Always good food. Fast service. Staff always super friendly. QR code table ordering is super convenient but you can also order at the counter if you prefer. Good portions and standard prices.

In general I really enjoy coffee club, being a regular at other stores. Today, I had the extreme displeasure of what appeared to be trainees coffee. I understand that people need experience and will improve over time. However. This doesn't negate the fact that the coffee I received today was nothing short of the worst drink I've ever had. Scorching hot, bitter, and overall disgusting. I was busy and got a take away cup... I just threw it out after the first sip. Then went to the Muzzbuzz down the road. I don't believe one new staff members performance should summarise the review of an entire store. thus I give three stars.

Stopped for breakfast, Amazing Avocado Tossed Bacon Egg and Cheese, so tasty and the portion is good for me, Friendly staff, and quick service too, Highly Recommend!

I love this place because the girls that work here are amazing people, the food and coffee/drinks is so good nice aircon inside toilet access, wheelchair access, always clean.

I don’t think place deserve an explanation to why I rated it this low. Manager had the worst attitude. I go to Clarkson coffee club for years and years and never had anyone treated customers like her. Update - I have updated the review because the manager was kind enough to apologise the following week for what has happened the previous week. Whether it’s a busy day or just simply someone’s having a bad day, for me personally customer service take number one priority. I’m an Early Childhood Teacher and no matter the mood I’m in I always greet my families with a smile. And thanks to the manager for approaching and kindly apologising. Thank you.

I had breakfast there and there was a lipstick mark around my glasses and they gave me a dirty teapot. I definitely won’t back there 👎🏼

Very busy place, think it's understaffed, 1 person serving on counter, tables dirty and floors dirty. Food came out fairly quickly considering how busy they were

I took takeaway Big breakfast and there were no eggs and only one hash browns is that only in mine? so much disappointing from them

The service is more than extremely slow , the waitress ignored the fact that the chips were overcooked & the oil basly needed changing. The poached eggs were cold when finally served & the waitress served the meals before going off to find cutlery! Really? The service is appalling!

Was surprised with the coffee experience received! Ordered reg long Mac topped up and it was way too hot to drink when given not creamy/silky at all and very little coffee hit really.... Also took more than 5 mins to get and wasn't busy. With coffee being your middle name there is an expectation that it'd be brilliant. I have had better from coffee club which is why I haven't 1 starred you. I'll be back next week and hope for a better result.
