Not worth going in You need to wait in cold weather for at least 3 hours outdoor without any shelter. Go to other attractions and save your valuable time. Women and children are giving up mid way because of the cold and poorly organized waiting line. So inhuman conditions under the cold. We are not Titanic passenger waiting for the lifeboat! They only explain to people while waiting in Polish. As English speaking people I don't understand what the staff said at all. And they won't let any people get in once it's 5pm Update: I tried to get in again in the morning before 10am, there already a queue outside for around 40 people, once it is 10am they will start letting people in, however the security is super slow and you still need to wait 30mins + outdoor, I suspect they really don't want to make any changes to improve the arrangement, they might more enjoying seeing people queueing like refugees outside in the cold, since it is obviously not the first day happening the same situation. In my honest opinion, this museum represent Poland this country, such arrangements makes Polish people and tourists under suffering. Please fix this otherwise you only makes bad impression to your own people and visitors all around the world.

This place is huge. It took 90 minutes to check most things out, but not in great detail. The museum is interactive and very interesting. It has big amounts of coins, for those coinophiles, but the most interesting parts are the labs and minting processes. Everything there is written in detail, and in both Polish, and English. I truly enjoyed the experience, tho I didn't read everything nor did I look at every coin. Oh, and did I mention it's free? Ps: just remember to leave these knives you still wear since you became a scout, as the museum will not only make you a unique ID card (for visiting), but also will check your bags and coats...

Let’s start with the entrance queue; I waited nearly an hour because of the museum policy(Maximum 120 visitors at a time.) The museum is free of charge. When you enter the building, the staff wants to stand you in a determined field and takes your photo. After that, they give you a card for entering/exiting, and you don’t have to give it back. Before discovering the museum, there is a security point on the base floor. The Museum has three floors. On the first floor, there is a cloakroom and restroom. Staff is located on every floor and helps you how to visit every floor. You can find anything related to money, payment technologies, blockchain, etc. Some of the items are interactive. The best part of the museum is the “8.Vault” field. You can touch the gold bar and practice with money, whether it's original or not, in this field. I recommend this museum because of its very fascinating items. However please remind that, I recommend planning on weekdays because of the long queue.

If you re in warsaw for just a few days, SKIP IT. The line is horrible. We waited for hald an hour and they obly let like 10 people in. The line continues a bit inside too. So by the time we thought we got in, we should have waited for another hour too. I d rather pay 20 zlots for another museum than out in the cold with screaming children, because there are looots of children... Again, its free, but NOT WORTH IT

Huge exhibition with a wide spectrum of things related to money. From metal pieces used in ancient times to the bank structure of nowadays - you’ll find everything here. Lots of interactivities involved which is a great thing, especially if you’re visiting with kids. Would definitely recommend visiting if you haven’t been here yet.

I recommend to take a sound guide, well prepared exchibitions, interesting quizzes and not so overwhelming museum compering to most ones in Warsaw. I really enjoyed the time there but remember to reserve the trip online, there might be a big queue before the entrence.

Properly exploring the museum takes 2-3 hours, because there are many exhibits. The chronology is confusing, because they start from the middle instead of with the beginnings of Polish money. The physical exhibits are expertly put together, and almost all of them have English translations. The digital ones, on the other hand, require patience. Visitors get to print a souvenir ticket with their name. The main gift shop is open Mon-Fri; on Sat-Sun only a smaller gift shop is open.

Great place to learn about the Polish economic policy and its history. The staff were really friendly and everything was easily understood in english and polish. We also printed free customisable NBP "credit cards" as a souvenir.

With the chance to hold a piece of gold that weight worth more than a house? Say no more this place is definitely 5 star to visit. With free entrance and free voice guide. What is there not to like. It has interactive and informative section

A place with a nice collection of financial instruments, coins, currency related historical items and present technology. In a very understandable and easy format for viewers. A person visiting Warsaw must try to include it in the list.

(Translated by Google) A must-see for money lovers. Amazing exhibitions and history presented in many very interesting exhibitions. Real and counterfeit money, a gold bar weighing more than 10 kg worth over 3 million. If the topic is interesting for you, you need three days from opening to closing to take a closer look at everything. For families with children. You can even print a ticket with your name on it as a memory :) The museum staff is very knowledgable, welcoming and helpful. They speak English well, so do not hesitate to ask questions about museum in English. I want to thank especially to Ewelina for her kind and professional approach to visitors.

We arrived on a tuesday shortly after opening at 10 and had to wait around 10 minutes before being let inside. Their were a few school classes visiting the museum. The museum exhibitions are great! I can particularly recommend the section about WW 1+2 and the communist regime. The highlight is of course the real gold bar in the bank vault.

It was an amazing experience. Assistance is found on every floor. They speak both English and Polish and are very helpful. The museum is well organized. You can spend up to 3 hours at least learning about the history of the Polish financial system and enjoying interactive games. It's free on Saturday so you might have to wait a bit because they only allow 120 visitors at a time but it's totaly worth it!

They do not allow as many people inside as they declare on the posters before entering. They are quite rude. A large number of employees standing in the corridors. It would be nice to hear from them information about a given exhibition. It's not worth expecting 2 hours in line. (Original) Muzeum całkiem ciekawe. Niestety obsługa w większości bardzo nie ciekawa. • 5/5 Kate B. 4 years ago on Google
What a great museum it is! It is free of charge yet you need to wait around 20-40 minutes in line (which is not that annoying yet they don't have any bathrooms on the first floor where you wait so this could be an issue). When you enter you can take audio guide in different languages and also - finally! There are bathrooms and free water. There are a total of 3 floors with different rooms that have different educational purpose, some are rather interactive. Museum is very interesting and educating for both kids and adults, it takes around 2 hours to walk through it, yet it could take even more.
