Please fix the giant hole in the parking lot right in the middle of the entrance. It's practically big enough to advertise a swimming pool with membership. Also keep the fans on. If the staff is cold they can layer up or walk around and clean to warm up. Us fatties were dying the other day with both off.

Close to my home, a little dark because there are no windows, but other than that it is clean, has a lot of the necessary equipment and plenty of space. Free fitness training, open 24/7.

I know I have to go to workout when there are not a lot of people. It tends to get a lil funky and that is the only thing I can’t do. Other than that the space is lovely and all the different available machines geek me up lol. I just started back and I’m to amped about going as long as my homework load doesn’t get in the way.

I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for nearly five years. I love the class variety and cleanliness of the gym. This gym has helped me discover new workouts that I would have never tried previously. I can’t recommend this gym and its people enough!

I love my home gym and that there is also one right on my way home from work 😉😁 I love the tanning beds, they get new bulbs regularly. I work out 1-3 times a week and the equipment is very easy to use.

The ellipticals are balanced poorly. I am a black card member so i can use different gyms. This one requires me to fill out paperwork every time i go to explain why i am using that gym instead of the location i originally signed up with. Its very annoying as generally i go in to get a quick workout during a lunch break and I don't feel the need to explain why i am using a service i am paying for.

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for 10 years now. I love this place no matter how many times I get offered a membership and other places I just can’t leave Planet Fitness. It’s always clean associates are available for help and I’m always satisfied.

Nice, clean gym - haven't had any issues in the 2 mos that i've been there most people are respectful and just do their workout. I did go after work hours once though and it was hella busy & annoying to navigate trying to get to a machine. So I would recommend going early morning where it is moderately busy.

Love this gym. They keep parking lot shoveled and salted in winter and facility is very clean. The staff is always friendly. I love watching "The View" and the manager was so helpful in making sure it was available. 😊 He is the best!

I love Planet Fitness, I love this location it’s the best location! It is convenient and open 24/7 I just started my fitness journey and this is my first gym to start I’m a black card member and I’m happy I Chose Planet Fitness I have a whole gym Family even the employees I love them all they are awesome , knowledgeable, Professional, encouraging, energetic, and caring etc. the gym is always clean! thank you Planet Fitness oh yeah I love the Hydro massage chairs!

If i could give negative 10 stars i would. I moved to the area and have been trying to find the gym I decided to get A-day pass for this gym. When I arrived, the one employee that they had was sitting on their phone ignoring everybody at the front desk. A gentleman and myself had walked in about the same time and we sat there and we looked at each other, then we looked at the kid working, then we looked back at each other; finally I said "good morning" loud enough to snap the kid out of his phone trance. The kid then proceeds to tell me that he cannot manually enter my day pass code, which I know is not true as I have gone to a couple other gyms to see which 1 I wanted to join. I will never step foot back in this facility again. I also don't recommend this particular planet fitness to anyone.

It's cheap. That's the good point. Even when it's one bar on the "crowd meter" it is still not possible to get to every machine you want to use. I have seen people sit on a machine 15 minutes while using their phone. Today a guy sat at a machine to use dumbbells. Now that it's summer high school kids come in and just goof around.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this planet deserves 10 stars. I hated planet fitness my entire life through past experiences with the brands and decided to sign up with this location only due to its 24/7 hours. This planet stands way above the rest…. It’s always clean, the employees are always running around deep cleaning everything and picking up any mess left behind. I’ve only ever gone after 10 p.m but the overnight crew always made my night 100x better…. Everyone of them always had a wide smile and great attitude, even at 3 AM. I had to cancel my membership today but I would no doubt come back to this location and sign back up. Thank you to all the overnight employees for always doing the most for their guests!

Absolutely do not give this Jim any bank account or credit card info. I canceled my membership in July. It is now December. I still get charged monthly and had to close my bank account down.

Full of clowns and folks not serious about their fitness. Nobody respects the circuit, other members getting mouthy, I guess when a $10 membership is offered, you deal with a $10 crowd. Don't waste your time and money.

