Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to have pasta. I had the 6 oz steak with pasta. The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted and the garlic sauce on top of the steak give it a great taste. Had the chicken gnocchi with the meal. It’s one of my favorite soups there. Raspberry lemonade was also great. It was my first time trying it and it was absolutely amazing.

Went to Olive Garden for the first time ever with my 2 daughters and we were very excited because we've always heard about this restaurant but it's not available where we live. We first got there and was told there is a 20 min wait even though we saw so many empty tables, but we didn't mind as there was a seating area. 5 minutes later they told us our table was ready. After a little wait we met our waitress and placed an order. The manager must have heard it was our first time there and said we can select any appetizer and it's on the house. This was super kind! We ordered the ziti's. Super yummy to the kids and they loved that cheese Alfredo dipping sauce too! I ordered 2 kids means and a soup and salad. I told our wait staff that I'll order the kids meals first and think about my order because the kids are really hungry. But then I ended up just ordering minestrone soup and salad. We heard about the reputation the breadsticks had which is what we were looking forward too. We just assumed it would come with the food ad bread usually does. After a short wait, the minestrone and salad came. That was all fine. The kids waited and waited. It took so long for their kids meals to come. In fact I had to wave to the waitress to ask again. By now...my food was done and the kids couldn't care less to share the salad or soup with me. We didn't even think of the breadsticks (we forgot). After a long wait, maybe 30 mins after we ordered came the kids meals with 2 cups of water in disposable cups. They were so hungry I I think of much. And we were so busy in conversation too. We later realized we didn't get the breadsticks so I had to wait to see our waitress. I finally saw her and asked...she said she forgot. We got them...they were so good actually but we should have had it before the meal. I had to wait a long time again to finally ask for the bill. We couldn't find our waitress. When I got the bill, I didn't get a receipt for the breakdown as the screen she showed me was for the tip and then she left. Usually they stand and wait right anyway, I ended up paying more than expected. Still gave the fair tip. Walked out in the pouring rain and when we got to the car we realized she never served my kids their drinks they ordered. It was just a very weird experience for our server to be so forgetful. I guess if she showed me the receipt I would've seen the items. Anyway, the service was poor besides the very nice restaurant manager. The food was good...we really liked the salad, the ziti and the kids meals. I didn't know it was unlimited soup and breadsticks or any of that stuff. It would have been nice to know this. It would have been nice for our server to explain things to us as it was our first time there and she clearly new this. Not sure if I'd go back to one but we are glad we finally got to eat at an Olive Gardens :)

I’ve been eating at OG since i was born, my mother held the baby shower at the 10 mile location and my parents met working there together so my expectations are quite high. The waiter was good but I had to return the bread it was cold but the replacement basket was great. My favorite soup the zuppa had chucks of sausage that i had to break apart and only had 2 potatoes. The chicken parm was good but this location is unfortunately my least favorite in all of Michigan.

I live kind of in a rural area, and I save my eating out funds for a special treat. I haven't had Olive Garden in a while, and I got the chicken parmesan with the salad... Also, bread sticks with Alfredo sauce for dipping. I was so excited to sit down and eat. And I opened the box, and there's barely any sauce on the spaghetti. The chicken looked like there was 1 1/2 pieces. They actually cut a piece in half. Hardly any mozzarella covering the chicken. I cut my chicken into squares to eat, and every bite I would chew up and spit out because there was a gristle or rubber consistency on every bite. I wanted to cry. I just spent $25 on something I could not even eat one bite of. I tried sending an email to Olive Garden website and said out of order.

Marge is an INCREDIBLE server! Engaging, fun, humorous and truly went above and beyond for us and other tables (I spotted her making sure the glasses were really clean before using them). The restaurant wasn't very busy the night we went, so service was quick and all. Food was nice.

I haven't been to this place in ages. We had a family function there and the food was good. Our server Ann did a great job for her alone waiting on about 13 of us. The place seemed clean also including the rest rooms. This Olive garden is out of my area but will be back to one near me.

We’ve been to this Olive Garden several times. We’ve had occasional poor service, nothing worth complaining about. However, tonight was the worst experience I’ve had at an Olive Garden and I don’t think I will be able to eat there ever again. Our server was fine, I think she was training. She brought our soup and breadsticks, after taking several bites of the soup I realized the ground beef in our soup was completely raw. I was super grossed out and set it aside. I went to grab a breadstick and MOLD!!! Literally mold on the bread. Our food came and we told the waitress what happened and she apologized and took it to show her manager. The manager who was sitting up at the front doing work on the register did not seem phased in the slightest. The waitress came back and offered us free dessert. More food? After our food was completely repulsive? No thanks. I didn’t eat a bite of my entree. They brought us the bill and charged us full price for everything. No manager or cook or anyone other than the server came to apologize. We’re too nice to say anything or make a big fuss so we paid and left. Very upsetting experience as it is our 4 year anniversary. I feel bad for the servers who were clearly remorseful and powerless in the situation. Won’t be back! 🤢

recently visited Oliver Garden and had a great experience. The spaghetti with meat sauce was delicious, with a rich and flavorful sauce that paired perfectly with the pasta. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The prices were also reasonable, making it a great value overall. Overall, I highly recommend Oliver Garden for anyone looking for a tasty meal at a fair price in a comfortable setting.

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated interior and exterior of building. Our food was prepared very well. It was delivered promptly and hot. Endless salad and bread sticks is awesome. The Tour Of Italy was delicious and consisted of Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico and their signature Fettuccine Alfredo. The meat sauces include pan-seared beef and Italian sausage lasagna. More than enough that a hearty eater would be full. The endless bread and salad was great. Our server was very experienced and kind. Her attention to our needs was nice and showed her obvious experience. I will return to this restaurant again.

