Loved Sweetgreen in Chicago. I was a regular. Very disappointed here. Dirty store. 6-8people working,but only one new guy serving all the customers. Manager came out and continued to talk to another employee and did not help or facilitate help for the poor guy. Not sure if I will be back for a $15 salad.

Good food! I really want to like it but they were out of key ingredients for the salad I ordered and provided limited alternatives. This picture was taken right after the employee said they were “out of broccoli” They were also out of cups for water

Sweetgreen has always been one of my favorite places to get takeout from. When this location finally opened up I was so excited to have one close by. Unfortunately, nearly every time I order delivery through their app, an essential item is missing. Most often, it’s the dressing, which is sad to discover, or the meat. This has happened about 6 times now. I also find that the kale feels old and really dry here whereas in other locations it’s usually very fresh. The few times I’ve been in person the employees are always so nice and welcoming, so I’m not sure why the take out prep is lacking.

I really want to like this place so I’ll give it another try but waiting in line 30 minutes for a salad I felt like a fool. To have one person working the line on a busy Saturday at lunchtime was not a good experience. Food itself was fine but there’s other places to get salads way faster for same price.

The staff seems to be struggling to keep up with the demand. It's a busy location and unfortunately service was slow, as people asked extended questions and customized to their hearts' desire for what seemed like forever as we waited in line. Pro tip: get the app and order in advance. A real nice option for healthy and fast dining though. And reasonably priced.

Exceeded my expectations by a milestone. The food was very flavorful, super fresh ingredients, presentation was top tier. I am looking foward to my next salad! Great job!