I signed up in January. The staff is super nice. I always see them cleaning constantly. The gum members are cool also

The staff at this planet fitness are so engaging- Frank, TK, to name a few have been very helpful on several occasions. One stand out employee though, is RJ, he’s very attentive, professional and courteous, he’s gone out of his way several times to help with my membership amongst other things. I’ve personally experienced nothing but positive experiences thus far. The facility is always being cleaned and kept sanitary. I felt it was necessary to give a well deserved review, and I hope it reflects in their raises. Thanks, Julie!

Pretty good place. Usually clean. Only complaint would be that I'm tired of trying to find a station with paper towel because they're out, when the employees are busy sitting on the counter on their phones or flirting with each other.

The location is always clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and helpful! This location also offers a wide variety of exercise equipment and assistance!

The staff there is absolutely amazing. Came there around 6:30 on Tuesday May 23rd. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Should definitely get some praise.

Stinkiest planet fitness location I’ve ever been in. The set up is no dysfunctional and so tight, feel very uncomfortable. Walked in and walked right back out. Couldn’t handle the smell

Locker rooms and lockers not as clean as some other locations. Certain staff are unfriendly. The small young gentlemen at the front desk thinks he’s too cool to speak to all customers instead of just his weight lifting “friends”. As this is my closest option for 24/7 access I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m unwelcome at a facility I pay to use. He even decided conveniently to start cleaning around me in the locker room as I was trying to Prep for a shower. Which just made the space feel dirtier to me. So much so I skipped my shower there and took it elsewhere. They can learn a thing or two from the 8mile and Woodward locations. Always on point just wish they were 24/7.

Very friendly staff. Lots of room and equipment to use! I'm definitely going to try to go regularly :)

planet fitness Warren is amazing Dez is a fantastic manager. What I'd like about that particular location is that it's maintained is operational hours. The machines are always clean. the staff are very courteous and it is like family.

I originally felt this gym was inadequate. But that was well over 10 years ago when I first joined. And I was wrong. Today this remains my gym. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They continue to update and purchase new equipment when financially able to do so. Just a great place to workout.

Nice clean very spacious . Never crowded always a opportunity to get a great workout

I am please to be able to use the fitness equipment at my own pace and not be intimidated by others that have more experience than I do.

Great gym that is kept clean. It can get busy with the morning crowd. The only issue I have is that they took away one of the squat racks so sometimes there is a wait to use the only one left.

Tk was awesome on the walk thru orientation. Very helpful. The girls were all very nice. The hydromassage bed! Amazing. The journey begins..👍

I love going to PF on 11 mile and schoenherr the employees are so friendly and helpful and it's so peaceful when you're working out no one is pointing their finger or judging anyone no matter what your size you really feel comfortable like you belong there

Equipment is suitable for heavy lifters and those who desire a simpler workout. They offer tons of classes at great times. I think I found my gym away from home!

I find it hilarious to see all the 1-star ratings about the facility, when their reviews are about the clientele, not even the gym itself or the workers. It’s irrelevant. And any poor ratings that ARE about the management have me laughing - because if anyone understood how much work the managers actually put into their job, they’d be humbled quickly. As someone who used to work here, anyone who got caught slackin’ was PROMPTLY spoken to, and directed in the right direction. Myself included. Don’t leave a bad review about a place if the reason you’re upset is about the members, such as yourself. That’s a problem with society, not the gym. Also, the methods of cancellation aren’t as convoluted as some folks make it out to be. You are told from the BEGINNING that you either have to come in to cancel, or send a letter. You can’t do it over the phone for security reasons, or literally anybody could call and cancel your membership out of spite or self-entertainment. It’s for your protection. I could keep going, but I’ll wrap this up: The staff I worked with are some really down-to-earth, caring humans. Be kind to them when they’re trying to help you. I absolutely love this gym and the people who work there. P.S. Please don’t curl RIGHT in front of the dumbbell racks; it makes it difficult/intimidating for others to grab or put away dumbbells, and some of them are too scared to approach some of you beefcakes.💪 give it some space.♥️
