During my stay at hotel H15, I found the customer service to be below expectations. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and lacked the friendly demeanor that one would hope for. Their lack of attentiveness made it difficult to feel comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. Additionally, I encountered a few instances where the hotel's employees displayed rudeness. It's essential for a hotel to foster a culture of respect and courtesy towards guests. Unfortunately, this seemed to be lacking at H15, which negatively impacted my overall experience. When it comes to choosing a hotel, customer service is a crucial aspect to consider. While I understand that experiences can vary, it's unfortunate that my personal encounter with the front desk and employees at hotel H15 left a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. I hope this feedback helps the hotel management address these concerns and improve their customer service standards. It's my belief that with a bit more focus on creating a positive guest experience, hotel H15 can truly become a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel H15 and I must say that their customer service was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing a satisfactory experience for their guests. Firstly, the check-in process was a complete nightmare. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering a warm welcome, they seemed annoyed by my presence and provided no assistance or information about the hotel's amenities or policies. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. Furthermore, when I encountered issues with my room, the hotel staff showed a complete lack of empathy and urgency in resolving them. I had requested a non-smoking room, yet I was given a room that reeked of stale smoke. When I brought this to their attention, they brushed it off and claimed that no other rooms were available. It was clear that they didn't care about my comfort or well-being. The housekeeping service was also abysmal. My room was not cleaned properly during my stay, with dirty towels left behind and the bathroom not being properly stocked with toiletries. When I called the front desk to request a cleaning, they promised to send someone up, but no one ever showed up. Moreover, the hotel staff seemed completely oblivious to any guest needs or requests. I asked for recommendations on local attractions and restaurants, but they were unable to provide any useful information. It felt like they had no knowledge or interest in the area surrounding the hotel. Overall, my experience with the customer service at Hotel H15 was a complete nightmare. The staff's indifference, rudeness, and lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere for a more pleasant and accommodating experience.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding hospitality at H15 Warsaw. The hotel is truly enchanting, blending the charm of an old building with modern flair. Our room was not only spacious but also featured a beautiful kitchen and a remarkably comfortable bed. The restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience, with delicious food complemented by impeccable service. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing. A stay at H15 Warsaw is a magical experience that I highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in the old centre of Warsaw. I was lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite. Very spacious, with a kitchen row (no oven or cooking facilities) and nicely designed furniture with modern equipment. Gorgeous bathroom with all marble tiles. Very comfortable bed.

Very fancy hotel. Breakfast features sparkling wine and it's delicious. I had a suite, it was a bit too pop style as for the design, but the equipment was top notch.

I stayed at this supposedly "5-star" boutique hotel in the heart of Warsaw, and I have to say, it was a major disappointment. While the location was great, with proximity to the city center and a quiet street for sleeping, the service left much to be desired. The staff here lack the passion and attention to detail that one would expect from a five-star establishment. My interactions with them felt like nothing more than empty words. There was no genuine effort to address issues or offer alternative solutions. Customer satisfaction seemed like a foreign concept to them, let alone exceeding expectations. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. The bed's base was dirty, there was dirt between the bathroom tiles, and unsightly limestone buildup on metallic bathroom fixtures. Additionally, turndown service was nowhere to be found in the evening. Furthermore, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of an on-site spa. However, it turns out that the spa was not even located in their own building, nor did it belong to them. This was a significant inconvenience and a clear misrepresentation of the amenities offered by this establishment. It's safe to say that my expectations were not met, and I felt misled by their advertising

The hotel is lovely. The room I had( luxury suite) was spotless clean. Interesting design and large space. However I did not have a feeling of 5* hotel for few reasons: 1. upon check out nobody assisted me with the luggage. Lady on the reception was just looking at me and waiting while I take myself the suitcase I left on reception to go grab breakfast. And nobody helped either with the luggage to the cab. 2. The quality of pillows was not very modern in my taste. 3. The aircon in the room did not work properly as it was hot like in sauna. Overall still nice experience but more like 4*.

