I came here to buy a belt so my pants don't fall off. Lol The clothing they sell is very high quality. With this said, prices are not cheap. So, I ended up not buying a belt here. But they did have some very nice and well-made belts. For what I need it, I'm not looking to spend $40 - $50 on a belt.

I bought a sport coat from this store for my wedding. A gentleman named Scott Gerlach walked me through the process. He was awesome. I would highly recommend finding him if you need help with tailored menswear. I went to a few other places prior and he clearly knows what he's talking about. He even gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. Thanks, Scott.

I was in Dillard's this morning and found a Michael Kors shoe on clearance.i took it to the counter to ask if she had it in a larger size. The sales clerk snatched the shoe stating it wasn't on clearance and pulled the clearance sticker off of the shoe! I asked how much it was she said $130. She wouldn't check in the back for a larger size and claimed the shoe was on the table. I walked the whole department never found the shoe! I had a 2nd pair I was going to get but changed my mind. I used to love that shoe department but they won't let my money anymore which is unfortunate.

I went to dillards with my family and I purchased a new pair of sandals for my daughter.The woman that took care of my daughter was very nice. And one of her coworkers. Falsely accused a costumer of trying to kiss the woman who took care of my daughter. And yes I will file a complaint against the woman coworker who thought I trying to kiss the woman who was nice to my daughter. It was in the woman shoe department .

Incredibly helpful and nice staff. You can easily find someone as well. Always clean and well lit. Well stocked. Seems fairly high priced merchandise and rarely have sales. A few 25% off signs. However better quality than others.

I do like the store cuz it is convenient and close to where I live but I usually shop in the big men's section and they never have a good

I don’t want to be bothered by sales people- I just want to shop without the pressure to buy. I didn’t realize employees are still on some sort of a quota. This isn’t the economy for these kinds of sales tactics! When I’m ready to check out then I’ll look for a person to ring up and bag my purchases. The era of commissions and quotas are over- gone in the late 1990’s. The stuff that they’re making now is not like the quality I remember. When I shop here I feel like I’m just paying for the Dillard’s name instead of the quality stuff Higbees used to carry-then it would be worth buying at such prices. Dillard’s merchandise is overpriced, lesser quality stuff you can get anywhere else cheaper. Annoying employees because they are on a quota system or commission so they are very aggressive. Sorry guys the 1990s are long gone. People don't want to be bothered anymore. Also, the quality has gone down. Higbee's was better. That was quality. Dillards doesn't treat their employees well either. How can you support a company like this.

Up-scale clothing. Men's suits and dress wear very nice; great selection of dress & casual shoes, though they're not cheap.
