I'm confident in saying burgers from five guys is one the best burgers you can get. Fries are also very good. Service was very quick even while the place was very busy. Will definitely be back.

Terrible to charge $17 for a cheeseburger and small fries that were soggy btw. Highway Robbery to charge almost $20 for a Burger and Fries and not even get a drink to go with it! I’ll never go back!

Best thing was the milkshake which I'd give 3/10. Cheese burger was very greasy put together on the flimsiest bun. While chewing through the burger meat I've bit into something rock hard which turned out to be a piece of bone might have cracked my tooth it's still throbbing. So I'll give the burger 2/10, and the fries oh the fries... 0/10 if a 2 inch long fry can't defy gravity when put straight out and bends like a slinky I don't know what else to say. some were burnt some undercooked, and I'm not a fan of the skin on either. So overall I would rate my experience two star if it wasn't for the $23 price tag. Yes a cracked tooth greasy burger one small cup of fries burnt and flimsy at the same time, I don't even know how that's possible but here it is. and the chocolate milkshake that was the best part of the meal but still not even top 50 milkshakes I've ever had. Glad I came to see what the hype was about 😔🗑️ burger king should receive a Michelin star compared to five guys

The burgers and the insane amount of french fries that Five Guys gives you is always awesome. My only problem this time is they gave me a cheeseburger with no cheese. But besides that it was great, and of course they fix the problem by giving me an extra Patty and the cheese LOL. Can't ask for more than that

I have been to this Five Guys on several occasions. I don't ever remember being disappointed in the quality of the food or even getting the wrong food order or anything else like that. Ive always received delicious food! I always get a lil burger because they are not little and I can't even finish it. The banana milkshake is the best ever! No fake banana flavoring it is real banana! Yummy 😋

I visited this location around 8pm and it wasn't as busy. Staff was nice and respectful. We had take out and the food was good (little soggy by the time we ate it, but ok). You gotta be prepared though to pay almost an arm and a leg, because their prices have definitely gone up, over $11 for burger from a fast food store!

Absolutely love coming here. I love ordering the little hamburger with ketchup, mayo and grilled onions. That's my favorite thing with the small regular fry. That's my absolute favorite thing. It's the perfect amount for one person and even for a person and a half.

Everyone knows you can't lose getting a burger and fry from a five guys ... Unless you live in a post covid time inflation is out the roof so bad where it cost near 100 dollars for a family of 4 to eat at a border line fast food establishment.. its not about if you can afford it or not it's about what's right and what's wrong and charging families and customers this is crazy .. five guys you get 4 stars because your quality is usually always on point but this unjustice you are inflicting on our communities by charging so much is criminal so do better this year do better

They can be up and down. I have in the past really enjoyed the burgers and fries but sometimes I just don't. Some times I stop and just get a small fry. They are not that small. The past couple times I visited I didn't think it was as good as times I remember. I really don't know that it's not just me but it hasn't been as good the last couple times I made it. Free peanuts though.

Burger could have been seasoned & cooked well done. I found myself picking pieces of meat off that weren’t cooked enough. The guy was pretty nice though. I didn’t take it back in cause I had already had my shake made over because it was too runny. The girl just rolled her eyes when I mentioned it was too loose…the guy made it over. When I’m spending over &15 just for a burger & milkshake it should be right. Ijs…I’ll pass on Five guys next time. Eat @ home

Five Guys is the most over hyped restaurant I've been to in a long time. You pay $20 for a burger that is slightly higher quality than a typical fast food chain, and fries that are oversalted to hell and back. The only thing that is fine for the price is the milkshake. Main thing I heard from Five Guys simps is "you get a lot of fries," but that is of little importance with fries are a dime a dozen and also not very good. Salt should not be overused. $20 for a burger should knock my socks off. Not make me regret spending $20 on a piece of overhyped disappointment. My recommendation: go to McDonald's nearby instead.

Food is always good, although we've been to better five guys (burger-wise). The fries were honestly the best we've ever had at five guys, very good 👍

Good food, high price. I spent over $20 on a burger, regular fries, and a small drink. The meal was a cut above your typical fast food burger, but I can't justify the cost. I can spend less than $20 (including a tip!) for the same meal at many sit-down coney-type restaurants in the area. That said, if you are willing to pay the price, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the food. When 5 Guys was cheaper it was a favorite of mine.

