Gym Nation is one of the worst money looters I have seen in the market. Cons: 1. Always crowded due to their comparatively low fees. You will never be able to workout based on your routines. You will see people hanging on to rope machines and not leaving it for other people for their turn. Same is around many other machines. You will get dumbbells but you will not get benches. 2. I lost my job and informed Gym Nation admins with documentation proof to cancel my and my spouse's subscription. But they demanded copies of return tickets. I was too busy in planning my return journey and job hunt. Despite of my several requests, they have charged me and my wife's another 2 months fees (total 4 months). Any expat can realize this pain of loosing penny while you are unemployed. 3. Fitness First, which is much better in interior and equipment wise than Gym Nation, has similar plans without any commitment or cancellation fees. If you care for your money and quality of time, choose Fitness First. Pros (one and only one): 1. Amazing interior works and ambience for workout.

When trying to cancel my membership I got a call from management and after a lot of arguing in the end she throws at me the “terms and conditions mentioned everything, which you agreed to so…”. So watch out and make sure you read all the terms and conditions and understand them well before you sign. Or just hire a lawyer. They keep your card details and keep charging you forever. Please do yourself a favor and look for another gym. Apparently they are known for this horrible scam but I had no idea. Only when I mentioned it to my friends they told me about experiences they had or they heard of from others and there were MANY negative comments about GymNation.

I don’t think this is the best gym as what you’re mentioning in your description. Starting from the receptionist and the sale stuff with their bad customer service, also the misleading information, they focus only on increasing the number without respecting them . Second: when you have a rule saying “ the kids are not allowed in the gym this should be applied on everybody not selected people. Third: the toilets smells so bad because of the lack of maintenance also using bad materials for cleaning such as “ Clorox “ is annoying still ?using this material even If you ask me I would recommend “ detol” it’s more expensive but it’s useful and the smell won’t kill anyone. Last : I believe if you’re the best gym you will at least a free water station not only the paid one, you can make business form anything except the water specially that you know it’s very necessary for people to keep hydrated all the time while exercising. “ what if someone forgot their money at home?! They will stay thirsty all the day ?? Also you will need to pay attention for your quality department in case you care about quality and change the hair devices in the ladies section because it shocked me with electricity also the hair keeps sticking in it . Finally, I can say the whole experience is not worth coming for Sharjah everyday.

They are manipulating the fees .. I joined on January 2022 and from the first payment my invoice had a massage that the gym will start collecting VAT from January and the invoice that they send actually had a VAT calculated in it . Suddenly in March 2022 the monthly membership deduction increased .. when I asked why they told me that they informed us through that note in the email that there will be increase in January.. literally the conversation between me and that stupid lady was copying and pasting their terms and conditions that they claim it’s transparent. She was telling to be thankful that they didn’t increase from January and the increase started in March.. their policy says that we can terminate the membership if there is an increase in the prices one month after the announcement but because they announced long before January and the increment happened in March so its my fault according to them and I don’t have the right to end my membership while they didn’t notify me when I joined in January.. they are so manipulative and there is zero transparency and they will take every chance they can to collect as much money from you .. the nurve they had to ask me to contact them when I posted my review without explanation 😂.. I gave them 1 star because they open 24 hours.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now! I have lost my job and got into an accident and my car is wrecked. I live in ajman so there is no way to go to the gym and I cannot afford this payment that I am not getting any value from. They keep refusing to cancel. im so sorry for manager of this gym last week someone hit my car and run way inside parking they didant accept responsibility for their mistake cause they said to me sory our camera for that time was broken and we only responsible whatever happend inside they are untrustworthy at the end i fix my car by my own insurance

Don't fall into the trap of 3 days free pass. You will end up giving your card details for one year. And no one will tell you its a 1 year contract. Poor customer service. Now I will get a reply from management saying please go to reception and they will cancel the membership. But it also not correct. Reception will take your information and will tell you that you will be contacted by one of their management staff. It was a mistake joining thus gym.

