I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes only to receive very old chicken. The coleslaw was very dry and flavorless as well. The chicken was dry and barely warm. Everyone there needs proper training on hold times, rotation and how to move customers along in a timely manner. Big time fail tonight!!

Sad meal. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru line just to get up to the front to find out they didn’t have what I ordered. They said, “would you rather have spicy chicken tenders instead of the regular you ordered… or we will have to make them now and that’ll be at-least another 10 mins.” After debating waiting, but realized that I’d be in the drive thru for a total of 30 minutes. I said I guess I’ll take the spicy. There was no apology or any discount given for giving me the wrong food. First time at church’s chicken and will most likely my last. Also the sauce was covered in gunk. Gross.

Ordered a 6 piece meal .they forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy and it came with a very small coleslaw. My chicken sandwich was dry and tough Wich means old . The biscuits were good and the chicken strips were good. for the cost of my order and unhappy experience I just have to go elsewhere Next time . Just not worth the risk quality is important to me in these trying times. I understand it's hard these days but you want my money you have to earn it.

I ordered the feed 6 family meal on doordash. I called church's and requested that they please do not forget the sauce for the tenders because they always do (I didn't say it like that)and they said no problem. Food arrives... no sauce no biscuits no white meat chicken they sent dark and everything was spicy!! I can't feed my small children that old greasy burnt spicy chicken that they sent. I mean some were burnt some had hardly any breading and were only breading. Lol! I live right by them and I never had a good experience there. By the looks of it very few do. I really hope they start caring about their customers or just close the restaurant.

The chicken was good. I hadn't had it in a while. However, we watched the drive thru girl holding our food while talking about a bill with a person that walked up after she had our food. So we waited watching our food get cold. Personally, I would have asked the lady to wait a minute and finish what I was doing.

Chicken tasted like burnt old chicken grease and did not taste like churches chicken it tasted like something else and Breading looked so dark. Corn was old and no taste at all. They were out of biscuits. Food was not fresh and just looked and tasted gross 🤮 Next time I’ll drive to another location because it just didn’t do it for me. Just close down!!!!

An employee was very rude to my grandma I believe he was arabic he called her the n word plenty of times and told her to go back to 8 mile I would like to talk to someone about this his behavior was ridiculous. The chicken was old and hard.

The chicken tasted awful. The oil was burnt the skin was better, biting into the chicken heavy strong nasty greasy taste of the burnt oil. This is not the first time that I noticed it happening. This is the third time that this has happened. I have complained twice. Nothing was done about it and now I decided to write in the review. 👎👎👎 zero stars for rating

I ordered 10-piece Chicken only. I got old and dark burnt chicken. Made the purchase at 1230pm. I asked the manager for fresh chicken. Never going back. Be going here for 10 years or more.

I was told that it will take 15 minutes to fried chicken because they didn’t have what I asked for after I paid I respond. No just give me a refund. I was told to move and park in the front because they are on a timer the manager came to the window and pointed at a sign Saying no refunds, even though the chicken was not made, the crewmembers laughed and thought it was funny. I told them I will be calling corporate. The service was horrible. They took all of 26 minutes to give me food. Do not go to this place. The service is horrible. I will recommend Chick-fil-A or KFC where you can get a refund back and treated well Dequindre Warren, Michigan is the location they will never get my business again.

I visited this place , I spent every bit of $10.00, a 3 piece,small mash and a biscuit. When I opened the box , it was some dark greasy old chicken!!! ( Not fresh ),What a waist!!! Still hungry!! Can I be compensated for that!! Ridiculous! I will never go there again!! Also a young guy was playing in his hair serving food!!!!

This place is horrible. The person taking your order can't speak or understand English very well. She just gives you what she think you said. The food is always dry hard and cold. This place really need to close down.

Been so long since I had Church's Chicken. Couple of my friends and I decided to go out for lunch. I must say, there was some of the tastiest chicken I had in a while. Good prices Fair service overall I'm happy

If u get there after 7:30 pm u might not get any white meat cause they close at 9 pm...But I think they have the best tasting chicken especially for the price...

Horrible Horrible Horrible food!! I was served food that none of the workers wouldn't have ate themselves!! I ordered two $2.99 so called "feasts" and a small fry. Paid $10!! The chicken was dark greasy and burned tasting. It definitely sat under the warmer for awhile and was not fresh. The $3 small fry was half OKRA, half dark, overcooked, greasy, warm fries, they were not fresh either. The biscuit and pepper were the best things. So disappointed, I don't come to this one and now I see why. The one by my house on Livernois is way better, I won't be back.

The food is way more expensive than they used to. People working does not have communication with each other. Got my order wrong all three times I went there. Maybe their speaker system need to be fixed? They cannot hear the order correctly, or they just don't care.

We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one answering on the mic. Someone got out of the drive thru line to check to see if anyone was inside. There was one cashier and one cook. Church's food is now very expensive considering the customer service is lacking and their products and offerings have been reduced. We decided to go to Chicken Shack on Ryan instead. Chicken Shack answered their drive thru mic, cooked our food to order, and were friendly. The food was also delicious and they have better offerings. Church's on 10 Mile & Dequindre should sell the business or close permanently.

It took 40 minutes for carry out 3 piece and got home no potatoes chicken wasn't done internal temp was 123.gross had to cook myself. Hoping I have receipt. I'm sure people got very sick. The place was busy!!

The price of the 2-piece dark meat with sides can't be beaten in today's era of high prices. I love the chicken! So moist and crunchy. My husband also liked the baked mac and cheese even though the portion is rather small.

The chicken is top-notch! They also have the most wildly delicious biscuits ever! Plus, they serve corn on the cob and fried okra! That's all we tried on our first visit, but we will add to our review after we try more menu items.

Never ever ever go to this place they rule and disrespectful they give you anything they want to give you the chicken was hard as a brick couldn't eat it nothing was right they always get the order wrong I want suggest this place to anybody they need to close it down or put new people in there

We placed an online order at 4PM to be picked up at 8:45PM. The order was to feed 6 adults. I arrived to pick up the order and was told that they didn't have enough food to fill the order. They offered to turn the fryer back on and make what they had but that was not a satisfactory situation. Nobody contacted us to cancel the order. Never, ever again will we visit this establishment.

Came here on lunch break with my love. Now we know how churches do, but darlings, imma need for yall to have better customer service. Yall know how to cook some chicken, but try saying can u please wait a second while I finish an order, I apologize for your wait. Don't just stare or smack your lips, it's rude. Cars parked in front of the store. I try to go in. It is locked. No sign on the door. They tell me I have to go through the drive through. I guess the parking in front is for employees only. "10 piece dark please" "Would you like a meal with that?" "No, just the 10 piece dark." "Do you want cole slaw?" <Pregnant pause> No. Just the 10. Piece. Dark. Please. Chicken was OK. Service has always sucked lollipops.

Just terrible from the service to the food. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and I finally went on the inside. Amh big mistake I should of just left. I still waited on the inside even though it was only me. They stood around talking and saying how they were short staffed. Got my food and it was blah. No flavor and/or taste. Just a terrible experience.

Never go close to closing. The mac & cheese was cold and stuck together. We didn't get the extra mashed potatoes we ordered. Chicken was good but I doubt we'll go back anytime soon.

I visited this Church's while visiting Detroit from Cincinnati for the weekend, and their food was SLAPPING! Fresh hot tasty chicken, hot okra and great service. They forgot my biscuit but oh well.

Ok my order was short 1 piece of chicken and my large mashed potatoes looked more like a small. But the chicken was hot and delicious. Biscuits were good as usual