Great staff and great food. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and spicy fries. The burger was the best I've ever had - it reminded me of my mom's home cooked burgers. And the fries were absolutely delicious.

Y’all, best five guys I’ve been to. Food fresher than fresh and the night manager Dylan? IMPECCABLE customer service. Could’nt have asked for a faster, better experience.

Love coming here for the best burger in town. Simple menu but big flavors. Variety of ingredients you can have added. Fries are fresh and delicious and seasoned perfectly.

Haven't been here in a while, but after the last meal I had with my coworkers, we agreed we would be coming back very soon. If you're looking for a good burger, you've probably found the best place. Oh and they'll tell you, if you're looking for a chicken sandwich, you came to the wrong place.

I always love a 5 Guy's Burger and their fresh 'real' fries, my only qualms being the cleanliness of this particular location. I understand the peanuts shells and such on the floor, but every table in the place was disgusting and I had to wipe one down myself, and the chairs, just ro be able to sit and eat

Went here for the first time and had the best burger I every had in my life! I mean juicy and delicious just perfectly cooked to perfection. And the fries were so good I had the Cajun and a great tasting peanut butter shake. Hands down The Best Burgers in The city! I LOVED IT!

Great burger and fries place! It was a bit more pricey than the golden arch but then again the quality of the food was much better. I would rather go here once a week than their golden competitors. Fries were awesome, big shout out to the fry guy!!

Friendly staff and fast service. I stopped in to grab a burger and some fries, my order was ready in about 6-8 minutes. It is a bit pricey but the food was fresh and good.

We stopped in at 9:40pm to pick up a couple burgers and fries. At 10pm exactly one of the staff came up to us and told us to get out. We weren’t finished eating the two burgers we just spent $30.00 on. We are new to the area and live one mile away. We were excited to make this our burger spot, we will never go back. Horrible customer service with rude staff.

It's Five Guys so the food should be great, it always is. This review is about service. I ordered online, showed up and they started the fries (that's how they make sure they are hot and fresh), I was told it would be a few minutes. I expect it to be a few minutes, and it's always worth the wait. As I was just standing there waiting a male employee (I presume a shift manager or the restaurant manager) said "It will just be 2 more minutes". I replied "that's ok I'm done with my workday, no hurry". He then handed me a cup, for a drink. I thought, what a fantastic customer service gesture. Not only did it please me, I mean getting something for free is always pleasing, but it made me realize he had just given me something to do. By the time I had filled the cup and put a lid and straw in it, the fries were done and I was walking out a very happy customer. The drink wasn't necessary, but for their cost of probably 35 cents he turned the experiance into a 5 star review and brightened my day. Great job!

I normally don’t do this, but the people at this location out did every other Five guys location i’ve ever been in. It all started from the person who took the order all the way to Joseph C who made the amazing fries. Joseph H was outstanding as well as Dylon and Denise. I can not Thank them enough for their outstanding service. Because of people like these we still eat out and expect great food. Thank You all..!

Consistently good food. Very generous with the large fries. The Coke fountain machine has options you cannot get at most places.

Wonderful food and killer fries. What more could you want?! It can be a tad on the expensive side as far as fast-food goes. its not hard to drop 30$ on 2 people. But the food is relly great. They make the hamburger to order fries are amazing!. A caveat however: if you have a nut allergy please be very careful as they use penut oil amd due to the open environment of the kitchen it is possible that some of the oil particles could be in the air.

I like this place a lot. I don't know why it took me this long to give a review. The food is always fresh and tasty And the management has successfully kept the excellent service at this location for years! Well done guys 👍

Sometimes my girlfriend thinks I'm cheating. I am. It's just not on her, it's on my diet. 5 Guys will forever be my favorite cheat meal. Keep up the quality balanced with affordability and I'll keep coming back every time. P. S. Shout out to Lola for not judging me dancing at the register because I was excited for my burger! 😂

Ok so whoever is cooking at closing tonight. You are a rock star! That was the best Five Guys we have ever gotten. Always good food. But tonight was made perfectly.

If you haven't been to five guys and you like burgers, you need to go. It's the best "fast food" burger you'll get. It's more expensive, but the burger is giant and a small fry feed 2-3 people. Service and food at this location was excellent!
