I had an awesome experience everyone was super nice my pizza was hot and fresh. i didn't have to wait long at all wonderful experience keep up the good work guys.

I'm sure the employees in store are nice but called and placed an order for delivery which the lady on the line was beyond pushy, impatient, and kept cutting me off, fast-forward 30-40 mins later our pizza looks like it's been nuked, zombies on the walking dead look more lively than our pizza, only 2 slices look fine... We currently do not have a vehicle so taking it to have it replaced is not an option and due to the wait we are HUNGRY so we will have to make due... Definitely not happy for once and unfortunately cannot figure out how to add picture

I normally go to this location instead of the Hazel Park location even though I live in Hazel Park. We ordered a large pizza with the double pepperoni and when we got it it was way overdone and the crust was not flavored at all. The Hazel Park location sucks too. I give up on hungry Howie's I will be ordering at a different pizza place from now on.

I can't remember the name of the woman that was working the night that I came up there. But I had accidentally ordered the pizza from the wrong Hungry Howie's and I wasn't going to make it to the other one before they closed and I had promised my daughter so the woman working there I wish I could remember her name I think it was Mary maybe she was short hair she made my pizza for me when they were supposed to close in like 3 minutes. So I would totally recommend this place to anybody you guys have excellent customer service thanks to that one girl

Messed up orders a few times. Pizza constantly overcooked and lacking ranch on the chicken bacon ranch. Last time (earlier this week) we had the longest hair baked inside along with several smaller hairs layered throughout pizza. Go elsewhere

I frequent the Hungry Howie's 9 Mile and Ryan location often, I always get great prompt service. My order is always correct and my food is always hot. I love Robert & Aaron they always give great customer service.

Best pizza place in the area. They always provide fresh, delicious, mouth watering pizza with love and care.

They do not have a delivery driver. They use door dash. When you order on the Hungry Howies app they do not update your order at all.

I got the best pizza here that I’ve tasted in a while definitely will be ordering again oh not to mention there grinders chef kisses good for a lunch

We asked for light sauce because they usually put extra for gluten free pizza and got none. They also did not put the crust flavors on. Management needs to get it together.

EMPOLYEES, were very disrespectful, i ordered my food online around an hour ago and it still has not been done, i also noticed that the touch dirty things and don’t wash their hands PLUS THEY DONT USE GLOVES. I will not be coming back to this location EVER again.

They don't cut the small pizza that i order by using a pizza cutter just weird 🤬all of the pizza slices stick to each other.

I ordered online and was surprised when a doordasher brought my food. I was charged $6.99 for delivery fee so I only tipped a few dollars. Had I known it was going threw doordash I would have tipped more. Your website should say it's a doordash order. As a doordasher myself I know how much the driver makes and I was embarrassed that i had no extra cash on me to give the driver. Also had I known it was threw doordash I could have used my discount I get for being a dasher myself. Please post on your site that its threw doordash.

I'm only giving a 3 star because I know that people don't want to work. But don't offer delivery if you have to use a 3rd party driver cause my pizza was cold when I finally received it when if I knew that you didn't have drivers I could have picked it up

They don’t wear gloves when they make pizza, I sow a lady with tattoos on her face grabbing shredded cheese and spreading it on the pizza. It’s disgusting. Yeah, hygiene is not followed up correctly here.

Disappointed this time. XL pizza crust was like cardboard. Cheese bread was good..

Hungry Howie's 9 mile in Warren Hires outside contractor to deliver pizza. I placed my order and it was delivered by the outside contractor who stole half of my order my order. I called them he said there was nothing he could do because It was an outside contractor I order from these people for 23 years and I will never order from this location Again.

The 3rd party order phone service, with foreigners that doesn’t speak clear english, is the worst thing the company could have done. You can’t understand what there saying, then when you get to the store to pick up ur order it’s completely wrong.

This store is clean and the staff are friendly they have so many selections now for so many flavors and sauces I'm sure everybody will be pleased creating your own unique style of pizza

Placed an order on 7-9-22 for delivery. Apparently they use door dash to deliver now. The store called me 45 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive to let me know door dash picked up my order and decided not to deliver it to me. I was told I would be issued a refund. I called door dash they said hungry holiest is responsible for the refund because I ordered it through there app. I called hungry howies 7-11-22 to inquire about my refund. They told me 3 business days. I called the store again on 7-18-22. Had no answers for me. It is now 7-20-22 and still no refund nor have I heard from the manager. I order from there all the time. If I do not have my refund by Friday 7-22-22 I will not only order from that store but I will not order from any other hungry howies location ever again. Truthfully it's really not about the money it's about the disregard and disrespect from them. I also called corporate and fell the same about them. I know each store is individually owned but as a corporation you would think that they would be more respectful and take care of the situation rather then saying nothing we can do!!!!

I frequently DoorDash and get food at this store. The staff is amazing! Especially the manager Aaron! They literally go out their way to make sure I’m good and their customers are good! I don’t even go to any other hungry Howies anymore. Thank you so much for the good energy every time I come into the store. It’s greatly appreciated ❤️
