Big store with lots of variety, we found the one thing we really needed but didn't have any sheets in purple/lilac which we would have liked. Maybe its a seasonal thing, at least it wasn't urgent. Store layout is simple and the staff members we spoke to were lovely, and helped us without issue. The cafe is really nice as well. Me and my grandmother actually really enjoyed our visit.

We have just been in to buy multiple items. We regularly use Dunelm for a variety goods and are normally quite satisfied. Noticed that many customers and staff were not observing mask wearing or any social distancing. Queuing to till areas very enclosed and no social distancing in place. Would advise company to review this matter as we will not be using this store again in a hurry. Unpleasant experience.

The best shop ever. Love the way everything is colour coded and matching. Beautiful products always well stocked. Lovely cafe for lunch, cakes and beverages.

A range of household items Bedding Furniture Curtains They also doo made to order curtains, the colour and styles are very unique and good in price, very affordable, there is a coffeeshop inside which you can sit and order simple items, the baby changing room is towards the end of the store at the left and it was very clean with a comfy table. Each shelf has a few of the items on it and you can order more either in the store with the help if the staff or do online at your convenience. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The only thing is about check out, unlike Costco or IKEA that they bring scanner to you and large items, you have to put everything on the desk for them to be scanned. Its not helpful with long or bulky items. So I take 1 star out for this for management.

I went in to buy myself some supplies for uni, ended up finding a lovely potted plant decoration for supposedly £7 which was such good value. I proceeded to the check out only to find it was £22. They double checked the price for me, which I did appreciate, but when I went to go check it myself I was met with an extremely rude worker who gaslit me when I explained how I had gotten confused over the price, and had no compassion or sympathy for me when I expressed how misleading the price was (as it had been hung on the wrong peg). As I was leaving the store, having not bought the item, I heard her mock me from behind which was extremely rude. Dunelm have great products but absolutely awful customer service, please train your staff to be nicer!!

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond considering I was told my order would be ready in 3hrs. 5hrs later and no notification so I went there and the staff explained that one of the items on my 10 item order was out of stock (someone should of advised the website). But they offered me a free upgrade alternative and had me out of the store within 5mins

I was bullied in this particular store when I went to buy rug with my wife, a store attendant was told to change the item that was just bought same day but he rudely returned the money via card, we went to pick up another items and before stepping in to change the attendant had sneaked out of the counter and the supervisor came rudely and snatched the item from us and told others not to attend to us, she humiliated me and my wife and we where not sold to and she was being so racial and bullying. This is the worst experience I have ever gotten all my life.

Good products, just never agree to take an e-mailed receipt. If you think they will retain an electronic record, you're wrong. Always retain the old-fashioned printed version, easier for returns.

I have been to three different Dunelm stores in the past 2 days and I must say the Coventry one is by far the best one and I have travelled on purpose to go there. Space is well organised and there are many discounts and offers. One of the people there was so nice that made us order a missing curtain online, pay through their iPad and collect from the store in Rugby ( the closest to us). 5 stars well deserved.

I enjoyed visiting and shopping. There are thousands of products inside. You can find almost everything you are looking for about the house. Bathroom products, kitchen products, garden accessories, such as carpets and chandeliers. It's due inside. The cafe has drinks and snacks. Available in customer restroom. Some products have discounts. You should set aside at least 1 hour for this store. I really liked the towel aisle. There are towels in almost every color. Hobby products and practice tools are also available. I made my payment without waiting at the cashier. It was a quiet store.

Very polite staff excellent coffee shop it's a shame there is a restriction of three hours car parking otherwise you will get a fine through the post so you must be aware of this

I was in Dunelm yesterday in the early afternoon and I came in looking for a new rug for my home. I was lucky enough to run into a young lad called Matthew who took the rug down for me, rolled it up and took it out to my car, he was extremely helpful! Will definitely be coming here again very soon!

Very busy due to boxing day sales. Big que at times but with a full complement of tills open, it moved fast. Great array of home goods, plus the expensive brands of paint and even knitting wool at a good price.

Visited with to purchase an item We were greeted by a smile and warm welcome. Store was clean and tidy. The shelves were well stacked. We found the item reasonably priced. At the till the service was quick and efficient. A good store who care for their customers.

Sortof busy, staff very polite and helpful. Had a nice coffee in the coffee shop. Bought some stuff. Failed to buy other stuff. I know of no other shop like it to compare it with so it was generally quite OK.

Decent sized store and good selection. My order was ready to collect when I got to the tills. Although they still lack wrapping for breakable items, which means it's difficult to travel with.

In last few weeks I have to buy few items for the first time.i usually go to range or buy online. So I bought Blinds and windows net. Quality was poor . 4 nets and 4 different sizes even label was 128 cm drop. Another thing. Waiting for return for more that a week. Everytime I do a collection I have email shortly that I cancelled my order. I didn't. So i talk to Customer service it . Takes too long . Then customer service staff calling customer service line . Another thing never had a record of my return. So I have no proof. Just a promise . For me it's not good. I will never use that shop again. From simple shopping always turn out to some kind of problem .

Dunelm has a variety of gifts now in stock. The kitchen goods are varied and of good quality. Purchased a steamer amongst other items and pleased with my goods 😊 Well worth dropping in to see what's on offer.😉

Generally it's a great cup of coffee but today's was awful, just like dish water and, the toilets were grubby, there was no toilet roll in either cubicle and a dirty wet hand towel role on the floor of one cubicle. Never been that bad before.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a member of staff greeting at the entrance with hand sanitizer for us. The whole store was well stocked with plenty of things to choose from and yes it's early October and the Christmas stuff is out. The staff were helpful and polite there were a lot of people shopping and the que at the tills was long but moving swiftly so a good experience from start to finish.

I tend to forget how much range they stock here, I went to buy some net curtain, and got some lovely mugs for £2 each and tall glasses for 50p. Staff were friendly and helpful, only down side was a long checkout queue after a woman buying up the shop could not find her card on her mobile.

I do love this store lots of things you need in the house and at good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Always come out with a full trolley. Would recommend 👌

Got variety of items for the home. They had a sale on 2day and I bought a gorgeous Pink microwave for my new home, staff were very helpful and friendly. A lovely lady called Rosemary served me and my mum, good experience and love the shop, I've been here before a number of times and will continue to come back. 😀
