If you want a doctor who actually cares and listens to you then do not go there. The worst doctor ever. I wish my mom never went there. He does not let you talk, constantly cuts you off and doesn’t even listens, really rude. He literally made my mom hospitalized. They suddenly changed my moms blood pressure medicine. The one she was taking was helping her tremendously but idk why they changed it. The new one was not helping at all. So, we took her to the doctor but they did nothing. The hospital doctor told us to go to our family care doctor and tell them to change it but he literally did nothing. Even before he would not care about the things we said. Before becoming a doctor you should have learned how to properly talk to people and fix your nasty attitude. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.

The staff are great but the doctor is not. He doesn’t listen to you, cuts you off numerous times and is super rude. The treatment is very different if you’re not of Pakistani descent like him. Please find another doctor. This one isn’t the best =(

I went there for a allergic reaction to hand sanitizer…. But came out with diagnosis for enlarge thyroid, high blood pressure, blood work done for kidneys issues. Sleep apnea, and a prescription to stop menstural blood clots. Also, the lab tech after filling viles of my blood in tubes, almost pushed air into my veins. Also the doctor does not listen to patient’s. Before seeing the doctor the nurse took my blood pressure on my right arm and my blood pressure was ok, but when that quack of a doctor came in he took my blood pressure on my left arm and squeezed the blood pressure so tight to the point that I had to jump and once I did that he told me I had high blood pressure. I never got treated for what I went in there for and if that is urgent care shouldn’t I have been treated for what I came in for?. No. I am calling my insurance company so that they will not pay these quacks for anything. This urgent care needs to be investigated ASAP!!!!!!!. I am still itching and miserable. Now, I have to go a dermatologist to still deal with my allergic reaction. They would not get any stars from me, but I couldn’t post my review. Michigan you need to investigate this urgent care. These quacks are probably killing people.

The doctor doesn't even listen to what you say. If you ask him to give you medicine for one thing, he will give you something else. I don't know how he became a doctor.

If you don’t want your Parents death stay away from this place. Doctors is really greedy and will give your parents medication which they don’t need. Please I highly recommend to stay way and save ur family.

This is probably the worst urgent care I’ve ever went to! The doctor was very close to me without a MASK on! Not to mention, the phlebotomist walked away from me with the needle in my arm and the needle came out! And blood was on my arm and now I have a bruise on my arm! Very very very disappointed. I couldn’t believe I had such poor work! Do NOT go here!!!

I went there only a couple times. The staff is super rude and nosey. Like they wanna know everything. You married? You go to school? Where you live? Also I've heard them talking about other patients and stuff. I'm pretty sure they violating HIPAA as well as a few others

I will NEVER go back to this place. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. They said they couldn't confirm what my co-pay was supposed to be , even though it said it clearly on my insurance card. When I finally do get called back they put me in a room and leave the door wide open so everyone walking by can see me. Violating HIPAA laws because I could hear everything going on with the lady across the hall (as her door was open as well). The dr finally came in and was extremely rude. He was asking me questions while trying to take my blood pressure and when I went to answer him he said " I'm not listening to you because I'm trying to take your blood pressure." He kept telling me everything that could be wrong if I had certain symptoms , but I showed no signs of those symptoms. We came to the conclusion that I should get some blood work && a urine test done. One of the associates gives me the cup and when I came out of the restroom , I was left standing in the hallway with a a cup of urine in my hand for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional staff and mediocre medical assistance.

I did a walk in and l waited like 1 hour to see the doctor. He seemed very knowledgeable about my medical diagnosis and was also very helpful in helping me set up my new primary care. He even did a covid test for me just because l asked him to because l was in contact with other people who tested positive for covid. When l went to the pharmacy l was so happy that l came in early because by then it was like 30 people in the lobby area waiting to be seen by just 1 physician...
