Everything about Pulmonary Associates of Northern NY is outstanding. From the cleanliness, too the atmosphere, service, and care. The staff, nurses, and doctors are all very professional, informative, and pleasant. I have been a patient for years and never had a bad experience. Thank you, you are very much appreciated.

Dr. Sears is wonderful ! She is friendly, welcoming and caring. Very professional and explains everything and anything you want to know. She the best Pulmonary Doctor that I have ever been to and I will only see her now. The staff and Nurses are all amazing as well. Highly recommend !

This was an issue that was supposed to be taken care of last December regarding a new c-pap. I had heard nothing about my new unit until about 3 weeks ago when I received a call asking me if I could come in that day. I couldn't so I scheduled an appointment. Since then I've had 3 or 4 calls asking me the same question about a download from my machine. I had to explain each time that I am using my old 2005 unit and it doesn't have the SD card. My newer unit that has an SD card is part of the recall and I quit using it. I became very frustrated with the repeated calls asking the same questions. You have computers and I assume your people know how to use them, then why isn't this information in my file so they will leave me alone? The first call was all that was needed, the others were just a waste of my time. You need to do a better job training your staff to update information and to read it as its intended to be useful! Very poor internal communication!

The secretary, Nurse were polite,caring and attentive! Dr.Kramer was amazing and explained everything very well. He is always professional and caring towards his patients!

Dr Rechlin is simply the best of the best. I was roomed before I could ever take a seat. Staff are 100% of the time helpful and courteous. As a doctor myself, you will never find a better Dr than he is!

I have been a patient there now for 2 years and had wonderful service Marcus Knapp is my primary PA and has worked with me wonderfully. The staff is great and very helpful setting up your appointments had to cancel a couple of times due to other medical issues but the staff was wonderful about rescheduling my appointment. Thank you for the greatly appreciated service you have given me.

Everyone was super friendly and understanding! Special kudos to the young girl that checked me out. She was a young girl with short, dark curly hair! She definitely made me leave with a smile on my face! She is perfect for that job! I have never had a bad experience in this office! Kudos to everyone for being so chipper.... working with the public can be trying at times.

Everyone is always friendly. Having to wear mask makes it difficult to know who you dealt with but I will be sure to pay extra attention to the name tags so I will know who gets the praise for their excellent work. I’m always able to get thru the appointment in a timely manner but not rushed either. You all are very compassionate and answer any questions or concerns that I may have.

Very comprehensive care. Dr. Sears was very thorough. She listened to what I had to say, then after examining me, she explained her findings and my plan of care in terms I could understand.

I have been going to appointments here for many years and the staff during the entire time has been great. I have always been treated professionally from arrival to departure. At times I get off topic and the staff will listen attentively until it is time to nudge me back on track. I highly reccomend this facility and staff if you are in need of their professional services.

I see Rory Sears. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I actually do believe her when she says call me if you need anything or have any questions. I was comfortable, and the nurse Kayla I think is soooo accommodating. I would send the entire Jefferson county here for pulmonary appointments.

I always enjoy my visits here because I know they will listen to me while doing so in a timely manner. The staff and environment is always welcoming and friendly and the wait time is never long and dreadful.

Dr. Kramer is amazing! Down to earth and honest. He has been patient with me and the staff is always friendly. I appreciate a place that makes you feel comfortable and explains things rather than just throwing medical terms at you. A better understanding is always my goal and they meet it everytime.

The staff was very professional and I didn't wait long. My appointment was for 9 am but I was able to get in early and get out early. It was an overall very good experience. I commend the staff on their proffesionlism and attention to detail. Hippa rules were followed and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Kramer is my favorite doctor. He cares and he's quick with his visits. Also very smart. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. As are the nurses, occasionally need help with scripts and or if I'm sick, they do a wonderful job and always get right back to you.

Today, I noticed everyone was so respectful, helpful, cordial, professional…It felt good to be there with “happy”, caring staff.. At a lot of drs’ offices, the staff are grumpy and seemingly uncaring.. It was refreshing to be there, today . I've always had very professional and great service there. Never had any problems and all questions have been answered. They are very considerate of anything that you have going on that affects the outcome of your visit!

Nurse was great she was very polite and did her job great. Miss Towne was also great explained every thing that I needed to know. Talked throu my chart for the sleep study.

Always a positive experience. Everyone is friendly. Dr. Rory Sears has been extremely busy but she still explains what the tests have found and how to proceed further.

The facility was sparkling and the receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. The nurse in the room was very helpful and professional. Dr. Kramer was the bomb! I highly recommend Samaritan Pulmonary. No photos because there is a sign "no photos!"

Speedy! Normally you expect to wait forever when you’re in a doctor’s office. Samaritan Pulmonary is a well-oiled machine. They valued my time. My appointment began promptly as scheduled. I was done in 20 min. They don’t stick you in a tiny room and leave you to rot for hours. Marc spoke clearly and explained everything in simply terms without being condescending. I appreciate when a doctor uses plain English but doesn’t treat you like an idiot. I feel confident that Marc is handling my sleep apnea. He genuinely cares about my health.
