I took my little grandson to here this morning and waited at the front desk to order coffee. There were 4️⃣ employees in the coffee brewing area but all ignored me, I was waited for a minute and left but I came back again to see if it's ok, there was a person at the front desk who was ordering coffee, after my turn the waitress told me to wait for her a minute she'll come back to take my order, I was angry and left. There were not busy at that time, I felt disappointed and racist will never go to any Starbucks again.

My friend had ordered a pumpkin spice latte with soya milk, she wasn't asked if she wanted cream but considering it was ordered with soya milk, she thought it wouldn't come with cream. She is lactose intolerant!!! Luckily, she spotted this and returned it to get it exchanged. When I accepted my own drink, I was told that we would have to wait for them to make up some non-dairy cream. Surely this should be readily available as the branch also has drive through customers. I'm glad my friend didn't drink the coffee otherwise we would have been in A&E instead of going shopping!

Supposed “night manager” is extremely rude and I have reported her to Starbucks customer care. I came to the drive thru twice and she accused me of asking for free drinks without any proof - no cctv, no headset recording of such etc. When stating calmly that I am extremely confused as to what she is referring to and have never asked for a free £4 drink she continued to tell me “you can’t keep coming round and expecting free drinks.” Extremely rude. Still haven’t received a formal apology. Will be avoiding now and telling my friends and family to avoid which is unfortunate as I was a regular.

Nice coffee. Nice place, but... I was there 3rd time and all the tables were dirty with lots of dirty mugs. But coffee is still the same expensive. My daughter suffered later due to stomach problems after your strawberry milk drink. Not sure if I will be back. Definitely the worst Starbucks in Cov

I was served by Jasmine, I Ordered two toasties and a Caramelised Macadamia Oat Latte, was reluctant at first as most modern franchises are overrated so knew what to expect on the quality of service and food/drinks, as you'll lose the flavour after a few sips but they'll charge you close to £10, nevetheless, Jasmine was very helpful in providing me with a recommendation, even though it was 1am and I had been driving for two hours, plus this wasn't a latte Jasmine liked herself, the drink was well made flavourful, consistency in taste until the very last sip, that's how it should be. Always give 100% involvement in whatever one does even if it means making a Latte ... Well done. 😆👍

Staff are mostly friendly. Good at cleaning. They have comfortable seats and desks suitable for working. It also consists of spacious facades. There is a 24-hour Drive true service in front of it. There is a parking area for the disabled. They just need to improve on sound.

My favourite 24 hour starbucks for those late night cravings. I frequently stop here during midnight drives~ Please never close ♡

What can you say about Starbucks? Great coffee and snacks my only gripe is that with the cost of living it's a little bit out of the range of your average person. I've got a coffee machine and it makes a great cup but nothing near Starbucks which is why it's now a monthly treat and not a daily or weekly treat. Still, love it!

Used to be fine for what it was, but just ordered a oat milk cappuccino, returned it as it was a cup of warm milk and was presented with another cup of warm milk. Last time I came coffee wasnt exactly fantastic either. Not what you expect from Starbucks so I won't go to this one again

A regular at this place, mainly due to convenient location. Too busy for their own good ... this was on a Sunday afternoon. Wrong drink made, they corrected it. Maybe they should have a separate till for all the take away orders... feel like people in store have to wait in the same queue as this ordering from comfort of their home!!

I come to star bucks everyday and this one particularly because of two staff members who make the most AMAZING coffee +Matchas. Their service is amazing and they are always so friendly! Thank you Liam + Matt :)

I ordered an iced latte online with oat milk as i have a lactose allergy and it came with semi skimmed milk. When i went to complain through deliveroo i spoke to the lovely angelica who lied to me about the store being shut and proceeded to tell me it was my fault that i didnt put that i had a dietary requirement so they could be ‘extra careful,’ with my order. I did get a refund on the drink but ultimately i am not impressed.

Like most SB it's a pleasant place. Plenty of parking and seating.

Absolute joke, i ordered 2 carmal ice coffees and signature breakfast batch with brown sauce... I got too window of drive in, and they handed me two carmal latte. I'm said order iced drinks not hot they replaced them. And gave me the batch. I drove off the iced drinks, were just coffee, no carmal disgusting, and the put red sauce on my batch I couldn't eat. So, 13 pounds out of pocket, all thrown away.. Complained over email. Never received a reply.. I'll never go to Starbucks again

Parking was poor, no spaces available even though Starbucks wasn't full. Customers from other food places must have been using carpark as well. Speed of service not great, had to chase 3rd drink. It had just been left on the side... probably would have been easier to go through drive thru..

Great place to meet friends and catch up, staff were polite but it was a bit chaotic at times with all the food delivery drivers turning up.

I like this Starbucks for a sit in coffee. There's usually plenty of seats free, and parking is free. The staff make a good espresso coffee though I would like to see a pour over option. It does get a little noisy if the drive through is busy as the store is quite open with hard surfaces.

Absolutely atrocious service, leaving customers waiting ages for drinks having to be constantly asked what I had ordered by two different members of staff. Then being given the wrong size drink that wasn’t what I order neither was it extra hot. Wasn’t offered an apology or a refund. Just dirty looked by one lady on the coffee machine. Really don’t know how you can be so slow when you have 6 members of staff on shift. Absolute chaos, as usual, Really won’t be coming here again as the staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Visited today for coffee and cake with my daughter. Drinks took quite a while to come, both done and served separately. The main reason for the poor review is based on just how dirty the place is. The tables were all dirty with cups and plates on, the floor was also filthy. Considering I saw 4 members of staff it didn’t seem like cleaning tables was much of a priority. Sofas and chairs look they have seen better days also. Would have to think about going again.

I come here every morning to start my day before doing a 12 hr shift im greeted everymorning with a smile and pleasant from Siobhan who is more than happy to make my coffee and help me explore new flavours and different types of coffees as I was a starbucks newbie. It really makes my mornings

Great service, amazing connection. I go a few times a week and recently the customer service has been great. The location is good and the coffee is always tasty.

We had a too good to go magic bag. Clean loo, clean shop and lovely staff. My son was so pleased with the items in his bag and he munched his way through a lovely sandwich jack somet which we reccomend, a sausage cob one and a blueberry muffin, i had a ham and cheese. All yummy.

For the last 2 days ordered Pumpkjn spice latte via Just Eat. Although the sticker says its PSL there is no pumpkin spice taste at all. Not enough syrup or none at all?

Nice place, pricey like Starbucks can be. Kids playing with the doors which was frustrating, shame the staff didn't feel comfortable talking to the parents - appr kids will be kids. Would go again.

Coffee was different for this location. Ordered a strong espresso and I got a weak, bland tasting drink. But my children loved the frappuchino.
