We
found
this
parking
lot
through
Google's
searching
engine.
We
relied
on
the
description
of
the
staff
speaking
English
and
a
good
rating.
Unfortunately,
upon
arrival,
we
were
greeted
by
neither
Russian
nor
English
speaking
staff,
who
did
not
even
allow
us
to
quietly
unload
things
and
rushed
to
get
on
the
shuttle
bus.
It
was
7
am
until
there
we
were
traveled
all
night.
We
got
on
the
bus
and
a
few
minutes
later
another
car
crashed
into
us.
It
was
a
quite
big
accident,
it
was
not
the
parking
lot
driver’s
fault,
but
no
one
asked
us
if
everything
is
ok
and
if
we
are
well.
Another
shuttle
bus
arrived
and
continued
the
journey
as
nothing
happened.
When
we
went
to
our
holiday
destination
(we
were
in
shock,
so
we
couldn't
feel
the
pain),
we
went
to
the
doctors
and
were
treated
for
2
weeks
in
a
row
(Xray,
neck
brace,
etc.).
We
have
serious
health
consequences
till
now.
One
more
time
-
this
is
not
a
parking
lot
driver
fault,
but
the
indifference
of
the
people
working
there
is
shocking.
Also,
I
want
to
mention
that
we
corresponded
with
the
office
about
the
insurance
details,
etc.,
they
wrote
it
down
promptly
and
in
English,
but
I
think
it
would
be
normal
not
to
write
that
the
staff
speaks
other
languages
than
Polish.
Also,
when
we
came
back
to
Poland,
no
one
met
us,
they
spoke
only
in
Polish
on
the
phone,
it
was
the
middle
of
the
night,
so
after
a
long
talk
using
google
translate,
we
had
to
wait
a
long
time
for
somebody
to
come
and
pick
us
up.
The
parking
lot
kept
our
car
safe.
That's
all
good
news.
I
don't
know
what
else
to
add,
it
was
just
the
most
unpleasant
part
of
the
holiday
for
us,
we
would
choose
another
parking
lot
for
sure,
and
we
would
overtake
this
from
a
distance
due
to
the
approach
to
the
client.
I
hope
they
will
change
their
description
and
approach
to
the
client
(or
their
staff).