Worst customer service in mridif branch.. espically the sales lady there. Mona.. she is such a big lier . Her only intension is to take money.. thats it.. I went there for my cancellation process. Mona approached me and i told her that i want to cancel my membership or if i can continue i would like to continue. She said that if i pay the requested amount . My old membership will be cancelled. I agreed to pay. And paid all the requested amount by cash. After payment she talks completely different. She changed her words. And was telling me that i need ti contact al qouz branch for old cancellation process.. i request the gymnation management to take strict action against that lady( mona) for doing such malpractices.and spoiling the name of your company. Worst gym ever, don’t communicate with the consumer right. After 12 months contract finished as discussed, they are demanding and pressuring a renewal, we have paid the full contract and no money is pending. They are saying the renewal is automatic, unless said 1 month before end, this was never mentioned verbally or through email with us. We also checked the Google maps reviews, where GymNation has said ‘you can cancel at any time’. I have also showed them evidence of them saying this, they replied with messages demanding and demanding renewal with a threat stating that ‘the more you delay additional charges will be applied’. I am not the first person to complain about this, this was mentioned many times by people in reviews and close friends suffering from the same issue. Clearly since this is consistent this business is a scam.

The gym and trainers are gym but the management is only there to fool people by advertising attractive prices and binding everyone on 1 year plan. It just doesn’t stop there, they will auto renew your yearly subscription without confirmation or notification. I suggest everyone who are joining gymnation or are already a member to read through all the terms and conditions or you would be get calls from finance department who are not very polite.

One of the worst experience ever with a fitness club! I paid membership fee in May 2022 and couldn’t join due to exposure to Covid positive case and later duel to traveling. Now requesting the activation of membership with already paid fee but got a big NO as answer! Although they have announced similar membership packages now! Seems like they just want to take the membership fee and never follow up with customers. The day I made the payment, next day I got the call for buying packages for personal trainer and dietician BUT never got a follow up call about not showing up in the Gym! Whereas in other gyms they follow up! Zero customer care! They just keep calling and following up for fee payment … May be they don’t care about customer health and satisfaction!

I have been going there for over 5 months and yesterday in the women’s lockers room i left my bag in a locked locker but came back to find my wallet emptied and left open. No cameras, no security nth because you train in the women’s area. Nothing to compensate you or make the customer feel better. They even told me the police won’t be able to help. 1,500 dhs were stolen and I was told that it was not enough reason to cancel the subscription. Isn’t the customer’s well being a priority? Why isn’t there a procedure to help the customers in such cases?

Mirdif Gym nation is a huge one with multi sport activités for kids , Juniors, Gents and ladies. It's well organized , clean and well equiped just choose the plan that fit you .

If you think that this gym will let you cancel your membership, you are absolutely wrong. I've been a member last year after using their services for 6 months due to my work being shifted to other emirates which gymnation ain't available I had to cancel my membership.. but they refused to do that, where the first day sales man told me you can cancel your membership if there's any reason to.. Long story short I told them a week before my membership renewal that I want to cancel but they don't want to. Unbelievable! People come there to exercise and not to get legal notices on daily basis and threatens for travel ban and staff.. I've never experienced such huge drama in my life , and that is for a gym......... If you want to exercise with ease of mind and wanna quit when you want to stay away from gymnation! they gonna wish you've never known them before!

I go to the Mirdif branch! To summarize my comments to whomsoever, especially from Gymnations management: 1. A considerable amount of time spent finding the bars and dumppels spread all over the floor! People simply use and keep them on the floor with no supervision! 2. At least 2 to 3 pairs of shoes can be found around the equipment we're people take off, once again no supervision! The gym location is great , reachable 24/7 . Nevertheless, gym etiquette rules enforcement issues can easily affect the trust of the local customers and force them to find alternatives.

