ROACHES!!! NEVER AGAIN FROM HERE, bought pizza about 4 hours ago and after the pizza cooled I found a few small roaches in the pizza box!!

Done with this place. Between forgetting to put the pizza in the portal, or giving your pizza to someone who came in after you, the level of incompetence is astounding. Take for instance, app says they open at noon on Sunday. I order at 12:10. Get no update on my order by 1, so I drive up. Lights off, door locked. Even the sign says they open at noon. I call, some mouth breather grunts they open at 1:30. I ask for a refund, they give me a corporate number that is also closed. This location should be stripped of its franchise.

I went to this location on a Saturday night. It was extremely busy. There were customers inside and outside waiting on their order. I don't have anything bad to say about the location. I can slightly see in the back, were there were 3 workers. They were working continuously. Communicating with each about orders. I ordered online. I wish I knew the cashier name. She was a young Caucasian girl on Saturday, August 26, 2023. SHE WAS EXCELLENT! SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL! She NEVER did let anyone upset her by being rude or impatient. GREAT JOB! You need to be the lead cashier. Just smile more and have the lobby under control better. Different lines. Order, Payment, Pick-up line. Customers should know nowadays most places are short staffed. Especially a pizza place with $5 large pizzas on a Saturday night. Think about it. If she didn't come to work, it would have taken even longer.

I use to go to this location all the time when I lived in the area cuz they make the best pizza and their crazy bread is always amazing lots of butter. I went there the other day and yup they still do their pizza amazing and fresh and crazy bread as always was fresh and buttery. I recommend this location for sure.

Manager is dumb as hell. She couldn’t answer basic questions and I had a portion of plastic glove in my food. As a food service manager myself I’m appalled and extremely irritated. Do yourself a damn favor and don’t order here drive to royal oak or something.

Despite What looks to be adequate staffing (there were 5 employees) for some reason there is always a 30 minute wait for a simple hot or ready. Last time they literally took 40 minutes then said "we lost your pizzas" and offered me free soda since it would be another 15 minutes. Come-on guys...being patient with short staffing is one thing but this was just chaos.

I came into this place today at 12:00 pm and they didn't have anything ready? How do you not have anything ready during the lunch hour? The pizzas they sold me were rushed out under cooked and made me sick!! The 300 pound peice of cattle behind the counter had an attitude and couldn't care less!!

I didn't want sausage on my pizza and instead of making the price less expensive they wanted to make it more expensive. Claiming it's a custom order. More like a custom idiot less should mean less money

Great job Aaliyah. No job is “easy” but front counter with customers hungry and waiting for their orders comes with pressure but when I was in she handled it like a pro. Remembering customers names and orders and staying positive and friendly during a rush. Thanks so much!

This was by far the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. The place is absolutely to small first of all, secondly they have one person taking all the orders and he was slow as hell. I think a sloth moves faster than this kid did. This place was on Ten Mile and Ryan and it is surely the worst place ever. And the pizza wasn't even that good. The crazy bread was better than the pizza. Won't go back to this place again ever . Don't waste your time or money.

Employee was really rude. We asked for butter and parmesan and it looks like she pound half of the otter on it😡

This store has employees that are fast and efficient. They know how many classic pizzas they sell and they have them made fresh, hot and ready to go out the door. The line moves quickly. The employees are professional and friendly.

Ordered a pizza was charged for additional crazy bread, when I protested a boyfriend if girl behind counted pushed me outside and threatened to "shoot" me if I defended my self. 4th time in a row I've had a very bad experience at thus location. Suggest u travel to another location even if it's not convenient. This location is a disgrace to the little Caesar name

Newly remodeled, great atmosphere, great pizzamasters making delicious world famous pies, service was above all expectations. This is now my favorite Little Caesars

Every time we order, we order without cut. 9 times out of 10 they cut it anyway, costing time and possibly money. Not following instruction, and it happens almost all the time, and at some point it gets irritating and annoying.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 orders of Crazy Bread. I received it soggy. They charge extra for pizza sauce for dipping. Worst experience ever. Never going back.

Called ahead for an order. Apparently you should use the app instead! I waited 15 minutes in the building. I called ahead and didn't show up for 15 minutes! I kept being told "just a few more minutes" I called so I wouldn't have to wait!

Ordered online 40 mins ago for ONE item. And when I went to pick up was told they couldn't get the o line to work and only able to issue refund because they were understaffed.

Super Bowl Sunday, I assumed they tried to get ahead of the crowd and may have gotten too ahead for comfort. The hot and ready was ready but hard. I wanted an extra most best but settled on the hot and ready rather than to wait 15 minutes. I should have waited. 😒

I came here on Sunday the 16th at around 7:30 pm. It's a HORRIBLE location. When I walked in the back, the employees were blasting rap music & just making a loud ruckus while customers stood in line waiting to be served. Very unprofessional. The lobby was absolutely filthy with trash on the floor, dirty counters that haven't been dusted, & a collection of debris that collected were those sauces are kept. I wanted to take more pictures, but just wanted to pick up a pizza for someone and get the heck out of there. I hope the owners of this Little Caesars reads this, & makes some improvements.

This is my favorite LC in the area because it's so close to the house and it's a cheap way to get dinner. Rating 5 stars because the manager CHRIS was an AWESOME guy. I had ordered some bread sticks and unfortunately they were not really "bread sticks", more like bread nubs (see photo for example). Chris let me know that they had a new person start and they are not up to speed like the other employees. And he even resolved the issue by offering a free replacement breadstick at my next convent stop. Chris is an awesome manager and needs some recognition, for running a busy as hell LC and being able to assist me with my issue, not to mention training the new employees. You go Chris! Keep up the good work man!

Every time I go in this store everyone is friendly and nice. They always try to make the food asap. Last night I ordered online but they didn't have one item on the website so I called the store and they had everything ready for me. They never disappoint.

Order online from little Caesars delivery. 1 pizza came burnt, 1 came half round - half thin crust, none of the crazy sauce or garlic sauce was delivered. I went up to the store even though I paid for delivery and had to argue to get the burnt pizza remade. They wouldn't refund any fees because it was thru door dash even though they didn't give the driver the crazy sauce which is behind the counter. Manager did not care at all and was unhelpful. The guy behind the counter was nice tho

Went after a long day my son and I shared a pizza toasted (a bit burnt) too tired take it back ..will check next time. This has always been a safe haven for our family to eat .

Food was alright. Ordered through the app. They loaded the wrong pizza in my pizza portal, so that was disappointing.

I would like to give less it if we're available. Don't bother calling ahead, this particular place would rather give less care of taking your order then getting you out the door and taking your money. Garbage mentality

How are you going to say online and on the sign at the front door open till 10:00pm? You are advertising something that is clearly false, false advertising to the world should result in a shut down and due to the false advertising I will never return here again. To everyone out there DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Save yourself time and go to a different location where there isn't false advertisement.

The place is ALWAYS packed... U go in for a hot n ready .... yet u gotta wait in a 20 min line.... how does it make it worth , the "hot ready" serves quick , hit & ready...yet spend just as much calling and ordering it inadvance. if you were to call & order in advance or doordash maybe try uber... u would get it so much quicker than walking in for a hot n ready

11:30 am .... Picked up 2 of the Besties (?) Pepperoni. Had to wait 10 minutes, but that meant really both were "hot and fresh!" It did seem that they momentarily ran out of several popular items, and had to rush to replenish, but customers weren't obviously cranky about it. Nice, friendly young man on the register.
