I bought my Trek 4 summers ago. The people are extremely helpful, not trying to make a sale, but help you to find a bike that will work best for you. The service is fantastic. The classes are there to educate you and they are local. Have recommended to neighbors and friends who have also purchased bikes and extremely happy!

Came in just before closing. Mike was super helpful in answering my questions and helping me get my new bike. Alex was kind to offer to install some of the accessories I purchased along with my bike even though they were past closing time. I really appreciated their attention to customer service. I drove 1.5 hours for this shop and was not disappointed. Great selection of bikes too.

Great place to purchase an e-bike! They carry numerous brands and styles and are very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried several different e-bikes and the salesperson was kind and didn't mind our multiple questions and requests to try each for a ride. They do charge an additional $100 fee for assembling the bike, but it only took a few days until ready. When we picked it up we got an excellent walk-through tutorial on every feature and function. We asked many questions and were satisfied with the time spent to answer all of them. I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend Macomb Bike to anyone!

Very knowledgeable sales staff, super helpful, non-commission people. Not pushy, prices were competitive with what you could find elsewhere. Having year long support and free adjustments locally is so much better than buying on line for this type of purchase, well worth keeping the local shops open!

I don't usually give reviews but these guys were great. I was wanting to buy a bike after years of not riding one. They were super patient answering all my questions. I happened to have a warranty issue with my brakes shortly after buying. They took care of everything and even upgraded my brakes. Super friendly, highly recommend.

A great local bike shop. Very laid back. Clean and professional show room. No pressure from the sales people. Competitive prices relative to other local stores. They carry many brands with Trek and Giant being the mains. They have full service for repairs and tune ups. We've bought several bikes there over the years. Highly recommend them.

I was shopping brands and I went with Trek because of the information and reviews for Macomb Bike. The sales process was awesome. Loved the bike straight away. All the accessories that I saved to my cart were shown to me. The brands and the sizes that I wanted. The shopping was quick as I like it. Long term service and maintenance is important to me and I believe it will be excellent

I have serviced and bought bikes here and the staff are amazing and very helpful. Very transparent with their service, they don't try to change something not broken to charge you more. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with one of my spokes right before I had a long trip planned and I was in a bit of time crunch. I took it in here and Jim was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 30 minutes at a good price. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Clean organized bicycle shop that has a decent selection of bikes and accessories. This place has helped me tremendously. A few months ago I invested in a new bicycle as I needed one I could commute longer distances with and take off road. After attempting to go through several other shops and getting treated poorly, this place not only sold me what I was looking for, but they’ve gone above & beyond to make me feel welcomed. They are community oriented and host events. I’ve gone on one of their group rides which was followed by a taco lunch they provided for free. They host free roadside repair presentations. They have answered A LOT of my questions both over the phone & in store. One day I rode 25 miles from the house then messed up my chain. I called and over the phone, one of the guys talked me through how to fix the issue. They even offer free tune ups for the first year when you buy a bike through them. My only issue was the miscommunication when I needed to get my first tune up. I called on a Friday to see if I needed an appt and was told I could just bring it in…However I was not told until I arrived that it was going to be a week out. When they learned that it’s my only transportation, they asked if I could come back the following Tuesday and they could tune it up while I wait…so I did that. So after waiting 4 days and riding 40 miles (2 round trip rides to the shop) the job was done. If I would’ve been informed over the phone that it was a week wait OR I could bring it in on that Tuesday and wait while it’s fixed, it would’ve saved me 20 miles of riding. Other than that, my experiences have been nice.

Me and my brothers have been customers at Macomb Bike for many years. Whenever I come in, Jeff, Lauren, and their staff share biking knowledge that helps me select exactly what I need... be it a tube, tire, mountain bike, road bike, or some styling bike clothes. I've recommended their shop to friends who were looking to buy for the first time and those who were looking to upgrade. I've also attended some of their rides, some with very special meanings... Dan's Memorial Ride and their Breast Cancer fund raiser to name a few. Great shop and great people!

My experience was fantastic, Alex worked with me and really listened to my needs for a new bike. Spending time to determine the best bike for my needs, then mocking up a bike to test ride before ordering my Surly Bridge Club! Once my bike came in, Alex spent more time fitting and adding accessories to my bike to make it comfortable. I live an hour from Macomb Bike, and will happily drive back for all my biking needs. I recently purchased e-bikes from Macomb Bike with my boyfriend and we had an excellent experience! The staff at Macomb Bike were all very knowledgeable and friendly, and the process of purchasing our bikes was incredibly easy. Unfortunately, one of the bikes did have some wiring issues, but the staff at Macomb Bike handled the issue with no problem at all. Alex worked very hard to ensure we were happy with our replacement bike. We feel very confident with our purchase because they stand behind the items they sell. I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff & Alex, who were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Macomb Bike to anyone in the market for a new bike or e-bike. Recently worked with Alex to purchase and upgrade an FX Sport 6. The whole experience was first class! Communication and general customer service was spectacular. They went above and beyond working with me to spec the bike out exactly as I requested, and did a very clean job with assembly. This is the only place I will go moving forward for both purchasing and service!!! :)

Did my own research about e-bikes before going out looking but had never ridden one. There were many choices at Macomb but they had the exact one I was looking for. I was able to ride and decide! Alex ordered my correct size and I brought my bike home yesterday. If you're on the fence about an e-bike don't be! This is a fun ride!

I just left the store and I just want to say that this is the best bike store ever the staff is nice helpful and very knowledgeable. They totally got me already to bring my bike from outdoor to indoor and set me up with a new seat which I love and helped me convert my bike to be able to fit on the trainer that I bought. Everyone in the store goes above and beyond and they provide the best customer experience for that I highly recommend shopping here for all of your needs and I give them 10 stars hands-down.

The only reason I took one star away is the prices were a bit high. But my family has bought our bikes here over the decades, and I thought I'd keep to the tradition. Customer service, helpfulness, knowledge, and friendliness of employees is 5 star. Quality of the bikes is excellent.

Jim helped me with the purchase of my Aventon Level E-Bike, he was very knowledgeable and was able to give detailed answers to any questions I had. Jim also answered some important questions I didn’t even think to ask, which is always very much appreciated. A couple of days later I came back to have some adjustments made to the gears, Jim helped me out again and was quick to get it done. Great guy and 10/10 service, and of course the bike is great too.

Well stocked, knowledgeable staff, great service, friendly atmosphere, honest sales staff. Been coming here since 1996 and, as I raised my kids and recommended Macomb Bike, I have purchased over 13 bikes myself and have had many others purchase there. They do community rides and have been very generous in donations to our church’s mission trip fundraisers. They ARE the BEST!

Excellent customer service at every step with the staff at Macomb bike! The day I went in the store I was immediately greeted by a staff member and within a minute I had my bike in front of me. The staff member who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions and showed me a few accessories. Never felt sold to or pressured to buy things I didn’t actually need which is so refreshing!

The level of service I recieved when I came in to shop for a bike was astonishing. Alex was my sales person and he made certain that I tried several bike styles and types to find my perfect fit. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He sold me accessories I would use but didn't try to push me to purchase anything unnecessary for my needs.
