Let’s explain strange of This Hotel . Frist this hotel is nice and clean room . friendly and professional staff . specially butler service. I want put my top 5 luxury hotels. But after breakfast I changed my mind . The breakfast restaurant was really bad and unfriendly staffs . 1. We was waiting for in front of restaurant but no one come and invited tables so we try to sit one of table after one of old female staff come and told me that * this table is reservation ! Even not said any like . Good morning or how are you or whatever nicely to talk . 2. You get the menu card full of price in it which I already payed of Hotel with breakfast so you wouldn’t know have to extra pain or not . 3. No one explain how to ordering . 4. When you finished dichs it took time more the 20 mi for clean up and Get the foods . 5. The worst was all female staffs not happy face and unfriendly . Not professional . I am sure thay are like cheap students working if it However Frist Photo which can see that it is so small cold food buffet and you can order warm food with card . But when you want to more order food the staff is very unfriendly and it takes so long time get the food ! Just do not understand is everything nice and friendly professional luxury hotel has so bad breakfast with staffs .

Beautiful place. Friendly people. I’ve not stayed in other Warsaw hotels but this place was great across the board. Get the pork chop at the restaurant. Damian who works there was perfectly enthusiastic about it and a great host. Warsaw as well is a quiet gem.

Extraordinary hotel and the best 5 Star Hotel I've ever visited! We used a weekend to do a small trip to Warsaw and fortunately, the Corona restrictions are not that strict in Poland. The hotel took care from the beginning until the end of all our needs. It began with a friendly welcome mail. And the hotel arranged a Transfer by the hotel limousine from the airport for us. At the hotel, we got nice and detailed instructions about all facilities. Additionally the concierge suggested a nice fine dining Restaurant which was also very good! Robert Kochanski was the best concierge we have experienced. Very friendly, welcoming and passionate. If we would have more time, we could stay much longer there. He helped us so much and took care of all needs. In tze room we found a sweet surprise. The swimming pool and sauna was also very unique. In total by far our best hotel experience ever! We will come back if we visit Warsaw again!

I had a great stay in this historical and amazing hotel. One highlight was the tour with the art manager. All stuff are so nice, espacially Lukasz (Concierge) helped me to make reservation in the best restaurants in town. The hotel is super central and well connected to public transportation.

This hotel was very luxurious. The art in the lobby was beautiful and the rooms were stunning, with high ceilings and books. Every night they would leave a historical paragraph, day 1 was about Marie curie.

I went to the hotel spa today. It’s it’s a nice space with good energy, not different than other 5 star hotels. Pretty average swimming pool. The reason why it was special it’s Julia. Amazing person with spectacular massage skills and so much more. Please do yourself a favour and if you’re around ask for a massage with her. Hotel should feel lucky to have her.

Without doubt the best hotel in Warsaw. Elegant rooms with all amenities and impressive details. Look the quality of the doors. Lovely Spa and unique pool. We will be back.

By far THE CLEANEST HOTEL EVER. I travel countless times/month for work and always carry a sleeping bag with me because really… you never know. From hairs to stains to odors etc… this was the first time in a very long time I didn’t feel the need to take out my sleeping bag !!! The room was sooooo quiet perfect for work and of course relaxing. Very comfortable and luxurious the staff was very helpful and attentive If I ever have to go back to Poland I know exactly where I’ll stay.

Best hotel in Warsaw. Located right near Old Town. The rooms are big and super comfortable. The spa and fitness center are very well maintained. Excellent breakfast, and a great whiskey bar. The staff is excellent and super professional.

This hotel is top notch! One of the best I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at top hotels around the world. Their staff is just amazing! So polite, friendly, accommodating this can go on and on. The rooms are great too! Me and my fiancée got engaged in Warsaw and their concierge arranged a great photographer on a very short notice. More they allowed us to take pictures in one of the top suits they have. Honestly I can’t praise enough this place! Also when we checked in they brought up some artisanal chocolate and CHAMPAGNE complimentary. I’ve never got champagne comped in any other hotel not in ritz or four seasons. Honestly I can’t recommend this place enough. I am sad this place is far from home otherwise I would stay there all the time. Definitely the only place we will ever stay Warsaw.

Amazing hotel and staff, who were all extremely friendly and attentive. Very good central location a 5 minute walk from the old town. Very pleasant stayed, we couldn't have asked for more!

Service was exceptional. Staff provided complimentary cakes from the patisserie after overhearing that my wife was pregnant. Didn't expect or ask for it but a really nice touch.

