    Horrible management Horrible experience The manger was rude bc I made an online order of 90 bucks and two of the meals were not available. She said I would have to cancel the order and reorder. I couldn’t and I had already placed the order 30 minutes prior. Wasted an hour of my time and encountered the worst customer service of all time. Thank you for that and moving forward to the black female manager I hope you do better moving forward, you set the tone for your employees and doing a great job in customer service starts with being kind. No gloves no hairnets just vibes…. Is not a good job nor the bare minimum of working. Please respect yourself and others.

    Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Long wait time to place an order in drive-thru. Wanted 5pc tenders, rep had to check to see if they even had some, then said they were being dropped, "right now". Rep asked if I wanted to make it a combo, "yup, mashed potatoes, drink w/no ice. Asked for salt/pepper, they didn't have any. After several minutes I received a box of straight up garbage! It was Immediately clear that 3 of the tenders were fresh and 2 were very old and cold. Not too happy but I thought 3 would be okay. Then I opened the mashed potatoes it literally looked like someone ate out of it. I was formed in a weird shape and looked disgusting. Biscuit was dry and hard like a hockey puck. I guess I lost it when I realize that the drink had ice. I didn’t even try to eat that garbage. Called the store to express my concerns. The phone was allowed to ring several times before someone picked up and quickly hung up. I did 3 more cycles of the ring, pick up, hang up before I gave up. What a wasted of $13! Will never go back there.

    Could not get anything. After waiting in line, they only had dark meat. I give up on Popeyes. I have tried other stores and had similar outcomes. Lines are excessively long. Again no more, not worth it.

    This Popeyes location is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! I didn't want to wait in the extremely long, backed-up line at the drive-thru so I went in & observed the employees goofing off in the back with absolutely zero sense of urgency in getting the flow of customers moving. I also witnessed dine-in individuals in the dining area that were agitated for the long wait time. Annoyed, I left and will not be returning. What in the world is going on and why isn't management doing anything about it?

    It was a horrible experience. The card machine was down in Drive thru so you had to go in and once you got in they would only sell wings to those buying a family meal. Please forgive me but I was taught that you sell things and make the money that's currently in the house. The manager said that she was told by her boss to save the cooked wings for big orders until their truck came. The price on the menu board was lower than the register price. Anywhere else that would be a scan error or difference of price and should be corrected. The staff tried their best to be pleasant but the upper level management has to do better preparing the local restaurant for quality customer service and success.

    After waiting in the drive-thru I get to the speaker and was greeted, I asked a question about ghost pepper wings and the cashier went ghost. After 6 to 7 min she comes on speaker to say, you ask about those wings. By that time I changed my mind and asked for spicy tender combo ok fine. As I approach the window, I see a small hand waving stop from the drive- thru window. I guess there is a timer at the window. After 2 min a hand comes back out to wave me forward. Get my order pull over to eat but no spoon for my side of mash potatoes. I decide to running in and ask for a spoon, once I enter five people was complaining about the pop dispenser, not having a knob to get pop etc… It’s 11:54 am in the morning, place just open right but was very nasty. Floors sticky, doors very nasty with fingers prints etc… the spin around she put my spoon in was nasty from old pop spills and sticky stuff. Never ever will I be back. My food wasn’t the best either, skin on the tenders was very soggy and seemed old but the mash potatoes were good. Oh and no napkins was in my bag.

    20 minute wait on 1 blackened chicken sandwich, dirty dining room. Normal in the city limits of Detroit. Much better quality in the suburban locations.

    I ordered ghost pepper wings and red beans and rice thru the app for pick up. When I got to the drive thru I let them know my name and told them I was picking up an order I placed on the app. When I get to the window they hand me my bag, I pull off and I notice I was missing the red beans and rice. I pull back to the window and let them know and they gave me the rice. I get home and actually look in the bag and notice it had 2 chicken sandwiches, and chicken nuggets. It also had a receipt with someone else's name on it. I drive back to the store and tell them they gave me someone else's order - I was supposed to have wings, and the lady who came to the counter with her dirty white shirt and foul attitude was nothing but nasty to me. Told me I said nuggets, when I clearly kept saying wings (even the customers who were in there stated I said wings), and my app clearly says wings... Also I was charged for wings!!!!! Then she comes back after having a full attitude and cussing at me to say they didn't have no ghost pepper wings, only regular, and not enough to give me 24. At that point I was done. There was no consideration for the fact this was all due to their mistake not mine. I just wanted my money back. She told me I had to go thru the app, which I did, but that was some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Will NEVER be back. I don't need someone to ask me about my day or to be overly friendly, I just require basic decency. At no point did I give her or anyone there attitude. I don't know what is going on in her life but karma does come around and if she doesn't learn to treat people how she wants to be treated, she will start to wonder why bad things tend to happen to her.

