Employees have very good knowledge about aquatic life Greenwood also carries other house pets, no cats or dogs however they do have supplies for them. I buy all my aqua life here recently I purchased 3 algae eaters as my tank has enough to feed a few i got three to start with. Don't mind the tank I still have to clean They carry puppy vaccines ready to use

Gave me “good bacteria” that ended up killing all my fish, my fish were very healthy! They gave me fish water with ick DO NOT take anyone from this this stores’ advice unless you want to kill your fish!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Walked in one time and it took me half an hour to get any help. There wasn’t even that many people. Tried to get black lady’s attention but she was just talking to her friend and didn’t bother to help me. Another time I walked in and was offered no help at all. I was standing there wanting to get some fish and they did not even acknowledge my presence. Horrible! The one black guy is rude and helped another customer but not me. Lastly, I saw a pretty flower horn, but it wasn’t for sale!! Don’t waste your time at this ghetto dump. Poor animals.

This place is absolute garbage. Every animal is neglected and forgotten. All the Guinea pigs are in fish tanks which is terrible because of the ammonia in their pee. The hamsters don’t have adequate burrowing material and they’re crammed in by the dozen. The fish room don’t even get me started. All the fish are at the top of their tanks because of lack of oxygen and at the bottom too which isn’t good to be bottom laying. I doubt the workers clean anything past the bare minimum for any of their animals even the rabbits look miserable. Please do not go here and spend your money and give them any more need to restock.

This store is awesome! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provide excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to store for my newly inspired projects.

I used to come here as a kid, and was pleasantly surprised to see the place opened back up under new owners. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and informative. The place has never looked better, and will definitely be a returning customer!

Went there today in the afternoon, was very disappointed with the quality of the fish tank up keep. Saw what looked like a flowerhorn tank with 4 6” fish, one boss, one swimming at the top scared, one beaten up, and one dead. Saw a Oscar tank with about 8 dead, mostly eaten or decomposed. There were about 10 other tanks that had dead up front and center of the tank. Don’t think anyone working there today did a morning walkthrough to clear out the dead fish. Not surprise as when we walk in today the three employees I saw by the cash register where just standing there and chatting it up and didn’t even give us a welcome. As we left one employee had her face glued to social media on her phone as the cash register.

My dad said he brought our new dwarf bunny here, she is adorable and sassy sometimes. Miki and Oreo are now best friends! The staffs here are great! 😊

This place has a really great and helpful staff 85% of the time. But the other 15%, makes me want to walk right back out. Their selection of fish are really nice and they have feeders almost every time we go in. Prices are ridiculously high for their reptiles so I wouldn't recommend buying reptiles from here.

Nathan was beyond wonderful. Answered all 100 of my questions. Was showing my kids animals and explaining about them. Wonderful employee to have in your store.

My experience was ok. This place has nostalgia for me from when I was younger. The lady was on point with the 90 questions my mum asked with no hesitation. It just felt bare by the animal food area. I couldn't find a specific food that's kinda popular, idk why. Overall it's got a good reptile/ animal exhibit for the youngsters in your life

1, all the workers were ever so helpful, friendly. It twas 1hr close to closing they helped us and few others. Personable,3)!! PRICES ARE WAAYY BETTER THAN ANY STORE, ALL PRODUCTS,ANIMALS. WORTH the extra drive to save money in cost and gas. highly recommended!!!!!

Terrible place to get a rabbit from! I only had my baby remy for 2 and half weeks and died already ! And I’m not the first to have issues , I have 3 others I’ve spoke to who said they got a rabbit from there and they died within a month or two of having it !

My daughter and I and my wife have taken and bought many fish from the store we run a plant life filtration system versus a carbon filtration but we find that we enjoy the fish from this store they taken have long life spans and they enjoy our fish tanks fairly well one of the things that I've put in our tank is a philodendron and one of my Japanese algae eaters has decided that it is a hammock for him but that's part of what makes him special is his personality

We love coming in and seeing the bunnies while we get our feeder fish. Thanks to the awesome staff for always being so helpful!

Well my fiance always shop there for all his tarantulas bugs,his bearded dragon his huge turtle he took care of since a baby and my awesome Shihpoo.

Extremely nice place. Prices are average, and they have a decent stock of freshwater fish, rodents, birds, and reptiles. If you need saltwater stuff in the area, I'd recommend Oceans and Seas, since SeaWorld went out.

Once again they are a great place to shop for all things pets. However I don't think it was smart to mislead people on Easter with their most recent post on Google. The store is closed on this holiday however they had informed others to "hop on by".

Love going to Greenwood. They take care of my puppy for her shots. Good selection and treats. Great service prices are general. . I definitely recommend it

My Granddaughters loved it. I used to take my kids there when they were little. It's not much but it gives them happiness & gets you out of the house.
