Dirty, double bed turned to be futon so two people barely fit there (see the pic, ikea table for scale), didn't get towels, called the helpline and still they failed to get us the towels next day, spent 20 minutes calling (expensive if you don't have roaming deal) customer service because the room entry code they sent out didn't work. Room smaller than on the photos, doesn't look nearly as good. I'd never stay here again

Communication with owner was very poor, we didn't get the code before the check in and not even after that. And talking to a machine pissed me so much. It took about 7 callings to be successful and the bathroom wasn't clean at all (I would swear that cleaning lady was there only for being there), shower broken and nobody cared, only two showers and 2 toilets for everybody (in one room to close was toilet and shower). No bin in the room. I expected the way more! And for the info : use the second number on the sign to be successful in calling

This place is not even worth the cheap price. We arrived a bit after 9pm and had no light in the room. We called the "reception" to have it fixed, but after mumbling a few words they cut the call. Later we received a text message from another number to send a photo which we did, but of course nothing happened. As it was late we decided to stay but with the smell of waste water in the whole place and the rather low hygiene I would not recommend it to anyone. Besides, in the morning when we had some light, we realised that there were simply no bulbs in the light. If a host treats their guests like that they don't deserve to have any.

I was a guest at DreamStudio with a friend in Warszawa for two nights (6-8/12/17). We slept in the room n7. This experience left us disappointed as all the property was very dirty. The floor all around the corridor, in our room and also in the bathroom was full of spots, hair and other unidentified objects. Toilet paper was missing regularly and the sinks were out of order and completely dirty: it was a challenge to wash our face in the morning and brush our teeth. In the end, the last morning, it was not even possible to take a shower as it was very disgusting and dirty. Furthermore it was very challemging to sleep as we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the rooms next to ours. And I say everything, if you know what I mean. As suggestion I can also add to put a curtain to the window as the sunlight is hitting directly the face in the morning not allowing to sleep longer. The location is perfect and central but it doesn't mean that hygienic standards don't have to be respected. I went to much more crowded hostels in the past and they were shining compared to this one.

Close to the center yet quiet, secured, clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Godd value for money. Only problem is that the management is only available upon appointment by phone, but they don't seem to pick-up when we call and our email remained unanswered. The other problem is that they say they have wifi but they never gave us the name and password. But if you can live w/out internet for a couple of days, this is a good inexpensive place, ideally located at walking distance from many downtown attractions and great restaurants.

Such a scam! Stay away from them. Cancelled my booking and then double-charged for the same room. Not mention cockroaches running around! DO NOT RENT IT!

Absolutely horrible place. The bathroom does not have soap and j found a centipede in there. The door lock had chewing gum stuffed in it, the plates in the room were dirty and the bedsheet was visibly not clean. And the fridge was not maintained either. Not to mention how difficult it was for our booking to get confirmed. Definitely do not recommend even for the cheap price.

terrible experience, the room i booked with my friend was occupied by someone, also there was no correspondence with the pictures provided on booking.com. no way of contacting the host, the phone number is not working. we arrived at 22.00 and had to search for another place to spend the night. no way to be refund. awful.

4 floors and no elevator and damn warm room in summer time it's the worst thing you can get :/ No one came to change the sheets or empty the trash bin. Private bathroom was even worse than a shared bathroom and didn't worth it. I'll never rent there

We stopped here for one night. There is no registration desk. The invalid phone number is indicated on the booking page. It was problematic to contact the administrator. Very small rooms and all the voices from other rooms are clearly heard. Also there is no door from WC and bedroom, so if you like to watch at other neighbors pee, this hostel will be a great choice for u.

Absolutly discasting place. A dirty room, a fungus in the shower….
