As
I
was
visiting
Poland
for
my
birthday,
I
chose
to
stay
at
H15
Boutique,
and
I
am
very
glad
that
I
stayed
at
H15
Boutique
over
other
hotels
in
Warsaw.
Prior
to
my
visit,
I
contacted
the
Guest
Relations
Manager
(Magdalena)
to
enquire
about
travel
advice
to
the
hotel
as
well
as
for
‘what
to
do’s
in
Warsaw.
From
the
first
contact,
Magdalena
had
been
helpful
and
thoughtful
whenever
speaking
to
me.
She
had
also
stayed
in
contact
throughout
my
stay
to
provide
one,
where
in
one
case,
she
had
attempted
to
help
me
with
my
want
to
see
Warsaw,
which
unfortunately
because
of
poor
weather,
the
tour
company
couldn’t
carry
this
out.
As
an
alternative,
Magdalena
was
willing
to
sit
with
me
and
give
her
expert
knowledge
of
Warsaw
to
help
me
see
the
sights
through
a
solo
walking
tour
-
all
of
which
was
great!
Magdalena
alone
had
enhanced
my
stay
at
the
hotel.
This
friendly
spirit
continued
throughout
my
stay,
where
the
entire
staff
had
been
extremely
welcoming
and
warm
to
me.
I
cannot
commend
the
staff
any
further
-
everyone
was
professional,
lovely
and
extremely
kind.
In
terms
of
the
staff,
they
had
all
properly
represented
what
a
5*
hotel
should
be.
I
was
also
welcomed
to
my
room
with
a
bottle
of
Prosecco
and
a
lovely
birthday
note!
I
stayed
in
one
of
the
suites,
and
although
the
room
was
not
as
large
as
I
would
expect
of
a
suite
at
that
price
range
(which
was
also
one
of
their
most
expensive
suite
offering),
the
size
of
the
room
did
not
dampen
the
luxurious
quality
and
atmosphere
of
the
suite.
The
staff
had
kept
the
suite
very
well
and
it
had
tasteful
decor
&
lightning.
It
was
also
well
equipped
with
all
the
amenities
needed.
The
view
from
the
suite
and
its
balcony
are
beautiful.
My
only
real
critique
of
the
suite
was
that
there
is
no
peephole
on
the
door
and
that
occasionally
(loud)
sounds
can
travel
through
the
walls
from
the
directly
neighbouring
room
-
these
two
had
a
very
minimal
negative
impact
on
my
experience.
Overall,
it
was
brilliant.
The
hotel’s
location
itself
is
perfect
where
it
is
no
more
than
a
15
minutes
walk
away
from
the
main
train
station,
no
less
than
a
minute
away
from
the
nearest
convenience
store
and
is
in
reasonable
(atleast,
for
myself)
walking
distance
from
tourist
attractions.
It
was
also
roughly
around
a
20-25
minute
drive
(with
little
traffic)
from
the
airport
by
taxi.
I
only
had
food
delivered
to
my
room
once
(beef
tartare,
beef
burger,
and
cheese
&
crackers),
which
I
found
to
be
good
for
the
most
part.
My
only
critique
here
is
that
the
beef
burger
had
too
much
caramlised
onions
which
was,
to
an
extent,
overwhelming.
Still,
the
food
was
good.
Overall,
the
hotel
and
its
staff
are,
in
my
opinion,
well
deserving
of
its
5*
classification.
