One of the worst experiences I had in Poland after coming here from Washington. After dropping off my wife at the clinic for a consultation we booked in advance we waited 30 minutes to get an answer “ummm we can’t take your appointment today”. After zero explanation from the admin staff on the reason of the consultation being canceled and the admin staff waisting time on drinking tea and coffee we had no choice but to leave the clinic. Maybe the doctors okay but we never got to see him because of the awful service provided by the admin staff.

I am giving 3 stars for the reception, because they are not friendly and polite. And secondly, Warsaw is the most diversified city in Poland and not knowing English is quite surprising. If there was not DR. MAXIM, I would not have visited 2nd time here. I am giving 5 stars for the DR. MAXIM, he speaks English and knows his job very well. I am highly satisfied. Great clinic with great doctors. I deleted a wisdom tooth on Siedmiogrodzka 1. Everything was quickly and painlessly. The surgeon is a professional. Stitches were removed on 10th day after the surgery. It’s free and takes a minute. I recommend👍

This is the first time when after professional cleaning I need 1 more professional cleaning. Better to choose another clinic at least for this kind of procedure

I would like to acknowledge the work of the manager who did her best to solve the issue with the unexpected delay of my appointment and to make sure that the clients of the clinic are happy and satisfied with the service. In the end I had my complex teeth cleaning and doctor Violetta was very professional and caring. She gave me a lot pieces of advice and suggestions for my teeth treatment. I highly recommend her.

I am editing my previous review. Unfortunately, the tooth was not cured on the first try. Despite the fact that it was an ordinary filling, it was impossible to touch the tooth. There was a pain lasting more than a week after the visit. I had to go for another visit to the clinic to fix it. During the second visit, the doctor touched a healthy tooth, now there is a small chip there.