The food is good but I felt like it was a long time to wait to receive the food.

If it wasn’t for the nice waitress we had gotten…this would have been a horrible experience. The food was not good at all. I have not been to Olive Garden in years and this was just disgusting. Soup was cold, food was gross. Way overpriced! The best part of our meal was the breadsticks and waters. My fiancé and I each ate not even a quarter of our meals, Won’t be back.

Anthony, as listed in other reviews was really great. The good was hot and tasty. We celebrated a birthday dinner for my mom and my daughter and Anthony brought out some personalized desserts. Awesome service, we had a great time.

I tried the eggplant dish for the first time and it was absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a no meat item, this is perfect. My server recommend the extra sauce and I AM SO GLAD I LISTENED!!!

(A Regrettable Evening at Olive Garden) My recent outing to Olive Garden turned out to be a culinary misadventure that I'm compelled to share. From the moment we walked in, the aura of indifference among the staff was palpable. The service was nothing short of a letdown; our requests were met with apathy, and it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than valued patrons. The culinary disappointment continued as we delved into the dishes. To my dismay, the food arrived cold, as if it had been waiting for its grand entrance for far too long. The flavors, overshadowed by the fact that the temperature was way off, were uninspiring. The most memorable aspect of the meal was an unmistakable stench, something that should never accompany a dining experience. Even the ambiance failed to salvage the evening. The once-inviting interior now seemed lackluster, and the state of the floors was a visual testament to neglect. Dirty floors not only tarnish the overall atmosphere but also raise questions about the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness. In hindsight, choosing Olive Garden for a dining experience was a regrettable decision. It's disheartening to witness a place that was once synonymous with a pleasant dining experience fall so far. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts improvements because as it stands, I cannot fathom recommending this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying meal and pleasant dining atmosphere. Because to be honest the best part of the meal was the chocolate at the end, my soup had no seasoning or taste. The chicken Alfredo was disgusting and my chicken was cold, the whole meal tasted like it was microwaved. It was a traumatic experience for me and I wholeheartedly hope that no one goes there again.

The stand out thing, was our server Anthony G. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Short staffed and full restaurant. Good was great. Best experience wife and I have had in a long time.

Enjoyed chicken tortellini alfredo, and my sister had the shrimp alfredo and paid extra for broccoli.

Went there for dinner last night at 8pm. 5 of us sat in Dana section which she was ok. But the food was terrible..spaghetti and meat sauce had big blobs of meat in it, looked like steak or whatever it was. It was supposed to be meat sauce. Sent it back but they did make me fresh dish. Shrimp scampi was terrible too. Asparagus was as hard as a rock and very dry. Was cold too. What pissed me off was where was the manager at? Nowhere to be found. Never even seen her once...didnt get asked I'd we wanted dessert or refills at all.you guys weren't even busy at all just short of help..but not happy at all. My bill was 31.17 and the other bill was 29.71...very disappointing

My sister and I went here for a nice lil sister lunch and it was enjoyable. When u first get here they have a qr code they have u scan so you can check yourself in. Our server came over quickly and we were able to place our drink and apps order. Our food order was placed not long after and came out within 10 minutes. Everything was delicious and we even placed to go orders for our spouses. All of the servers wore masks as well which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

The best food ever in usa must try. Is very good the chiken shrimp pasta is a must.try it. Few things needed to be fixed the salad bowls need to be glass not plastic and the napkins need to be white to be guarantee that they are clean. Or the restorant has to give people extra paper napkins. I cant trust a black napkin. And the staff uniform usulay is dirty. And staff nails were dirty too. So the owner has to ask staff to wash the hands often and cut the nails too because they are touching the food. Please please please dont use plastic dishes on a restaurant its very dirty its corona guys, plastic cant be desinfected, and cheap... we pay 100 $ pasta to eat in plastic ??? What is this conney island?? You go on a restaurant not just to eat but for the experience. And the fact that has to be clean has to be primary thing. I hope they change. Dollar store has real dishes for 1 $.

Don’t waist your money at this place go somewhere better. I ordered take out for dinner on Friday. I got Alfredo with shrimp and scallops. After eating it an hour later my stomach started to feel weird. Sure enough the next day I got food poisoning all day Saturday

Food was very good; Seafood Alfredo with extra Alfredo sauce. Zuppa Toscana was absolutely marvelous!! I bought a GALLON to take home. I did NOT care for my Alcohol Beverage ( I like good / strong drinks) . Our waitress was friendly & attentative. Can't wait to go back.

Our waiter was not friendly at all. She seemed super rushed and rushed us. She walked away as I was still placing my order. I did not expect this.

The app was acting up at checkout so I came n and placed my order. The ladies working the desks were nice, helpful and attentive. I like the fact they text to tell you when your order is ready. And it was ready a few minutes before there projected time. Sorry food smelled too good to take time for pics…maybe next time!

I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years. Took my mother there for lunch because that's what she wanted and MAN, we were NOT disappointed. The food tastes like it did when this restaurant first came to Michigan. Fresh and Delicious. Jasmine was our server, very pleasant. The manager even stopped by our table to greet us. Nice job

Now, I understand you being a “equal opportunity employer” but you have a worker who is clearly autistic running and jumping around the bar area and dining room making all types of noises and scaring people who are trying to eat. Again, I understand all of this but him sitting in a chair directly behind guests and making these noises is distracting and really uncomfortable. Also, the black lady at the front is annoying and she told us we couldn’t sit in bar area that was DEAD bc she only has one bartender? LADY!!! The bartender is going to be busy with our table either way we came to drink!!! Finally let us move and we were shocked that the bar and bar area itself was DEAD. Also the never ending pasta bowl isn’t the same size each time the bring it to the table.
