I
ordered
ghost
pepper
wings
and
red
beans
and
rice
thru
the
app
for
pick
up.
When
I
got
to
the
drive
thru
I
let
them
know
my
name
and
told
them
I
was
picking
up
an
order
I
placed
on
the
app.
When
I
get
to
the
window
they
hand
me
my
bag,
I
pull
off
and
I
notice
I
was
missing
the
red
beans
and
rice.
I
pull
back
to
the
window
and
let
them
know
and
they
gave
me
the
rice.
I
get
home
and
actually
look
in
the
bag
and
notice
it
had
2
chicken
sandwiches,
and
chicken
nuggets.
It
also
had
a
receipt
with
someone
else's
name
on
it.
I
drive
back
to
the
store
and
tell
them
they
gave
me
someone
else's
order
-
I
was
supposed
to
have
wings,
and
the
lady
who
came
to
the
counter
with
her
dirty
white
shirt
and
foul
attitude
was
nothing
but
nasty
to
me.
Told
me
I
said
nuggets,
when
I
clearly
kept
saying
wings
(even
the
customers
who
were
in
there
stated
I
said
wings),
and
my
app
clearly
says
wings...
Also
I
was
charged
for
wings!!!!!
Then
she
comes
back
after
having
a
full
attitude
and
cussing
at
me
to
say
they
didn't
have
no
ghost
pepper
wings,
only
regular,
and
not
enough
to
give
me
24.
At
that
point
I
was
done.
There
was
no
consideration
for
the
fact
this
was
all
due
to
their
mistake
not
mine.
I
just
wanted
my
money
back.
She
told
me
I
had
to
go
thru
the
app,
which
I
did,
but
that
was
some
of
the
WORST
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced.
Will
NEVER
be
back.
I
don't
need
someone
to
ask
me
about
my
day
or
to
be
overly
friendly,
I
just
require
basic
decency.
At
no
point
did
I
give
her
or
anyone
there
attitude.
I
don't
know
what
is
going
on
in
her
life
but
karma
does
come
around
and
if
she
doesn't
learn
to
treat
people
how
she
wants
to
be
treated,
she
will
start
to
wonder
why
bad
things
tend
to
happen
to
her.
