Confusion
over
appointment
times
on
various
occasions.
An
appointment
was
booked,
and
I
believe
I
was
booked
in
on
the
incorrect
date,
I
never
received
a
reminder
email,
so
missed
the
appointment
as
I
wasn’t
aware
that
I
was
booked
in
on
that
date.
I
wrote
down
the
time
and
date
on
my
phone
after
my
previous
appointment,
which
was
different
to
hers..
I
lost
£80
pound,
this
could
have
easily
been
a
£200
appointment.
No
call
or
text
to
say
“Hi,
are
you
running
late
or
check
to
see
where
her
client
was.
She
has
texted/called
me
a
few
times
to
ask
me
to
come
in
later
as
she
was
running
behind
schedule,
and
I
also
changed
an
appointment
as
she
was
running
late
from
the
airport.
I
have
received
a
couple
of
confirmation
emails
for
appointments
on
the
same
date,
that
show
different
times,
which
can
be
confusing.
She
told
her
receptionist
off
on
the
phone
in
front
of
me,
after
I
attended
an
appointment
that
was
the
wrong
time.
Apparently
there
had
been
several
mistakes,
I
never
complained
about
it,
as
I
understand
that
mistakes
happen.
After
contacting
her
regarding
the
missed
appointment,
she
accused
me
of
missing
other
appointments!
Which
is
a
blatant
lie,
if
I
was
late
or
couldn’t
attend
I
would
have
informed
her..
After
that
I
asked
her
to
complete
the
treatment
that
she
had
started,
and
she
blocked
me
and
ignored
my
email.
Always
check
the
date
and
time,
as
it
could
cost
you.
