My wife and I came here after a great evening out. 45 minutes after we got here. My wife had ordered her steak medium well and it was so well done that you could even cut with the stake knife. We sent it back and 25 min later we got it back and it was still bleeding. I understand that things are bad because of coverd but when we are told that one of the cook's has called off and the manager is taking care of the kitchen and waiting on tables there is a problem. We will not recommend or return to this restaurant ever again.

Had French toast and cheese and mushroom omelet. Food was great, bathroom was clean and service was alright

Horrible experience, we were sat down and then had to wait about 25 min just to be asked what we had wanted to drink and then wait 15 more min to be asked for our order. And then we waited about 30 to 35 minutes for our food. Once the food came it was horrible, I had ordered the chicken stir fry it was cold and you can tell nothing was fresh it was all frozen. The waitress was horrible with a horrible attitude and was extremely disrespectful. We had no forks or spoons once served and I had about 2 flies fly above my food. Point is I’m never coming back

Ok, let me start. I take my Jacket off to sit down and instantly realized I made a mistake. It is freezing inside the building. I hurry and get my winter jacket back on. Me and my mother order... mind you there's literally only 2 other patrons here with us. After 25 minutes and no food, we ask about our order, our waitress is balancing on the back of one of the booth backs touching the dirty ceiling with bare hands. She jumps down and grabs our food that had been sitting there getting cold with bare hands that just touched the ceiling. I ordered something called a breakfast bowl? All it was is a bowl of gravy that was horrible. Picture included. I've wrote enough. Biscuits were horrible too. Pop was ok though. Go get a carry out Pepsi anytime. 7.5 hours later: As I am dealing with the ramifications my wonderful breakfast afforded me, I speak to my mother (co-patron) about my "struggle" throughout the day, I ask if she read this review? She says yes, but I forget about the flies... And yes I did. On top of everything already mentioned, I had gnats (very small black fly) flying around my suspected food and face. She tried to clap hands and kill one and paused, saying she thinks she got it. Hands are then slowly opened to check for a culprit... Nothing. I said it's probably in the food and it'll be supplemental protein. True story.

I like this place. It's nice. The staff has never been rude to me in all the years we have come. The food is good,then service is good. A great place to go for a fast bit to eat with no frills. Not gourmet food just good food at a good price. Plus they are open 24/7 as of this posting. Check it out for yourself, not going to cost much ☺

If I could give it a 0 I would, I picked up food for co workers and the food was awful, the burgers were not cooked all the way thru & had a bad smell, salad had wilted lettuce, and the potato skins were black totally burnt It was absolutely disgusting. Wasted money and not going back! I should have trusted a friend who said he has not been there in years because the food was awful😡 who knew He knew

Five stars just for the service. Fast, efficient, and very friendly. It's everything you would expect of the finer restaurants, but lately just haven't been getting. Nothing in this place has changed since I was a kid. The food is pretty much taste the same. I like all of this!

This rams was okay but not great. As you can see in the pictures a few things were plated sloppy and was a lot over done on the wrap. Or server was helpful and a little rude but I don't think she meant to be. My brother wanted a burger with bacon added to it and she said well we are just gonna do a different burger and do no cheese. But she kind of did it in a rude manner. It is hard to explain. I would also like to point out that I am an aspiring chef and I see more now that I take culinary classes while I was waiting to pay I had the pleasure of watching a waitress plate a side salad. The way she was plating it was using no gloves picking out the good and bad lettuce from each other which kind of grossed me out just because I know how it should be. Then there was problems with the register and they didn't know how to work it. The food tasted good except for a dry wrap but other than that it was okay.

I used to go there there food was good. But, today I went with my wife to have breakfast and we ordered as usual the plate contained 3 eggs with hash browns and bacon. The big problem was when we got the order was something disgusting they put a lot gravy white on the order it was look like someone through out on our order when I asked the server why it's that she answered me that's your order I told her that's not same the order we saw in the food list she just told me sorry you right and didn't take any action like change it or something else. The order was like that as picture shows.

Since the owner switch this place has majorly gone down hill. First went the familiar faces that were there for 10+ years some of them close to 30. Then it was the daily regulars disappeared. The pride just isn’t there anymore. The quality isn’t there anymore. Definitely my last attempt at this location. It’s a shame. Was one of my favorite restaurants. Please come back old owners

My omelet tasted microwaved. Coffee like cardboard. I already had low expectations but this was on another level. Avoid if possible. I didn't eat or drink any of it and they still charged me full price. Duck this place. The lady was nice; but not nice enough to justify this exceptionally subpar experience.

It's ALWAYS a welcoming environment, clean, the kindest staff and the food is very good. I'm convinced that they cook and serve with LOVE!🥰🥰😘

Friendly and fast this couldn't be a better little spot to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is a usual for me and it's always delicious here. I had the Benedict Bowl and it was made to perfection. Both Brandy and Stephanie keep this place on its feet and their customer service is unmatched. Best Ram's Horn in Michigan.

The I ordered was Spaghetti. Garlic bread. Salad. The spaghetti 🍝 they used Tomato paste instead of Spaghetti sauce. And it was so nasty. I do not Recommend. Rams horn this location not fit for anyone including pets. CAUTION THE FOOD DOES NOT TASTE RIGHT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR DINNING OUT . Great food! We had a large group of 11. All of our food was awesome. The service was great. Friendly and professional! Great casual dinning

Waited over half hour for a raw chicken sub. Waitress offered to have it remade but I already waited long enough. There were only 6 tables seated in the rrsteraunt and two others needed food remade. I wont be back. So glad I spit the chicken out.

To be honest, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. I really enjoyed the cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries, the staff was very friendly and the items here are not too expensive. Highly recommend this place.

Our waitress was nice but slow service. My step moms biscuits were stale and hard. Her eggs she ordered over medium were over hard (yolks and whites cooked). My omelette was “soupy”. My fiancé got sick to his stomach after his club and, the fries didn’t even look like they were cooked. For over $50 we could’ve went to Leo’s Coney Island for better food and less cost.

My fiance and I decided to eat here big mistake. Ordered a well done burger , I get a bloody burger blood under it gross!!! The waitress takes I to the cook I can hear him complaining ta he had to remake very rude. I will not come back. Disgusting.

This place looks very nice from the outside and the parking lot was redone. You walk into the restaurant and the furniture was old, not updated at all, I've been here several times. There was only 5 people in the restaurant and the workers. The one waitress was on her phone while the other waitress was on the floor. Our food was not good. The potatoes skins were hard,the fish fillets were good, but could of had less breaded on them. The French fries were good, soft and hot too. The serve was good, but don't know why there isn't customers at this? It's off 13 mile and Dequindre area.

I come here a lot so I love this place. Only thing I have to say negative about this place is the waitresses. They talk bad about their customers loud enough for the whole place to hear. Our waitress, Colleen, was just talking and talking away bad about us and all her other customers. She’s truly a great waitress, gave us great service, just didn’t like hearing her talking bad about everyone eating there, even us, while we were eating.
