Chicken sandwich is pretty good. First time trying it. Looks like they pull it from the whole breast rather than a coated filet. Always love their potatoes. Always went for dinner and live it. First time going for quick lunch and I will try to fit in a stop more often.

Save your time, money, and health by passing on this place serving mainly dry chicken and cold fries. Very bland and reminds me of why I sometimes really dislike chain fast food carry-out restaurants.

I ordered a party size meal over the phone with ease. My order was ready on time and I picked it up with ease. The food was delicious.

This business is doing poorly. They have old cooking equipment in the dinning area. They offer much less on the menu. Food took way too long and was not that good. The place was filthy. I will never go back to this location again.

The food is just great! The workers are so nice! I hate that they are closed on Mondays but i definitely understand why. Keep the good work up guys!!

Best Chicken Shack in Michigan. The food is always freshly cooked. Customer Service is great. They've had the same chef/cook for over 10 yrs. They take cater orders and the orders are always done on schedule and hot. The best time to go is around 11 a.m. because your wait wont be as long. The avg wait time in the drive thru is 5-7 minutes on a slow day. On busy days you can wait 10-15 mins. Don't forget the barbeque sauce!

Whenever I'm back on this side of town, I get chicken here. Prices may be a bit higher now, but it's so worth it. Been going here for chicken since my Senior year in high school, off-campus lunches... circa 1992. Been to other Chicken Shacks and none compare. This is the best one, hands down. Service is always friendly, chicken is always hot. The coleslaw is THE BEST! Do it. Go get some. You know you wanna.

The Best Chicken Shack out of ALL. I NEVER get burned potatoes from here unlike the other locations. My food is always on pointe whenever I come here. Side note( bring cash and don't use your card it cost a little more to use your card and less with cash)

I stopped just to get a couple of appetizers. I then decided on a rib dinner. The ribs were dryed out and the top of them were black and like wood. The fried mushrooms were encased in so much batter, a lot more batter then the mushroom. Terrible.

Sure the price is a little high, they do have great chicken and broasted potatoes. Honestly I wish that they still offered Smelt. Why did they ever take it off the menu...? Still a great place to go, we have never been disappointed.

Garbage service. Go there with an online order, coupon applied and they say they didn't receive order. So I request they manually accommodate me and apply the coupon, but they refuse. See, once code is used I can't use again, not even at another store. Congrats you chicken slinging losers, you got my email and phone # for a promo I couldn't even use. Great business mode; see you again never.

The best Chicken Shack around, other locations have fallen off with their food quality and service but this restaurant is still fantastic. Be prepared to wait for your fresh order but it's well worth it.

Best ribs that I've ever ate, and the chicken is absolutely delicious too.. Most of the time I get a carryout, but once in a while we'll eat there, and that interior decor has needed a makeover for 15 years of better.. With the amount of money that they bring in, Im a firm believer that they can afford a 5-10K for a new facelift on their restaurant 👍👍

WOW! Price increase for dry ribs, Cole slaw was dry also, and the cod pieces are now half the size they used to be. A lot of changes in this store not for the good, it use to be a regular meal for us. Gonna try someplace else next time.

What the heck did you guys do to my ribs. My God they were Awful. Never have I had a problem at this location. What happened? They literally tasted like last week's ribs that were cooking the entire time. It felt as if I was chewing on telephone pole shrapnel that gets knocked off with a weed wacker that just got used in whipping up the rear side of a 3 story cattle barn in August. I want an apology. My first visit, just a random stop and OMG everything is so hot, fresh out the fryer food, very fresh, comfort food and the service was amazing.

Was in a bind regarding a party order that didn't go through. The team worked their butts off to cook up my (huge) order with no warning out of the kindness of their hearts and I SO SO appreciated it! Y'all saved the party!

I can't even leave nothing good 😪 because of the service was horrible 😫 they charged me 11.00 for 6 bites an the fries was dark 😕 an the manger was rude 😑 won't be going back didn't even get full from my meal smh was still hungry a waste of money and time not a happy customer poor customer service oh yeah meanu outside is not up dated at all they go by the high prices in side with small sizes for your bucks false advertising 😢 an still had to pull to the side an wait an extra 10 minutes until my little kids meal got done with no accommodations at all smh won't never take my money back there ever again

Pretty good service at this location. They don’t normally get orders wrong. It’s usually fairly busy and their dining room is closed for dine in, however, you can go in to the dining area to pick up your carry out. It’s located just off the freeway which is perfect since I normally go right before work and can just hop back on the freeway. I recommend the chicken sandwich. Best one I’ve had from any fast food type of place. Other than that, not much to say. It’s chicken shack, get ready for a nap after eating it.

THE WOMAN WORKING THE WINDOW TODAY WAS SO FRIENDLY. Chicken shack has upped their GAME with their menu. Food was perfect & on point! They let me take my time to look over the menu since I haven’t been in forever too. :) awesome. 10/10

The young man that waited on me at the drive-thru I think he's his name was Alonso he is one of the best and kindest young man that ever waited on me in any restaurant in Michigan I put this place way ahead of any other restaurant if you want good service if you want good food if you want fresh food if you want a safe place to be in line at a drive-thru this is the place Alonso keep yourself as kind as you were when I met you at the drive-thru I wish all young men was like you and kudos to the rest of the workers there I will be eating here every Friday and every Saturday from now and I live in Ypsilanti Michigan but I come down there to work Friday through Mondays and a little machine shop like I said Alonso Wilson he's the best

The dining area was closed so we could only order from the drive thru. But I ordered an 8 piece meal for my family with the potatoes and coleslaw and a 2 liter of pop. Chicken was hot, my potatoes were great! The only thing I wouldn't get again is the coleslaw. When our food was brought to the car the employee was engaging and had great attitude! If you like broasted chicken check on Chicken Shack.

Love the broasted potatoes. It is drive thru only but for me that works great as I'm usually called in and just picking up.

I've enjoyed Ribs from Chicken Shack for years. Anytime I ride by after work the line is usually pretty long, but the team has it running smoothly. Keep up the awesome job and great Flavor. It's always worth the wait.

They are kinda pricey. But they have great service and they give you a nice amount of food. They have only been taking drive thru customers for over a year.

This place is ridiculous. Not open on mondays....close at 8??? Ever since covid.....its ridiculous. Like people dont eat past 8 or on mondays. News to you guys. Dinner time for most working people isnt even til 7....and lots later. Honestly your only hurting your own business. And if whoever owns thos location isnt seeing this, then obviously he is on board for not making money either. Check your other locations....bormal people hours...COVID IS OVER PEOPLE
