Very bad experience with them. I reserved apartments via Booking about month earlier. In the reservation I chose to pay during check-in. One day before the check-in they told me to pay via some other link (not Booking) or they will not give me keys and I will need to go to their office. Office works only till 5PM. Looks like scam. The rules written on Booking are not real at all. Conversation was also bad. After many texts I cancelled this reservation. I almost left on the street because it was very difficult to find new apartments for 4 people in the same day as check-in. I wish you never have some business with them.

I am still waiting to get back my deposit for a room I stayed in 5 MONTHS ago???!!! Incredibly unprofessional company. EDIT: The P&O company stayed almost unreachable during the whole process just answering 2 times that they would send the deposit back very soon. Which never happened. Even with the intervention of the Booking website, they wouldn't refund anything, leading said booking website to refund me with their apologies.

Beautiful apartment, except the bathroom becomes very slippery due to no shower screen or curtain. Ok location, there are resturaunts and fast food surrounding but a bit of a distance to the main attractions. However, i do not recommend this company if you are arriving earlier than check in/late at night or are leaving later than check out. The reception is off site, you are expected to catch a taxi or walk from their office to the apartments (ours was 20 minutes away) with your luggage. Same deal if you need to store your luggage after check out. Very poor communication emails went unanswered and did not answer their phone line and then when I got to the office, all 3 workers were lounging around on their phones uninterested? The shuttle from the airport that is offered, does not exist, and there is no shuttle offered to your apartment from their reception address. Also they gave us the wrong password for the wifi but that was easily fixed by copying the information off the router.

The worst. They put me in a completely different building than I booked, added an extra 50% cost, you have to pickup your keys 45 - 60 minutes away from the apartment. They don't answer their phones when trying to call. Will hit you with a massive deposit. Absolutely not recommended under any circumstance.

Horrible, rude young woman at reception at the P & O Apartments Almost threw the keys at us. As for asking her any questions she just grunted. Not a nice beginning to our 4 day stay in Warsaw. Quite well positioned apartment and clean. Asked for fresh towels twice but they did not come. They accidentally gave us their accommodation price for the 4 days which was TWICE the amount our Sydney Flight Centre agent charged us prior to coming here😐😐😐 Does not encourage us to use Flight Centre again.

We booked a serviced apartment in Warsaw expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but was disappointed with the condition upon arrival. Despite contacting customer service, the apartment remained messy and unclean. The linens were stained and the overall state of the apartment was unacceptable. Customer service was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and unable to rest. The expensive cost was not justified.

I beg you please do NOT rent from this company. Renting from them will make your visit to Warsaw unpleasant and complicated. I had a very bad experience from the very beginning, having to go very far into the city to pick up a key, then the key did not work in the apartment, then now I still have not received my "deposit" back despite promises from the staff over the phone that it would be returned "right away". The flat we rented was nice but the building was absolutely filthy and was under construction, with piles of construction debris in the hallways. I do not trust this company at all. Read the rest of the reviews and you will see why!

I'm really not sure how they exist as an organisation, to me it's a scam of an operation. They lie about the accommodation, giving you something completely different to that adverised. When you try to reach them by email or phone no one responds, going to their office is no help, the lies continue. If you're lucky you might get what was promised in their advertising, but don't bet on it. I think they give Poland a bad name, and I'm not Polish. Please try somewhere else for peace of mind.

Nice apartments located in the center of the old town. Very close to the main sights. Such us the palace, St. John's church, Kanonia, the Uprising monument etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the staff was very kind and helpful.

First of all, the apartment was awesome. Spacious room, modern interior, clean and convenient. Kitchen is complete to prepare your own meal. Apartment is located near public transportation, restaurants and supermarkets. But....the service and will to accommodate the guests requests is very poor! In all my years of travel, using Al kids of accomodations I've never experienced something so unprofessional. Reservation was done well in advance, paid the apartment in full 3 days in advance and requested an early check in. Check in was confirmed at 13.00 on the day of arrival. At the office for key pick up they told me the apartment isn't ready. That kan happen, but they let me wait for 3 hours. I finally got the key at the original check in time 16.00. The guy then send me away with the wrong (key) voult code, what caused me to get very frustrated at the apartment door, doubting myself. Finally made the call and entered the apartment. Although the apartment itself is great, I will never recommend to book an apartment via P and O Apartments.

I was kind of worried when I read all the negative comments, but in the end it all turned out to be ok. It was clean and the company responded to my mails within half an hour.

I stayed there for almost a week. The apartment was just nice and basic. I made the mistake to forget my glasses in the apartment and I got them back after 2 months....They shipped first a wrong item which i paid and then the right one...They refused to pay even the first parcel...I was really upset, so in case you forget something, you will be in trouble contacting them. Unfortunately I am not able to rate this with zero stars...at the time we booked our apartment, the pictures and the booking.com page where totally different, also the description of the apartment. We arrived at the apartment and found a totally different apartment than described. We directly phoned the number that was given in the confirmation mail, and we said this is not what we booked, we cannot stay here longer, especially with a baby and a dog. The guy on the phone just didn't care and told us to send an email. The apartment was very small and did not have, as described, a nice view neither was it on the sixth floor. Our apartment was on the first floor, with a view at a backyard. Since then we tried to get at least some refund, since we payed over 600€ for one week for the apartment and we didn't even stay a night, Our calls and emails to the company have not been answered until now. We didn't get any money back at all. Be careful with this company and we would recommend not to book this apartment, just go to one of the hotels in Warsaw. That's what we had to do in the end...
