I've been thinking about how I wanted to word this- they have taken care of our animals for many years. I explained to them that I didn't have a lot of money, I was getting a new fur baby checked out before I brought her into the family. I was told one price and it doubled. "I understand that upon further examination you find things". What I did not like was she was asking for payment without telling me what the price was. She just wanted to go off to another room and charge what she was going to without letting me know what the total was . I felt that she was Snotty and aggressive and I will be moving my animals to to a different animal doctor that is more understanding.

This vet genuinely cares about my dog and partners with me to ensure he lives a long, healthy, happy life. I’ve been coming here for 7 years now, and I am so grateful for the team at TAC, especially Dr. Sara. She was so thorough in her first examination of him, she found a very subtle heart murmur. That was years ago. Every time we return she monitors any changes in it, remembering the strength of it from before. She is thorough and patient with this detail-oriented momma :) answering all my questions and presenting all options. I’m totally confident that by seeing this vet my baby is kept safe. I just moved to the area and hadn't transferred vets yet when my dog developed a yeast infection in her ear. We called on a friday and they squeezed me in for a new patient appointment on Monday! The vet we saw was really friendly and made us feel like she really cared about my dog, which is not something I'm used to. The office was very clean and all of the staff was very welcoming!

Rescued a kitten, made an appointment. All my expectations were exceeded in terms of: Timely Service, Care of my pet, & PRICES are Very Reasonable. Thank you, for taking care of My Dude!

Absolutely amazing first time visit. You could tell the vet just adored cats, treated my 7 year old so well. Talked me through every issue she saw, gave me a couple paths to address them, and put my concerns at ease. She taught me how to clip my cats nails and observed me doing it the first time. I would absolutely come back again.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bob. He is second to none. His knowledge and care is the best. He has personally made follow up calls twice a week to check on my dog, Buddy. This kind of personal attention is unheard of. He has been the vet to many of our family members for years and wouldn’t consider ever going to anybody else. Years ago I had to take my Cocker to the emergency clinic on a holiday. Their advice was to put her down. Took her to Dr Bob the next day and he knew just what to do. She lived a healthy happy life for another 12 years!! Grateful for this man!!

The staff at the desk were wonderful. Rosie was so kind and caring. They fit my lovebug kitty Dasha in same day. Dr. Kelly was so thorough....spent lots of time explaining everything! Plus she's super kind and compassionate in addition to being brilliant. My kitty is doing great thanks to her! Thank you. Thank you!!

I recently had an ordeal where my puppy’s health suddenly declined and she went limp and started slipping into a coma. I frantically drove from a near by vet who refused to see her and arrived at Tremont Animal Clinic to a concerned and helpful staff who recognized right away my pet was dying and needed immediate assistance. They ultimately directed me to a near by animal hospital as they are only a clinic but I cannot say enough how thankful I am! Their front of house staff truly embodied the type of attitude and compassion you’d want from a total stranger when you are in the middle of such a dire situation and you don’t know what to do. I think it’s extremely important that people working in reception at the vet be able to assess the urgency of a pets condition and be able to make decisions whether they are medically trained or not, they showed excellent leadership and decision making skills and kindness and I will forever be grateful. Thank you!

Very negative experience. I have felt that there was a lack of compassion on both of my visits. Everyone truly seemed annoyed by the presence my dog. Both vet techs didn't even acknowledge my dog, and I felt talked down to each time. There was truly a lack of professionalism- very disappointing. Felt welcomed by other patrons at the clinic, but not at all by the staff. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Just changed to this vet office and had our first visit with Dr. Kelley. The doctor and the assistant were great. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

I just love this vet. Dr. Bob is awesome. My cat was mis-diagnosed by another vet. He examined my sweet 14 year old so calmly. I would trust Tremont Animal clinic for any animal. So clean and bright inside. On another note, my cat is usually very feisty. Dr. Bob must be the cat whisperer as there was no blood drawn from biting or scratching. She let him examine her which was amazing 😍.

