The bouncers at this place are an absolute disgrace. I have been to this club 3 times and 2 of those times I have been singled out and punished for no reason whatsoever. On Thursday night I visited this place for the third time and had a relatively normal night until around 2am. Having queued up for around 20mins to go downstairs, I was pulled aside by the bouncer at the front of the queue who continued to refuse me entry. I wasn't being loud or rowdy or rude, I don't drink much and I was pretty sober. I continued to challenge the bouncer in a calm and collected manner to try and get a reason from him, however, each time he would push me away, more aggressively each time. This continued for a while, and I eventually chose to give up and walked off in the opposite direction. Seconds later, the bouncer aggressively grabbed my shirt and yanked me back, before pushing me down the stairs. Because the stairs are wet, I fell onto my back which is now bruised and very painful. Another bouncer at the bottom of the stairs grabbed me and forcefully threw me out of the club without giving me the chance to get an explanation. Outside the club I was one of many other people who had been kicked out, these people shared very similar stories to my own. To say I'm absolutely disgusted and angry at the staff of this club is a massive understatement and I certainly will not be returning ever again and I suggest you do the same. Disgrace.

Distinctly mid 'regional clubbing'. Do you miss all the music you used to hear in clubs in the early 2010s? Well look no further. An adequate night out but nothing good about it.

Disgusting behaviour from the bouncers grabbing my 18 year old daughter by her arm leaving a bruise and then verbally abusing her, after he split her up from her friends. I will be taking this further as this is common assault, clearly from the reviews online, the management don't care what their bouncers are doing. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO TO THIS DISGRACE OF A CLUB. They will NOT be looked out for.

The bouncers are clueless, no search on the door so anyone could have a weapon or drugs inside. The whole place is tiny and smells absolutely revolting. It's also by far the most unfriendly venue I have been to, several fights inside and outside all night.

The bouncers were very rude and unprofessional, one in particular was staring at me and tried to push me for no reason at all. I would not recommend this club and the man in the bathroom is very creepy and does not understand personal space not privacy.

Asked a bouncer if he’d seen someone, got told to stand on a sofa and look for them in the crowd, then got kicked out for standing on a sofa when about 20 other people were and I couldn’t drink because of medication? Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve asked other people and similar things have happened across the board. Some bouncers either need to be better observed or replaced, it’s just ridiculous.

Good club BUT some of the staff/bouncers are very rude. I was charged £7 for two drinks which I'd been drinking all night for £1 each and when I said the barman mixed me the wrong drink and I didn't order what he gave me. He called the bouncer over to throw me and my girl out for being too drunk! Very disrespectful as I knew exactly what id ordered and how much it costs but the bar man gave me 2 expensive different cocktails. I wasn't even drunk at this point and was very frustrated with the service.. Also the music was good but down stairs was wayy too hot and the floor was sticky. Would not recommend this club

Bought two tickets in error for the wrong day at the entrance in confusion of the day (as bought past midnight at the door) Apparently I was supposed to buy for previous night. Anyway emailed them straightaway and no customer support at all. Pathetic!!! Why can people cancel/refund if they realise straight away? So much for technology and human error but where is the consumer right to cancel if it was done due to a genuine mistake??? Pathetic customer service. Vague answers and then no answer from them!!!

Full of knobs, young people trying to fight everyone and anyone. Over full capacity bouncers pretty useless. Not the first time I've been and has been the same every time. Coventry is a better night out...

This is a place to go clubbing. You won't be amazed, and since my last review it's really fallen off. Only affordable aspect seems to be the entry fee, as drinks have apparently nearly tripled in price. It contains multiple rooms, however most of these seem to be permanently closed, only leaving you with the bar and main dance floor. There used to be multiple DJs, however since only the main floor is open, there isn't much variety. Would not recommend, unless you have no other choice.

The BEST club in the midlands, Saturdays have the best atmosphere, friendly bouncers, cheap drinks, lovely people to meet. A must visit when nearby.

This place is a complete scam. They literally force you to line up to go downstairs and the smoking area is literally just an empty lot with no seating. All the drinks are overpriced but that being said the DJ does put on some incredible songs. I would highly recommend going to Kasbah or saving your money for a night in because this place is subpar at best.

Be aware of your drink getting SPIKED. My friend was thrown out of this club last night 22/10/19 for allegedly being too drunk, and ended up in Warwick hospital soon after, not remembering how she got there.

Worst Club of My life, the guards are very rude if someone is tired or exhausted after dancing they think they are drunk and kick them out. like we are drunk

I’m a girl and i was kicked out all alone without my coat and when i told security I did not feel safe, they laughed at me.oh also last time i went (a year ago) i was spiked and no measures were put into place.

Verbally abused by bouncer for asking a simple question, and when i tried to walk away he attempted to manhandle me.

Finn was absolutely phenomenal when it cane to bartending. His skills are unmatched, truly. I am so lucky to have been in his presence

The best place to visit in Royal Leamington Spa. If you are a party animal and love to mix with young, vibrant crowd, this is the place to be. Have fun. Do not drink and drive after that.

It's dead now. Shame as its not what it used to be. Used to be the place every Tuesday and Saturday. Still aggressive bouncer tho of course. What shame its gone down the drain. Expensive and boring. If you wanna play trap play proper trap. Bet it would make a good garage or techno night too especially downstairs. Please please change as people have stopped coming here. Honestly a brilliant club, bouncers are nothing but polite to me when I’m in there, all the members of staff are brilliant, very happy and helpful. Club manager is a lovely guy aswell will always help where possible! Look forward to a night out here always!

A typical nightclub, nothing special - however the behaviour from the bouncers was horrific, and particularly to people not known or expected to cause any trouble. The verbal abuse to numerous people was bad enough, but spitting on someone's back!?? Really!? Please avoid this place if you've any sense of human decency. Doesn't deserve to still be in business