A beautiful hotel, perfectly in the city of Warsaw. Lovely suite, very spacious, and clean. Friendly people where we could share a laugh with and the bartender made a great whisky sour! 👍🏼

My experience was smooth. Have 0 complaints. Gym equipment is very good! Everything is taken care of and maintained regularly. We stayed at a basic room (probably the cheapest one). I was surprised how big the bathroom was! I will definitely stay there next time! Fun fact it is one of the only two design hotels in Warsaw.

Elegant yet cosy boutique hotel, with beautiful rooms and an amazing courtyard that was converted into a breakfast and lounge space, with a glass roof covering the entire courtyard. The service is impeccable, and the reception always there to help. There is a piano bar and a restaurant, and though we didn't get a chance to try them, they look very nice. The rooms are very stylish and spacious, with all the amenities you'll need. The location of the hotel is perfect, hidden away on Poznańska street, few minutes walking distance from the main train station and the absolute city centre, but not as busy, and surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for a city break or a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!

Unique place at Poznañska street, probably the best address In the centre. Highly recommend ordering from the hotel signature restaurant. Pierogi with wild game and garlic soup with seafood was top notch.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with amazing staff. Magdalena, the guest relations manager, went the extra mile to deliver any requests and ensure we had a perfect stay. We’ll be sure to return whenever we’re in Warsaw.

Exceptional hotel, with an unbelievable service. Everyone is beyond professional, courteous, mannered, yet with a big touch of humanity, something becoming so rare nowadays. My Wife and I highly recommend H15, which has succeeded in keeping a true Boutique Feeling, whilst maintaining exceptional standards !

I am from the USA and stayed at this gem of a hotel for one week. My stay was perfect and I could not have been any more happy with my experience at H15. The staff is truly personal, attentive and professional, and went above and beyond. The location is the best and the building itself is luxurious and high quality.

We were family of 2 on a short tour to Warsaw. Our check in was fast and we got a delightful surprise of an upgrade to a suite. Such a spacious room. Morning breakfast was good but had limited vegetarian options. The chef was kind enough to make sautéed vegetables. The entire team was courteous and felt as if we are at home. The hotel is so well located, close to all important sightseeing locations. Good eating joints nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.Thank you team for the hospitality.

Over the last year (from April 2022 to March 2023), I spent more than 140 days at H15, which is the best indication that I love this boutique hotel! First and foremost, the management and staff were always helpful and accommodating. They were kind, gracious, and friendly in their efforts to make my many visits comfortable and enjoyable. Their culture of customer service was five- star, which was so important in the quality of my stays and in my decision to return when there were many options in Warsaw. During my stays, I lived in various style rooms, from the well-appointed and comfortable Standard Room to the deluxe and spacious Suites, such as the Junior Suite, Superior Junior Suite, and Luxurious Suite. Each room was contemporary in furnishings, with modern décor, and all the extras that I needed to make my stay comfortable and a home away from home. Each room felt very private and quiet, and I loved the spacious bathrooms and showers. The daily housekeeping was impeccable in its five-star standards and accommodating to my various schedules. The restaurant, Signature, was my go-to evening dinning after a long day of work or a great quiet place to share a meal or a drink with a friend. The diverse menu selections were always delicious and accompanied with a good selection of wines and spirits. Occasionally, if I was busy or just not in the mood to go out, then I enjoyed a meal or an evening snack in my room. The hotel’s location speaks for itself: in the heart of Warsaw, surrounded by an abundant selection of fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, and bars; convenient for either business in Warsaw or easy access to cultural and historical sites and museums. What more can I say? Having traveled extensively throughout my life, I have become very discerning and selective regarding my recommendations. I highly recommend that you visit H15 Boutique Hotel!

My family and I stayed in H15 Boutique Hotel for 5 days when we were in Warsaw. The property is luxurious and gorgeous. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful with tastefully done decor. Everything was just perfect and we had a most wonderful experience. The property, the suite, the facilities, the location, the staff and the service was top notch.

We had a great reception when arrived with live music. Great breakfast with a lot of variety of food, the staff was really nice in special the lady from Belarus that works in reception, she made the difference. The hotel is very quiet which is perfect to relax.

