I was only visiting my son yesterday but I have stayed there in the past. I think the facilities are very good for young and old. I was very impressed by the dog walking field as when we used to come we had our little dog. The caretakers when we came last came 4 years ago were very helpful and everything was in good order and very clean.

This site is huge and perfect for a family holiday. Plenty to do over the different sites and close to the beach. The toilets and showers were kept clean and there was also a laundry and pot washing area. We stayed on field 11 and were able to pick our own spot. There were several children's play areas nearby and a lovely pond walk. Plenty of shops and entertainment. Would highly recommend this site...

My grandad had a static on Warren farm many moons ago and loved it. We now come her a few times a year in the hire vans. Love the site and the team that work under the family. Vans are always clean and modern. Just wish we could get one of our own with them that is the same size as the hire fleet. But unfortunately they only accepting smaller vans not the 12x35 size we want

Lovely site well looked after and so clean. Showers and toilets spotlessly clean. Typical family oriented seaside park. Just not for us we are too old and no children. Dog loved it great dog walks and field for them to run around.great shop and club. Ideal if you want a bucket and spade holiday .

Decent size pitches, hard-standing & grass, plus small, but nice children's play area in the middle of field, by toilet block. No dogs permitted on this field either. Shower & toilet block kept very clean. No pool but beach not far away, over other side of the road. Reception, wardens & Clubhouse staff friendly & very helpful. Highly recommended for weekend or mid-week break, out of school holidays, unless you have a family, as very busy during those times.

Warren farm is very well maintained. The laundry facilities are brilliant and reasonably priced. Pitches are well spaced a lovely park for the children. They have a pet corner which the kids loved. The shop supplied everything and more also reasonably priced. Arcade was good it has a soft play area. The showers are what a shower should be. The only down point for me personally is there is no facilities for a disabled child yes they have disabled showers but I can't sit a globally disabled child on the shower seat. Having said that there isn't any holiday park I have been to has these facilities!! In all our time at Warren farm has to be one of the best holidays so far. 100% recommend and can't wait to go back for another fab holiday..

Great place for all the family. Caravan & tent pitches available. Pets welcome on some of the fields. Lots of amenities, including toilets and shower blocks with hairdryers. Play zone, arcades, cafe, chip shop and shop on site. Lots within walking distance and close to the beach.

Beautiful family and pet friendly campsite with plenty of space, activities and stuff to do for a budget low cost camping trip with family. Dogs enjoyed the dog field and near by all year round dog friendly beach. Kids enjoyed the parks, markets, animals, small arcade and the entertainment at the onsite pub. Very clean showers and toilets the best I've seen by far! Well kept grounds and good grass for tents. Each camp has its own olayground for the kids which is a bonus. Much bigger than expected but that makes it better for space. Very happy and will be returned for years to come.

Second visit to this campsite and got to say it's got to be the best site we've visited by miles! toilets very clean, good sized pitches, friendly staff and amenities on site. However as a sky blues fan I'm quite perturbed by the amount of Aston Villa supporters on site!!

Very clean site, pitches seemed well spaced but when sandwiched between two caravans with cars and awnings either side suddenly felt small. Toilet block very clean but cold with no obvious heating and windows and door all wide open. Showers were so powerful the will soak your clothes if your not careful to tuck them out of the way. Club was packed from very early so zero chance of seeing the act and we were out of season! Great walks and cycling nearby, with several small shops along the road. Will return again but only out of season as it must be packed in the sun.

Amazing campsite, Best toilet block we have ever come across spotless and very good disabled facilities. Plenty of entertainment nearby with the Beachcomber next door and the Seagull about a 20 minute walk away. Small shop and chip shop on site with soft play for the kids, Chinese takeaway 5 minutes from reception on the edge of the campsite. A warning it can get very windy so if in a tent ⛺️ I would check the weather we have actually had a tent damaged due to the wind.

Absolutely brilliant. I’ve never had any issues with this place. It’s clean well presented and very well organised. Bit more quiet than other camps and a great experience. Even though their pub is suffering from staff shortages, they are providing food drinks and entertainment. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely time here at Warren Farm. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Downside was the restaurant area was really littered and tables were nit cleared as quickly as they should have bean. I had to ask the bar staff for a cloth to wipe the mess on the table on two seperate occasions. Also. Would have been an awful lot better if there were more toilet and shower blocks. We had a distance to go for the nearest ones. Also. WHY HAVEN'T THE OWNERS INSTALLED A POOL FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ALIKE.

Great site at reasonable prices. The pitches are really spacious when you compare to alot of other sites. Plenty of room for awning and vehicles with plenty of room left between pitches. Everything you need on site for a really great stay. Even a small course fishing lake to wind away a few hours in the day, plenty of carp and bream to catch upto a respectable size. Showers and toilets are spotless, showers are free and water is plenty hot enough. Shops, chippy and a Chinese takeaway and local pubs when you don't want to cook. Really can't fault it, its a great stay.

Always enjoy our visits to warren farm but needs to be warden presence especially around the toilet and shower blocks as this is where it seems to be the mutual hangout for ferrel children who's parents can't be bothered to look after them. Screaming children throwing toilet paper everywhere, taps left running. Other than something that is an easy fix we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff always available and happy to help, kept really clean everywhere especially the toilet and shower blocks. Only down side the water in the shower got really hot quite quickly,I couldn't stay under it .

Great family friendly site with spotlessly clean toilet blocks. If you like to get out for a walk there's some really good walks to be had especially up on Brean down to have a look around the old fort. We will be coming back here.

Just came back from a week's holiday here. I recommend it to everyone. We stayed in a static caravan and it was just beautiful! Right by the beach, easy walk to everywhere you would need or want. Everything is so fantastically maintained, all very picturesque and peaceful. Absolutely lovely people, great amenities, just lots to do. We didn't venture out of Brean and still didn't even get to do everything in the week! Plenty left to explore next time we visit! It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!

Can't wait to go again. Great place to stay. My daughter and myself went to Warren farm from 17-25th September 2022. We camped. It was lovely. It was great to have the security checking the site throughout the day and night. The onsite shop is expensive, best shop at the local Tesco. I advice a mini fridge and An electric heater because it gets freezing cold during the night/early hours wear a hat plus extra blanket. The beach is so nice and very close by. Star gazers will luv the clear night skies. The staff on Warren are nice and just leave you to enjoy your holiday. The site is very clean and pretty much litter free. The (free hot) shower/toilet block is large and always kept very clean. We truly didn't want to go home. A*

Love Warren farm. Family and dog friendly site. The whole site is HUGE!!! We stay on the sunnyside side. There are loads of kids play areas to be found. One massive area with football pitches and zip wire etc. Great areas to walk the dogs. A 5 minute walk from the beach. (Dog friendly all year) Clean shower/ toilet block. Pitch sizes are generous and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful weekend. Lovely weather bit windy so set up near a hedge or edge of field if you're in a tent. Lovely clean shower and toilet block. Friendly staff. Dog friendly but check where they can go as not allowed inside some venues.