Dr. Sarah is and has been absolutely amazing with my dog Zeus and me. We’ve have been seeing her for 4+ years through his many ailments. She always makes Zeus feel better and me! I cannot put into words how much I truly appreciate Dr. Sarah. 10/10 recommend Tremont Animal clinic and Dr. Sarah!

Horrible place. They do not care about animals. After surgery my dog was returned to me covered in feces and her hair tied back so tight she couldn’t blink. They DO NOT CARE about the animals at their clinic. They wouldn’t send me home with preventative then they wanted to charge me for an appointment the came up because my dog was not on preventative. The ladies on the phone do not listen. They do not care about dogs. I have a little one and would never trust this place to care for my animal ever again they completely disregarded anything I said and continued to blame me for everything. So sad so see how they treat animals. Borderline abusive!!!!

The doctors, techs and staff at Tremont Animal Clinic are an amazing team! I couldn't say enough wonderful things about them and the loving care they have given our pets. From helping us with convenient and proactive options/pain management for our english bull dog that was going through end of life stages, to working with our schedule to get our new puppy up to date on shots with ease and efficiency, to getting us in to be seen within an hour of placing a phone call to get an emergency appointment for our cat. They go above & beyond, the prices are fair and honest. Always greet you with a smile, everyone is full of professionalism and we have never felt rushed in the exam rooms, which by the way the exam rooms are always SO clean. If you are looking for a vet or do not feel secure with your current vet, my family and I highly recommend TAC.

Excellent clinic great doctors great staff, yes they are expensive, if you love your animal they are worth it. Don’t leave bad reviews because you’re cheap. Noodle says thank you for everything.

Highly recommend Dr. Sara as well as everyone else here. We take our three cats here and after having to say goodbye to one of them today I would never go anywhere else. Everyone there made it the smoothest, most compassionate process. We've been there for check-ups, monthly arthritis shots, surgeries, teeth cleanings and it's always been a positive experience.

We’ve been going to Tremont Animal Clinic for 6-8 years now back when they were at the old smaller location. We’ve seen probably every vet they’ve ever had on staff between our three dogs. Nothing but good experiences, the vets treat your pets like their own. They’ve had to break a lot of bad news to us over the years and have always helped us make the right decisions for our pets. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve squeezed us in for an appointment when one of our dogs poked their eyeball or something.

Dr Bob is awesome. My kitty receives great care! He's a great diagnostian and gas a good bedside manner with both the pet and the pet parents. Been with him over 20 years! Reasonable!

A huge thank you to the staff here for showing my elderly cat compassion and kindness. I can't express my gratitude enough for how they treated me and my cat during a very difficult time. I appreciate every single person here. They have also shown great kindness and patience to my small dog who is very nervous at the Vet. They have never made me feel that she was a problem and they continue to provide amazing care for her. Thank you to every staff member here. You are amazing.

Our experiences here have been great. We have 3 dogs and 2 of them are very anxious from past experiences elsewhere. Dr Matt and the staff have been wonderful throughout. We are so happy to have such a great veterinary clinic in our neighborhood.

I rarely write reviews but I just had to hop on here and tell you how incredible my experience has been with Tremont Animal Clinic. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I have been to multiple vets for the same issue with my Bernese Mountain Dog and Dr. Keller was incredible with her, taking so much time to create a care plan and make me and my pup feel at ease. I highly recommend this place for all the pet parents out there!

The staff was so compassionate and kind while we helped our sweet old girl cross the rainbow bridge. It is hard to lose a pet but Tremont Animal Clinic staff made it so that we left feeling comforted and at peace because her passing was so peaceful. They honored her and grieved with us. We are very grateful for their empathy and kindness because they made it easier on us. Thank you to everyone that helped our girl.

Best Veterinary experience ever!!! We were so worried when we had to bring our boy Stewie for care as we trouble even getting him inside the building due to his stress of going to the vet. This clinic and its staff are so caring, patient and excellent with communication. Dr Matt took time to call us back every step of the way before during and after the process. And a big thanks to Alice at the front desk for being so kind and compassionate. I can’t tell how much we appreciate everything you do for our fur babies! Highly recommend this clinic.
