Bad place. Not hygienic at all. The towel and pillows are dirty. The shower is broken an it wets the whole bathroom. Just don't come here. I've wasted my money. Shouldn't have booked for 12 days. Not worth the money. I've also contacted the land lord and got no reply so don't expect nothing from here. At least I've got roof on top of me. 🤣

The room is just too small. Disgusting, stinks of sewage from the toilet. Significant mold in the shower and the shower doors are broken, water can't be turned off correct. The "bed" is a hard couch. I found hair on the freshly made(?) sheet. The windows are on the ceiling and can only be opened and closed with a bar, which is not easy. The bedside lamp cord is too short, so you have to get up to use it. One electrical outlet is not covered. The mini-fridge is too noisy. 4th floor with no lift. 40 € per night. Book something else.

You simply can't get in your room, because there are no guiding at all. Mail doesn't respond, phone provided doesn't respond neither. You can't get your money back, so it's just bunch of local frauds. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Absolute abomination of a hotel. Greeted by a major fight and pathology. Disgusting and dirty and as attached insects! I left immediately and for the short time I was there I came back with a hand full of bug bites. Would never recommend to anyone and rather warn everyone of this horrendous place! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely not worth 20€ I’ve paid for one night. The room was very old and dirty, and even check-in was not easy. You need passcodes for both the entry gate and your room door and nobody exists to help your check-in/out. No lift not surprisingly. 🙃 Bathroom was extremely small and unhygienic. No shampoo, no body wash and no toothpaste or toothbrush. It was my first time to spend my whole day without brushing my teeth and taking a shower. Completely horrible experience here and never ever recommend here to anyone. Guys, please make another choice for yourself. :))

Very poor ... The shower was totally out of control once it opened. It was on the top floor and there was no lift . Someone with heavy luggage may suffer like me. According to the service the price is high. And if you are a smoker then just forget about it. There is no smoking corner except down stair.

The worst experience ever, don’t book any room here! The room was dirty and unbelievable hot (the hostel located on the last floor of an old building, there’s no AC, so you can’t fall asleep here after a hot day). In the morning the door-handle was broken so I couldn’t get out of the building! I contacted them twice, the assistant was rude and annoyed that I expect them to act and solve it fast. They promised to call back but no one contacted me, they didn’t care at all. So basically I would have been stuck all day if not a Uber driver who arrived and opened the door from outside with the code. Terrible service and awful, expensive hostel. The owners should be ashamed!

Everything is messed up inside the room from the bedsheets and the pillow had some stain, water leakage in bathroom plus bed room. I called them many times but they ignore our needs I do not recommend at all. Worst services I have ever experienced.

Do not book this place!! If I could I would give minus stars. Contact number shown on the booking confirmation doesnt work as no one wants to speak to you. They decline all the calls. I received a message when sent them one, that I can semd them a text or email, even there's a no that you can call. Another thing is to check in 1h earlier is possible after you pay extra! Even that the room is ready!! Sick! Thats why my advice is to stay away from this place..

Very good location, ideal for weekend stay. Also it wasnt that much clean. One night I heard noisy neighbors because they were arguing in the hall but when they get into their room i heard nothing so its quiet.

Grey, damp sheets and towels. Blood in the shower. Dirty. There is no lift. Narrow staircase. Constant sewer sounds. The mattress is a thousand years old. This is a terrible place, just terrible.

This place is horrible. They cancelled my booking, 30min before I was supposed to arrive. Why? No explanation or reason. Just like that. All the phone numbers for contact don't work. I called numerous times, nobody answered. I highly recommend you stay away from this horrible place.

Rude behaviour of customer service when we called to ask for the invisible doorbell number in the email message, unavailable free wi-fi, messy room and things, uncomfortable beds.
