family in the area. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Not your average hotel but I had a great stay here, rooms were clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Ample parking around back (my biggest initial concern)

Worst place I ever stayed. Room service forgot coffee and towels. No Wi-Fi. Broken TV remote. Broken window hanging off it’s hinges behind the curtain. Shower only dribbled water which didn’t actually matter because shower curtain was not waterproof. Last maintenance visit to room left his tools on top of the toilet. Could not check in at front desk for 10 minutes as day manager was training a young man on the computer and told me to wait. No one else was in the lobby. Managers smoked frequently at the entrance of the hotel were guests entered and exited. Back door to parking was often left locked and keys did not work. Especially at night. Run - do not walk - to any other hotel in Warren. Holiday Inn was spectacular… Which is where I stayed on my next visit. Breakfast buffet absolutely outstanding. Room was perfect.

I like the place overall but my only concern was the smell. There was a extremely strong smell but that was nothing compared to the people there and the over all service. Thw breakfast food was really good too and the lady there was extremely nice to everyone there which made this experience more enjoyable.

Im 66 years old and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was immaculate and 100 percent odor free as was the entire hotel. The free breakfast bar was outstanding. It had plenty of everything you would ever want to eat to start your day. I would give it a value of at least $15, if not more.
