Best banh mi I have ever tried so far. I will definitely come back for more.

Had an hour to kill before an appointment and stumbled across this gem in Woodvale!! Lemongrass beef Bahn Mi, crispy chicken Bao and a passion fruit tea for the win! Finally a decent Bahn Mi that’s not too far away and friendly staff! Highly recommend!!

Solid banh mi! Ordered the traditional for $9. Plenty of fillings, crisp roll. More than enough for one!

Very overpriced. Ordered a lemongrass beef banh mi, 2 chicken bao, 3 spring rolls (via UberEats). Incredibly expensive for what was supplied. Bao = the chicken was nice, but one slice of cucumber, one thin slice of onion, one half of a lettuce leaf… could get almost the same thing from kfc or red rooster for 1/3 of the price. The banh mi was decent though not much in the way of herbs (compared to other stores), & the spring rolls were bland (and no sauce included). Unlikely to return.

Warm welcome, nice vibe and comforting colours as you walk in. Ordering was tough as all the items sounds soo good! From easy sides of chips to the banh mi and a surprise of baos! Ended up getting traditional banh mi, fried chicken baos and side of 6pc fried chicken wings. Fresh, hot, and flavorsome. Just come and try it out yourself!

The menu is small and it's all cracker. The bubble tea pearls are made fresh in house, the spring rolls must be home made cause they're frankly some of the best in Perth. I'd come past for lunch at least twice a week I think, it's always fresh and excellent.

This small Vietnamese fast food and bubble tea shop packs a big punch. The team here are very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Roast Pork Banh Mi and it was delicious. The pork was fresh and crispy, the vegetables were crunchy, the bread was nicely toasted on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside. All topped off with their sweet, sour and tangy sauce to make this an amazing and complete banh mi. The decor in this place is very unique and makes this contemporary and modern banh mi on the top of my list.
