Tremendous!! I received the dress earlier than expected which was great, because I was a bit nervous about the fit. It ended up being perfect. Also love the extra dress hire for a much cheaper price concept. I took advantage of it in case the first dress didn't fit, but didn't end up wearing it anyway. Love their business concept!

This dress was such a hit! I had a black tie wedding to attend and wanted something leggy while covering my top half. It was super comfy, and I recieved so many compliments while wearing it. I hired two dresses as I wanted to use this opportunity as a “try on hire”, so I would know what dress to hire in a couple of months when I actually had a wedding that I was looking for an outfit for. I love that they allow you to try a second dress for a minimal amount and will refund you via credit note if you return a dress within 24 hours of receiving it. I would prefer that they gave me my payment back and just charged me a fee for not hiring a dress at all as now I’m stuck with a $100 credit note, and no occasion to use it for. Communication and efficient responses was great and I still would recommend this company.

I researched a lot of dress hire companies in the lead up to my engagement party and Dress Hire is one of the best! Their showroom where you can try on all the dresses is such a great option if you're worried about sizing. Other brands make you guess and then have poor return/exchange policies but Dress Hire eliminates the guess work. I've now hired twice from here and will definitely be using them more in the future. Very affordable and the staff are great. My only suggestion is to get some proper aircon in the showroom as it's very hot and stuffy in summer!

I always use Dress Hire AU for any events I have. The range of styles and sizes are wide and varied and at reasonable price points too. I find their dresses always fit well, even with a baby bump. I was extremely satisfied when I returned a second item that I hadn’t worn for an event and they were happy to process a refund.

I am writing this review to highlight the excellent customer service provided by the organisation, but most importantly, by Allie. My back-up dress – size up – was expected to not arrive on time (due to the previous renter) and Allie rang me and emailed me straight away to notify me of this. We spoke on the phone about options and my level of panic decreased. After all, this was my first time renting a dress – ever! I opted for a different back-up dress and it was beautiful. I received both dresses the next day. Shortly after I received the dresses by post, Allie rang me to notify me that the original back-up dress was on its way and would arrive on time! Allie is absolutely incredible and demonstrated what the customer service experience is all about – going above and beyond to make customers happy, feel heard, and feel special. I raved all night about Allie and your organisation and continued into Monday when returning to work. You might have some new customers, but for sure you will have retained a customer in me 😊

Shipped faster than the expected date. The service was exceptional, my dresses didn’t fit which I returned the same day unworn and was issued with a credit to rehire something else in time for my event. Highly recommend and I will be utilising this business for all future events
