I was sceptic at first when a new dentist took over Dr Bonds office after he retired as I have been going to him for almost 15 years, but I must say, the new Dr is just wonderful. Not only is he good at his work, but explains everything to you. He is personable and also I can tell he cares not only for his patients, but his staff. Now of days, Dentist offices are popping up everywhere, and they treat you like a number, whichI experienced at one point, but if you want someone that truly cares about there patients, Dr Jonkers is your dentist! With that, his staff, and hygienist of employees are amazing and make you feel comfortable and right at home! Thank you Dr Jonkers and team for always making me and my family's teeth look wonderful!!!!

I absolutely love Naperville Family Dental. They truly care about their patients. Dr Jonkers is so warm and friendly. He does amazing work. Every dental hygienist is caring and patient. The front desk staff including Linda and Jennifer are wonderful. They are always there for every need. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We have been coming to Naperville Family Dental since before I had my kids. Love the the staff and the office is clean and cozy, very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. They are great with kids and adults so one stop shop too 😊 My kids feel very comfortable going here and the hygienists always include the parent(s) in the process.

People always give me weird looks when I say I love going to the dentist, but it’s true and it’s easy to say when you genuinely trust and enjoy getting cared for by the amazing staff here at this office. I loved coming to Dr Bond over the years (even when living in the city) and I can confidently say I’ll be coming here for years to come with Dr Don. What has kept me coming back however is the wonderful care given by my hygienist, Liz, (she is the best!) and Linda who is always so patient in helping coordinate with my schedule and insurance, of course. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind, honest dental office, no need to keep searching, you’ve found the best one!

Dr. Don and his staff are the best! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and just so nice and pleasant! Excellent communication making scheduling appointments easy. My son travels over an hour each way because he also thinks they are the best. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jonker’s manner is friendly, professional, and reassuring. He keeps you informed as to what is about to happen at each stage of the procedure, which also reduces anxiety. He has up-to-date equipment and works smoothly and efficiently. We have been very satisfied with his work. His assistants and office staff are warm, welcoming, and personable. That they have been there long term says a lot about the supportive environment and the sense that they are working together with Dr. Jonker as a team.

All of the staff at Dr. Jonker’s office have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel the most comfortable when I was very anxious and nervous about my appointment. I am so happy I came to Naperville Family Dental and look forward to continuing my dental care with them!

When we moved to the north side of Elgin, the distance to keep going to Naperville Family Dental seemed a bit much, so I tried two different dental practices that were closer but ended up going back to Naperville. Their staff are all personable and accommodating, their hygienists are outstanding, and Dr. Don is thorough and knowledgeable. He has also demonstrated a genuine understanding of the fact that I have spread procedures out over time because I do not have dental insurance. He laid out his recommendations for my dental health but never pushed or cajoled the way the other practices did. I recommend Naperville Family Dental without reservation.
