Large car park, costs £5 per night but I thought that was reasonable. Friendly service at check in. Room was spacious and clean, kettle in room and hairdryer, air con was very effective, bed was comfortable. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the room had a slight musty smell and the lift wouldn't work when we came back after dinner.

Stayed here 6 or 7 times over the last 4 years. As with all Premier Inns it has a corporate style and you know pretty much what you are getting. The staff are pleasant and deal with problems swiftly. It's a good location, just a short walk to beach and town centre and there are several supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately the price here has increased dramatically over the last 18 months or so, we used to pay about £50 for an large, upstairs room which was cleaned daily. Last week we paid over £100 for a small ground floor room facing the car park. There was no regular cleaning (room serviced on request), and you need to collect your own tea/coffee/milk etc from reception. This was the "no cancellation" rate, there were additional payments if you wanted to modify or cancel your visit. There has always been a daily parking charge (currently £5) and breakfast costs approx £9 per person per day. All in all it makes a stay at Premier Inn quite expensive.

This is a decent sized Premier inn located 15 minutes from the town centre (10 from the beach) with two supermarkets next door. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. However, the tV needs retuning.

Like all Premier Inns we have been to staff great, rooms good size, a Shame they only put one chair in the rooms. So to watch TV one person ends up sitting uncomfortably on the bed. Breakfast was a short walk away at a Brewers Fayre. When for evening meal Tuesday & had to wait an hour from ordering to service.

Here for a few days. The staff are so helpful, happy, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Parking £5 per day but affordable. The rooms are 100% clean, fresh and comforable with air con. A must have really. Very quiet location looking out onto the fields and dig walking area.

The Hotel itself is good but the extra £5 per day parking is a bit much. A lot of premier inn are free parking to customers. Also the beds at this hotel are NOT king size as you would expect in premier. The beds are large doubles. Enjoyed the stay on this occasion but wouldn't stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. We’ve stayed at very many premier inns and this is one of the best. Very quite and clean. The Wi-Fi was very poor for the first 2 days but did improve. Maybe because hotel was full and under heavy use? The adjacent restaurant was a Brewers Fayre pub. Good pub grub at a reasonable price. Note you have to pay £5.00 per day for parking. Hotel easy walking distance from town, steam railway and buses.

Pleasant place, would probably stay again. We had a room with an additional single bed, so plenty of space (although same can't be said for wardrobe and drawer space!). Free wifi VERY slow with frequent need to sign in. Reception desk often unmanned but has an automated facility (for check-in?) and a call-button for assistance, although didn't usually need this as a human tended to appear shortly after reaching the desk. Humans were polite and helpful. Apparently 24hr service! Tea/coffee etc packs available in lobby (help yourself!) for when room stock runs out. Vending machine for snacks. I appreciated this convenient self-service facility. Location OK for access to town or elsewhere (by car!), but maybe not easy walk to town or beach (we always chose to drive, usually using the Station Car Park convenient for both town and beach, although an alternative car park such as Warren Road Upper Car Park might be better if you're mainly interested in the beach!). Beware extras: Breakfast not included; Car park £5/night; "Premium" wifi £5/day (didn't try this but was told it's not good)! Adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant OK for dining. Despite recommendation to book, we usually didn't and always had a table when we went there (but was in mid-June - presumably not high season!).

We stay here every year to visit family. The room is always setup nicely for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom was lovely and clean, nice shower. Immaculate room. Extra tea and coffee at reception. The man on the desk was really helpful. Icing on the cake was some hot chocolates and special biscuits from the staff.

Lovely Premier Inn right next door to a lovely Brewers Fayre and 3 supermarkets. Had the best night sleep ever (outstanding comfortable bed) and excellent breakfast. Only thing to let it down was the cleanliness (could have been vacuumed better, etc) but for the price paid we were more than happy. Well worth a stay if visiting the area.

Its a lovely hotel. Shops near by and a pub serving tasty food. In good location to spend the night before going to butlins. Was great not to have travel stress with trains and buses on the Monday. Booked for the night before our next holiday in May. Very affordable with breakfast (£66 2A,1C) . The room had a double and a single bed. Using the key card to get into the building and in to the lift is great security and stops the kids trying to mess around in the lift. Would of rated 5 stars if the window was a opening one because It got quite warm quickly and didn't want to keep the air con on all the time because of the cost of the electric for hotels these days.

Staff were friendly but didn’t get a good nights sleep so received a refund as part of their good night guarantee. Refund took a while to come back to me though! Car park instructions were clear and good value for 1 night.

The room was massive loads of space, plenty of tea and coffee, and more at reception if required. Bed - memory foam mattress that really could do with turning (was having to roll up hill to give Mrs S a cuddle). Room and hotel very clean (although could smell cigarettes in the bathroom area. Staff were friendly and polite. About a 15-minute walk to the beach front and Butlins. Be aware of the paid parking, didn't spot it when we booked but TBF not overly expensive £5 night

Great location just off the main road into Minehead. The guy who checked me in was really pleasant and gave me all the info I needed. Room was clean and BIG! I can see why a family would really appreciate that. Shame about not being able to open the windows. Carpark charge seems unnecessary but not very expensive when you have a ticket from the hotel. Overall would stay here again if I come back to Minehead.

Great premier inn located right next to butlins and the seafront, Greta parking for cars & has a brewers fayre pub and restaurant if you fancy an easy meal and drink without travelling. Room service was impeccable, clean pillows and sheets provided, bathroom was spacious & we had a nice view of a dog walking park. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I could complain about was the fact that we did not have a toilet brush in our room, which proved quite annoying. Other than that was a wonderful experience whilst we travelled round minehead and surrounding areas.

Clean rooms, very good localisation. But unfortunately no fresh / clean air in any rooms (as no windows opens to the outside). Of course their is air conditioning but this will only cool down and recirculate stale air. I am sure that you will find a solution to improve this health issue.