Overall this is a fantastic hotel with mostly excellent staff. However, the issue at this property is that they absolutely do not honor the details and inclusivities of a given reservation. The front dest staff also directly lies and only comes around when their lies are pointed out and contradicted with proof. My reservation was made through Fine Hotels and Resorts and the hotel refused to honor most of the benefits that were included as part of the booking. No mention was made of FHR benefits at check in. They refused a room upgrade even though 6 higher category rooms were available at check in during my stay. After pointing that out, most members of the staff proceed to lie to me directly about lack of availability, and the hotel being booked to capacity, which was clearly not the case. Eventually after much hassle I was given an "upgraded" handicap accessible room, which came with it's own slew of issues, such as alarms being set off and security having to come to the room. The breakfast provided was delicious, and buffet spread, although lacking many options, was tasty and sufficient. However the wait staff was inattentive, even having to be reprimanded by a supervisor in front of me for failing to clear dishes. The biggest issue during the stay was when I returned to my room the following morning post breakfast, I received a call from the reception asking why I'm still there and when I would be leaving. Upon reminding the receptionist that my stay includes a GUARANTEED 4 p.m.check out, I was informed that they would NOT be honoring that and that I need to vacate the room because they are booked to capacity. After politely pointing out that the 4 p.m. checkout is a GUARANTEE of a FHR reservation, I was informed that it is the manger's decision and I have to leave. My door keys were disabled. I was denied speaking to the manager in person even though I was informed that he would be available. Overall what should have been a very pleasant and relaxing stay at a property that has all the potential to deliver that, fell completely short. Being forced out of my room was completely unacceptable and left feeling unwelcome, stressed and humiliated.

Wow! Amazing hotel - stunningly beautiful, high attention to detail, refined accommodations. This is one of the best hotels in the world. We chose to take the hotel car from the airport - true luxury. While in Warsaw, we booked our tours independently with Mazurkas Tours and were highly satisfied with that tour company.

Loved the hotel itself but found it quite noisy. This caused for a sleepless night. Around midnight, it seemed that cars were drag racing in the street? This kept me up until around 3 am. When I mentioned this to the staff, they mentioned it was a known problem. I had booked a suite at the front of the property - these rooms should have better soundproofing at a minimum - especially since the staff knows about it. I wouldn’t recommend the suites that face the front entrance.

The best 5 star hotel we’ve stayed at. Huge rooms with full amenities. Dog friendly, amazing staff and the pool was nice and private as well. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room itself was beautiful 😊

It is very frustrating that such a 5 star hotel is unable to unblock my reserved credit card amount. During my check in, hotel reserved more than 1000 Euro from my credit card for 2 nights stay! I checked out 4 weeks ago and still hotel is unable to unblock the reserved amount. I am so unhappy with services. Same issue for my colleague.

Cannot find a better place in Warsaw. Rooms are min 41m2, the staff is incredible, we came for a couple of days for business and stayed for a week! And made a lot of new friends. A hotel you don’t wanna leave (including the shopping in the building)

We had a great experience. We were a needy group because of the young children and particular tastes of everyone involved. But we received great support and advices. Thank you in particular to Klaudia in reception and Karolina at the breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool. I was just not a big fan of the four large paintings praising hunting.

I lived in deluxe room. Liked the space and the comfort of it. Everything is super clean. Food is very nice indeed (tried only breakfast) . Only missed music inside the hotel, couse i noticed the sound system is installed everywhere. Highly recommend. 👌

This hotel is an other level of beautiful experience. Welcome is warm and helpful, the decoration is made with a lot of taste and practical. The rooms are spacious, modern and we'll equiped. Anything you could have thing was badly made elsewhere is just were it should be here. Localisation is perfect for a stay in Warsaw and all personnel is here to help you. Finally you will find a tasty restaurant, beautiful bar and a lot of shops. The little shop of sweets, patisseries and ice creams is amazing and add nicely to the experience. I visited this hotel about a month ago and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely friendly, the room is spacious with a modern design, the spa at the hotel receives special praise. I also visited the restaurant and bar so I can say that it is one of the best in Warsaw.

Amazing place to stay! Third time in a year and not the last for sure! Love the rooms, butler service, concierge service was amazing, breakfast absolutely yummy, just everything is perfect! Best service I've ever seen. Robert and Lukasz were amazingly attentive to our requests and inquiries. They're so good at what they do! Robert actually walk us to a restaurant near by, just to be kind, and to make sure we found it okay. Our Butlers were fantstic also. I've simply never seen such hands-on attention to service. This hotel lets their staff read their guests, who see to it that they give those guests every bit, or not (if they don't want it), all the attention the guest(s) need to feel their stay is of the highest priority. I don't know how they manage to make every guest feel they are at the centre of it all, but they do. The hotel and its suites are of the best anywhere, but it's the attention to service that made my stay so memorable. 10 out of 10!

For the price I have to give it 5 stars. The rooms were spacious, they really treated us like royalty. Service was probably 80% of what I would expect from 4-seasons, but this was a great hotel. The details were probably what was missing that we were spoiled in 4-seasons Maui with, like organizing our toiletries or organizing our charging cables, making the room immaculate and joy to come back to. The pool was heated. Parking was expensive, there was city parking in front of the hotel but it was first come first served. It was connected with a mall and the Krolewska road. The location was great.