As I was visiting Poland for my birthday, I chose to stay at H15 Boutique, and I am very glad that I stayed at H15 Boutique over other hotels in Warsaw. Prior to my visit, I contacted the Guest Relations Manager (Magdalena) to enquire about travel advice to the hotel as well as for ‘what to do’s in Warsaw. From the first contact, Magdalena had been helpful and thoughtful whenever speaking to me. She had also stayed in contact throughout my stay to provide one, where in one case, she had attempted to help me with my want to see Warsaw, which unfortunately because of poor weather, the tour company couldn’t carry this out. As an alternative, Magdalena was willing to sit with me and give her expert knowledge of Warsaw to help me see the sights through a solo walking tour - all of which was great! Magdalena alone had enhanced my stay at the hotel. This friendly spirit continued throughout my stay, where the entire staff had been extremely welcoming and warm to me. I cannot commend the staff any further - everyone was professional, lovely and extremely kind. In terms of the staff, they had all properly represented what a 5* hotel should be. I was also welcomed to my room with a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely birthday note! I stayed in one of the suites, and although the room was not as large as I would expect of a suite at that price range (which was also one of their most expensive suite offering), the size of the room did not dampen the luxurious quality and atmosphere of the suite. The staff had kept the suite very well and it had tasteful decor & lightning. It was also well equipped with all the amenities needed. The view from the suite and its balcony are beautiful. My only real critique of the suite was that there is no peephole on the door and that occasionally (loud) sounds can travel through the walls from the directly neighbouring room - these two had a very minimal negative impact on my experience. Overall, it was brilliant. The hotel’s location itself is perfect where it is no more than a 15 minutes walk away from the main train station, no less than a minute away from the nearest convenience store and is in reasonable (atleast, for myself) walking distance from tourist attractions. It was also roughly around a 20-25 minute drive (with little traffic) from the airport by taxi. I only had food delivered to my room once (beef tartare, beef burger, and cheese & crackers), which I found to be good for the most part. My only critique here is that the beef burger had too much caramlised onions which was, to an extent, overwhelming. Still, the food was good. Overall, the hotel and its staff are, in my opinion, well deserving of its 5* classification.

Nothing to complain about! Great location, wonderful rooms, excellent lunch, amazing lobby, restaurant, and bar. Staff is super friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is rich in choices even though breakfast was not the highlight in terms of quality and flavor. Will be back again for sure!

An excellent hotel where we spent one night. A very elegant boutique hotel located in the very center of the city and perfectly connected that it is close to everywhere from the hotel and you can walk everywhere. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. Quite expensive, but we knew it was a very exclusive hotel.

Located in the heart of Warsaw near some great eateries and clubs. Live band plays in the restaurant and the experience is incredible. Though I stayed just 1 night, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was spotless, big, quiet, bathroom was easily the best I've ever had, the building is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Location is good too, with plenty of good restaurants around, and very walkable (It's not near the touristic sights. I was in for work, so it worked great for me.) However, front desk service was lacking to say the least. On arrival, the room was unbearably warm (>25ºC and bed has duvet for winter). This is because floor heating is running 24/7 and cannot be entirely turned off. I asked in the morning, and was told "we will see what we can do". Nothing was done. Of course, what I did was open the windows. The front desk employee did not think of telling me that if the windows are open, the aircon is overridden so it does not work (bear in mind it's cold outside, so it may make sense to have windows open and aircon in cooling mode too). Nowhere in the room this nice "feature" is informed - I had to figure it out myself after 2 nights (and some wine over dinner). I also requested, in two different occasions, for a memory foam pillow to be delivered to my room (from the "pillow menu" that the hotel offers). It never arrived. I found the bed and pillows to be just bad, and this is what motivates most of my rating. Bed is very firm and does not let the body "sink in" at all. Even though it's a double bed, I had to sleep on the edges, otherwise it was unbearable. Couldn't really take advantage of the big bed despite being single occupancy. The pillows (comically) behaved like air balloons that slowly deflated when resting my head on them, instead of just being normal fluffy down pillows. I've never, ever had this happen before. Also - they were excessively tall and lumpy. This location was my 5th hotel stay in just 7 weeks, among the most "luxurious" ones on paper, and also the least comfortable one of all. I hoped for much better given the ratings. However, I have to say, my stay was very reasonably priced (cheaper than some 3* and 4* I've been to in other European capitals), so YMMV.

