I’ve visited this jewelry twice. First time was for a broken earring and anklet. The customer service is impeccable and the turn around time phenomenal. Only thing concerned me was my second visit was for broken earring and anklet. Now the anklet was broken in a completely different spot but the earring was the same. The guy says it wasn’t the same earring which could be correct. He told me he know his work but the two earrings now both should have been fixed by him look completely different but imma take his word cuz if it happens a 3rd time, he’ll know since he’s now fixed both. But my jewelry looks amazing and he cleaned it for me as well. My anklet is so flawless, you literally have to be so close to notice where it was repaired. Pointed it out in photo. Also offered me a free pen. I’d definitely return in the future

He's skilled and works quickly, if there's ever an issue he tells you as soon as he sees it and is transparent in his pricing for repairs or new watches. I found a ring that I'd put aside to get repaired years ago. There was damage to the band and I was hesitant as to whether or not it could be fixed. I remembered "Dreams of Gold" and decided to take it there as I've always thought of him as an honest person. Despite the damage to my ring, Mr. Ardo did a beautiful job. As an added bonus after the cleaning it looks just as I did when I bought it.
