Best Sports Massage I've had. Great price for the treatment I received and the staff were warm, welcoming and very interesting to talk too, whilst also being extremely informative regarding the science behind my hamstring issues. My hamstrings and Calves feel great now. Rehabilitation exercises were also provided at the end of the treatment to facilitate my recovery and aid maintenance. Would highly recommend for sports massage. I have returned since my first appointment and the treatment had been excellent.

Having read many reviews regarding the effectiveness of Acupuncture , I found myself with very high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed. My journey with Laura has been remarkable and humbling. She is a truly gifted acupuncturist with an impressive depth of knowledge as well as compassion. Each session is unique to your condition/needs. I am after many weeks feeling more like my old self.

This is not a Chiropractor, this is sports therapy. If you would like a chiropractor this is not for you, you think you are booking in with a chiropractor but when you get there it is a sports therapist unfortunately. I was disappointed if i am honest.

I had 2 Physio treatments with Eloise recently and would highly recommend her. My lower back is pain free again and back to normal after just 2 visits (and felt much better after the first visit).

I have been attending appointments with Laura for a couple of month now, for Acupuncture Sessions. Laura is really friendly and very knowledgeable. I was really nervous to begin with, however, she made me feel at ease instantly. I began sessions to help with anxiety and for pain during my monthly cycles. I have noticed a huge difference in my confidence and my cycle is a lot more regular and pain has reduced. I always look forward to each appointment! Not only is Laura really passionate about her work, she takes time each session to listen- she would 100% make an incredible therapist! I had my first acupuncture experience with Laura on Saturday after coming down with a kidney infection while 14 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I was really anxious to have it done as I have never had anything like this before, but Laura made me feel relaxed and settled my nerves. Laura is full of knowledge and answered any questions I had. Since the treatment, I have experienced reduced pains in my back due to the kidney infection and a sense of relief. Literally felt like a new women!! Have been seeing Laura for acupuncture regularly over the past few months. This lady is amazing at her job with a wealth of knowledge also very thoughtful and tbf should be a therapist she is that good. I went to the clinic with an array of issues including anxiety and a bad lifestyle through eating. Laura changed my whole concept of thinking about food and what i put in my body she helped me with my supplement intake and advised me on my food intake. Nice small clinic, really accomodating. Has some good prices for packages - like buy 5 massages in advance and get a 6th free. I've only had Ari, but they're really good. Works with rugby teams so isn't afraid to really sort out my back when I need them to.

I was recommended acupuncture recently and I am so happy I have found Laura. I have been going for the past month and I have noticed such a massive difference - in the beginning I was in so much pain and now I have zero symptoms.