I had two different reviews for this gym 1. As Gym centre, it's well equipped and maintained. In general, the price Vs quality is great value. During your membership, the customer service team and coaches are very helpful. 2. Once you decide to stop, you will find a terms and conditions which didn't informed to you previously from sales team ( specially Mahmoud) and they will renew your membership without further information, and if you need to cancel you have to pay one month or more before you leave, at the end the only way to escape from them, you have to block your credit card and change it with one new. My advice is if you are going to join this gym , 1. Read all T&C well by yourself. Don't depend on what the sales team tells you 2. Be ready to change your credit card once you decide to stop your membership. Otherwise, forget your money.

Nothing beats that * Equipment: 9/10 Variety of equipment, good classes, and excellent free weights area. * Aesthetics: 8.5/10 Spacious with high ceilings, and a cool warehouse vibe. * Changing room: 8/10 Has a good number of lockers, although attached locks would be better. The vanity is nice, and the room is basic. * Toilets and shower: 5/10 (DEAL BREAKER for me) The state of the toilets and showers at Gymnation falls below my expectations. The facilities may appear tidy, but definitely not clean, they don’t meet the standards of cleanliness required for optimal hygiene. The soap dispensers are either empty or diluted with water. The faucets and sinks are not the best quality. Deep cleaning and maintenance of the facilities are necessary. To sum it up, Gymnation is a good gym with a variety of equipment, great classes, and a spacious, industrial ambiance. However, the toilets and showers require improvement to meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Be careful of this GYM… be careful They are a fraud… they take list of their members and send it to debt collectors regardless of they have payment issue or not just to scare the people. What GYM will send their members to legal companies. When you call them they will say sorry after they have sent you a long scary legal notice. They did it with my family three times and they delete there what’s app threatening message after I fight with them every time. Don’t ever try this gym unless you have lawyers with you.

This gym is pretty ok. However there are two major safety issues. 1) absolutely no water for members unless you pay. (And sometimes the vending machines run out of water) I think this can cause people to work out dehydrated and this can be kind of dangerous. 2) the dumbbells are never never organized on the rack. Weights all over the floor this can be a trip hazard.

It has a separate women's gym in addition to a mixed gym.It's a 24/7 gym. There are lockers and clean restrooms. They also have skilled trainers who are specialized. The only issue I can identify is that gym patrons are very careless with the equipment, despite the staff's best efforts to manage them. The gym is great all around.

Excellent gym with great equipment and with one of the best personal trainers I have ever come across in Ihab. He has allowed me to undergo a significant transformation in a very short period with loss of fat and building muscle using a science based approach together with his recommended diet plan from his approved dietician. He is very knowledgeable having invested several years in his education and has a comprehensive understanding of fitness but also human anatomy and rehab and I therefore don’t need to worry about getting injured when training with him and as a doctor myself I can’t emphasise the importance of this knowledge. He has trained a number of professional bodybuilders for competitions as well which is very inspiring as a client. Overall an excellent experience at this gym!

WORST experience with gymnation, don't even deserve 1 star👎. They will ask you to join without giving full information. I took 6 months membership with them, which is basically auto renewal and they will never inform you at the time of joining but the time you want to leave or not renew. They increase the monthly fees without even informing, on complaining they don't accept. Not willing to renew my membership, on informing they charged 1 month cancellation fees on my card again without informing and once my card got charged they told your membership is cancelled, which was cheating and stealing month in every way. Unfortunately, i had bad experience in my first day for me in the GymNation Mirdif. when i finished my workout and heading to take shower then i was surprised there is no water and other gym mates were using restroom that time were complaining about this incident. this gave me very bad impression about the GymNation service. Two years ago, i used to working out in Fitness-first gym and this is my first time to me in GymNation. and to be honest with you i am missing the hair shampoo and soap and Hair dryer which Fitness-first gym always offering free for gym members. even the weight measuring device is free for everyone in Fitness-first gym. With all my respect for you. if you want your gym to be number one you have to pay attention about the small things which is cost nothing but gain happy customers for you.

I am suffering from their bad communication, neither answering phone calls nor what's app. Ive been trying to end my membership for 3 months and they are not answering . They just want to deduct money even with my medical report they are not cancelling my membership
