Picked up a bunch of cat stuff for and saw they have a bunch of adoptable animals. Very cute reptiles and ferrets along with lots of animal care products. Lovley staff aswell

One of the best Pet Supplies Plus locations! I have always received outstanding service at this location. All employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. The store is always stocked with whatever we need (cannot say the same for other locations in the area). The store is always very clean! Great prices, and I love the coupons we get via email. A+

First time at pets supplies plus in general and I just moved to Warren so I was trying to find a pet store that had my dogs brand of food which they do. Wasn't greeted at all when walking in, no one asked if I needed help. Everyone just stared at us and pretty much stayed to themselves. An employee walked down the aisle we were in and I asked him those were the only sizes in my dog's food they carried. He responded but his tone was very rude like. Almost like I made him upset for even asking the question. I definitely won't be coming to this store again.

Yesterday morning I found two abandoned newborn kittens, the mother never came back they were hungry and I decided to go ahead and take them in unfortunately I'm unable to take care of them due to my present health condition. So I went to the health supply plus they were very very helpful a young lady there and I'm Haley help me throughout the whole situation she supplied me with kidney milk and baby bottles to feed them and I brought them home I appreciate pet supply Plus it's hard to find a place that actually wants to help a person take care of any animals unless it's the individuals and animal lover but I thank you pet supply Plus the young lady named Haley and a co-workers were very tentative and very helpful even took the time out to help me and show me how to feed them I'm still trying to find a good home for them. Once again thanks to pet supply Plus and Haley and the co-workers at pet supply Plus.

I go here all the time as this is the only store that carries my dog's brand of food, Fromm. I'm welcomed by staff every time I walk in and they're always polite. The store has a rewards program which is a bonus!

Convenient location based on where I was coming from. Easy access from I-696. Lots of parking. Store was clean. Well lit. The employees that I had interaction with were pleasant, professional and happy to help me with any questions that I had. Had exactly what I went in there for. That being the bulk parrot food and the Mittens Cat Food. Too bad that they are getting rid of their bulk food for birds.

So glad we were able to wash Bella at your store. We are traveling from CA and it was very convenient.

They were really great with our 6 mos old puppy and help us pick out a harness Jeff was real friendly with him even got on the floor to play with him and the young lady who was ( i think was a cashier) was really nice with him i will definitely be back and would recommend this place thank guys for your help

There’s an employee here that I’ve dealt with a few times (and keep forgetting to get his name) who is absolutely amazing. Always happy, friendly, helpful and that’s becoming rare everywhere these days. I was there Wens. Nov 1st somewhere between 11-1. He deserves recognition as he keeps us coming back!!!! If anyone knows his name please add it to review so I can pass it along to company!!! -Update- Jeff is the employee name! 5 stars! Most staff are great here but Jeff goes above and beyond!

I came in last night for a water bottle. I found a Syrian hamster on the top shelf away from the other animals. I inquired about her and the employees were so helpful. The manager (I believe his name was Jeff) told me all about her. He went above and beyond. She was returned as an aggressive biter. I wanted to give her a home regardless. He held her and let me pet her and she's so sweet! She makes a great addition to our household and we love her already! Thank you so much Jeff and staff for our new family member and all your help!

Great place to shop for your pets. Everybody is always so nice and friendly. If you need help there is always someone to help you.Even when you have items delivered the people are very nice and friendly.

I love the store my friend actually uses her point card and we usually get a 30% off our entire order together every month. Some things are overpriced yet the cat food and treats are the same as anywhere else if not less expensive because of the 30% off. The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The store is clean and animals are taking care of.

1st time at this location. Store was very well stocked. Employees walking around making sure you could find everything you needed. Nice clean store. This store was smaller than where I usually go and aisles were very narrow. Other than that great experience.

This is the best pet supplies place I have ever been to. The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Matt helped me with getting my daughter a rainbow colored Beta fish. I called in the morning they had the whole bowl setup food and everything I needed ready to pickup. Matt went over everything set up to water changing and feeding. Most definitely recommend this place the cashier even went out her way applied 25% off coupon. My daughter wad ecstatic loves her new Fish made her 6th birthday.

Wonderful bathing facilities for dogs. The air from the dryer is cold however, really cold. Dog shivering due to it.

My visit was quick and easy. I needed help to get an item off of the shelf and they assisted cheerfully. I also had a minute to joke with the manager who was ringing me up. He has been there over 10 years. The experience was brief but pleasant.

The store looks great, but the staff was not super friendly.

I ordered curbside pick up and the process went very smoothly. I received confirmation that my order was ready in less than an hour and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I arrived. They brought my heavy bags out to my vehicle and even answered questions about items I did not purchase. Much better than the big online retailer, I picked up my item and didn't have to wait for delivery. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went here a young man named justin helped me so much he knew everything about caring for turtles he really took his time explaining to me different things about the turtle he was so patient and caring ty justin I been to this store numerous times there staff is great but justin was really helpful and truly caring and highly intelligent about reptiles he went above and beyond

Everyone is very courteous when I go there. They always ask about what pets I have. The animals seem to be kept in clean cages. One of the nicer pet supplies plus I have been to.

Yesterday I walked into my local pet store I’ve been there quite a few time’s throughout the years, They are always friendly there! “however the lady that weighed my puppy started kissing him all over his face and lips I was very uncomfortable!!!!! & felt disrespected it’s Covid out here along with other mouth disease!!! I had to wash my sun up as soon as we arrived home. He’s more then a pet he’s my baby & would if he was a kid would you have picked my child up a kissed all over him?? I’m very concerned about that lady…. Will not bring my puppy in ever again but I will still shop there from time to time… thank you & have a peaceful day! Love yourself always 🦋

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I tend to go around the slower times of the day as my dog is a introvert and is learning how to not be disrespectful.

Super friendly staff. Nice to have all the animals in one area as my toddler likes to run up and down looking at all the fish tanks in bigger stores. A little small compared to the bigger chains, but I found some cheaper brands here that the bigger chains don't seem to carry.