    Online app orders can't be picked up in drive through. Come in and wait, it's 80+ degrees, they forget your order. Happened to me twice. The second time over an hour ticket time. It seems like they are fighting on the inside to keep up with current orders, probably short staff. Lets get these mf an AC and some OT. As for me Peace

    This was one of the worst experiences I had. 1st problem is it’s hot as ever in the lobby. I came in and stood in line for over 10 min before a worker told me drive thru only. I went to drive thru , which is beyond slow. Waited in drive they for over 20 min for me to get to the window and I’m assuming the manager told me to come inside, her drive thru was closed! This was for kids, that’s the only reason I waited but everyone in line was also upset. Don’t go here yall

    the 3 piece spicy tender meal was actually okay. however, they were out of blackened ranch, they refused to make blackened tenders, and they were out of everything except Sprite to drink. ALSO: the dining room was not heated, and it was like 50° inside. I had planned on eating in the dining room, but choose not to freeze to death and instead ate in my truck.

    The food was fresh and hot. The idea of the cashier also having to gather and bag orders is terrible. Service times would increase greatly if there was a runner doing the packing.

    Waited for ten minutes at the drive-thru intercom with no one acknowledging me I saw there was two cars waiting in line in front of my car, one being helped at the window while I’m still patiently waiting for them to actually use their headsets and say “good evening, could you please wait to order?” But no, the three headset wearing mgmt and employees couldn’t be bothered until one person counted down their drawer to then be able greet a person waiting in the drive-thru. After that unnecessary wait, I was unable to order the food I wanted because they were out, which is fine but to have someone waiting that long for a “we’re out” is ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend poor customer service.

    The chicken is always super juicy and yummy and their sweet tea rivals McDonalds. Good place to go if you've got munchies. Way better than Church's in my opinion.

    Ridiculous waiting time at the drive through. The line wasn’t even long at all. It took 30 mins to order, then another 20 minutes to get my food. Need to improve on this. Not coming back again.

    This location needs to terminate literally every employee and start from scratch. I’ve ordered here in person and online multiple times as it’s close by and EVERY time I’ve gotten the “we don’t have this or that to fill the order.” I literally tried to make 3 different substitutions and they were mysteriously and coincidentally out of EVERYTHING by the end of it. The staff is rude, lazy, and basically just hangs out all day getting paid to do nothing. They constantly claim to be incapable of filling ANY ORDERS just to get customers to leave….I’m mind blown that management and the owners haven’t started over from scratch.

    I walked in & tried to order my food. No one was at the counter & took awhile for her to come to the front & take my order, 2-5 pc ghost pepper chicken. It took me about 5 minutes if I had to understand what I wanted. SMH as was not a complex order. It took a minute but I finally got my order... and boy was it extra hot with spice.

    I've never had a positive experience at this location. My last order was through the app. When I get there, they tell me they didn't have what I ordered. So why was I charged? To top it off, my drinks were room temperature. I asked for ice and they said both ice machines were down. This is not a legitimate business. I will never return.

    They are slow in every aspect!! With about 8 people behind the counter barley taking orders but are having conversations and whatever new girl they're training wasn't even paying attention to the girl training her lol a mess all around. Waited forty minutes for COLD food

    Went here for lunch ....line was ofcourse long .....no problem placed my order didn't have what I was tryin to get so I got something else the only thing in the box hot was the biscuit chicken was cold and they gave like 6 fries 🍟 with my order if I could have turned around and took it back I would have very disappointed....

    This is the second time I've came to this particular Popeye's franchise and both times I've sat in the drive-thru for more than 25 minutes with one car in front waiting as well for 20-25 minutes for one order! Are they killing the chicken while customers are ordering. This is senseless

    I hate that I'm even writing a review about this place, but this is more of a BUYER BEWARE PSA. I only ended up here because my son really wanted some Popeyes while he was in town. What we didn't expect was the bait and switch with their on-site advertising. Signage all over this damned place showed an 11-pc Family Meal for a certain price. We waited exceptionally long with only 1 car in front of us, only to be told that despite all off the ads, they no longer have that offer. She told us that they had a 10-pc, which we selected, only to find out that it was MORE than the advertised 11-pc. LoL Fool me once.....!

    1 of 3 menu boards not working no mac and cheese. 15 minute wait for a sandwich. no shrimp why bother opening the doors. Store inside was filthy with trash on the floor. Girl working the register was apologetic and helpful.

    Waited 30 minutes for my order, and went back to the window for my money back and it took another 15 minutes to get my money back. The manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional chastising a supposed subordinate in front of customers, won't be going back to that Popeyes.

    One of the worst locations in regards to service, quality, and the wait time is beyond terrible. You would think it would be completely hot and fresh by the time you got up to the window after waiting anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes if not longer

    Order my food only to be told afterwards not to drive to window yet because of the service timer obviously 😌 wait 7min for a 3pc instead of my suggested 4pc 😔 not to mention one piece looked sm & deformed and it was a breast, suppose to been a thigh.. horrible service all around