The hotel was good - comfortable room and good staff. The restaurant was not so good, it got a Michelin rating a few years back but I can't imagine they still have it. There was also a lot of noise next door from construction that was very annoying. But, good location and lots of other cafes around for better food. Be careful about PCR test sites suggested by the staff - they do not test at the site near the Palace of Culture and Science, that was a wasted morning for me. They do test near the airport and the Marriott Courtyard at the airport.

I stayed at the H15 hotel last weekend as part of my plan to get engaged and I have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve had with a hotel in my life. The hotel itself was gorgeous, the hotel restaurant was fantastic, and the room was awesome. On top of all that, the guest relations manager Magdalena went above and beyond to help make my stay as wonderful and special for my fiancé and I as possible. She called me personally to coordinate a plan for having our room done up to celebrate our engagement, she took care of it herself even leaving us a handwritten note congratulating us. Magdalena offered me several suggestions for restaurants to eat at on our big night and handled the reservations for me after I chose, and it was to die for. (Restauracja Rozana) Honestly I couldn’t have imagined a better stay at a hotel for such a big moment in my life and from both my fiancé and I, we’d like to give the most sincere thanks for our stay. I know this was a big post, but long story short you will not regret staying here

We have held our quarterly company event at this beautiful location. The overall impression was fantastic. I would warmly like to recommend the hotel not only because of his very attractive location but also because of the staff working there. Such a great and highly motivated team! Good luck for the future and hope to join the next stay at H15 as soon, as possible.

The service was world class and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The heated tile floors were a very nice touch when waking up in the middle of the night. The breakfasts were fit for a king as well with a wide assortment of breads, smoked fish, fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. No details were overlooked. The room was very well designed and furnished with a large sun window that had remote control curtains. The only issue was in the morning you couldn’t escape the Sun. This hotel was fabulous!

H15 is now my home in Warsaw. The hotel is beautiful, the suites are everything you’d expect from a 5 star city location and the staff are really helpful. The hotel also happens to be located in one of the most beautiful, quaint streets in Warsaw with some very cool bars and restaurants.

I’ve been to Warsaw several times & this hotel had by far the best customer service. I decided to splurge a bit, because I’m on my way into Ukraine to deliver more medical aid as a doctor—tonight I have a 12 hour car trip to Kiev😳Reception was very welcoming, with a free glass of champagne. They upgraded me to a suite because I’m an Expedia Gold member, plus gave me a complimentary bottle of wine😀They also let me checkout late without charge. Finally, Vika the receptionist used her own cellphone to arrange a carpool with BlaBla Rideshare, since it wouldn’t accept my American cellphone number. This will save me 6 hours compared to the bus. Plus I get to help a Ukrainian who’s delivering coats to kids there & a drone to the Army with the cost of her trip (she asked for $40 but I’m going to give her $140 instead, so she can buy more supplies)🙏There’s also a good restaurant as well as a nice bar right across the street, literally a 1-minute walk away! The room itself was also great, beautiful, classy & very spacious. Overall A+ rating 🥇

I had a wonderful 3-days stay at this hotel. The staff and especially Magdalena have been delightful and welcoming. The rooms are big, and full of light. Same for the breakfast area covered by a beautiful glass ceiling. I had a feeling of being on holidays despite the 3 days of full time work. This hotel in its charme and size a beautiful oasis of calm. The location is perfect in a very nice quarter of Warsaw. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

My first trip here I had an issue with my room - the WiFi wasn’t working and the thermostat was unresponsive. It had impacted my ability to work from my room and I notified hotel management. Magdalena, guest relations manager & head concierge, met with me in person to address the issue and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she personally apologize, she went out of her way to get me into a new room and even left a bottle of wine as a gift for the troubles. Magdalena was attentive, extremely kind and professional, and completely turned my stay around. Because of her and how much I really love this hotel, it is now my go-to hotel, and the only place I will stay at in Warsaw - which I now go to almost each month for a week each trip on average. The staff is incredible and makes my stay so enjoyable every time. The hotel is beautiful and I feel at home every time I stay there. I travel extensively for work all over the world and H15 is hands down one of my very favorite places to stay. Thank you Magdalena and all the H15 staff - you are seriously the best!
