Six floors of amazing. It was the best museum I have ever been too. So well thought out and put together. You got to learn the history of the bible, see amazing artifacts, including the dead sea scrolls, you got to learn about the bible in American history and current history. You also got to walk thru Nazareth. I was there for 4 hours and didn't have enough time to see everything. It was incredible.

Wow!! This museum is so beautiful! Truly shows the history of the bible and has so many documents and bibles from ancient history. You need time to go through all floors and galleries. Personnel is very attentive. Kids enjoyed it!

If you go, be sure to allocate at least 2 to 4 hours. To get the most out of the museum, I wouldn't recommend spending less than 2 hours. There is parking near by Start on the 5th floor, and work your way down. There's a cafeteria on the sixth floor. Food was OK. The people are all very friendly and helpful

This is one of the greatest museums I have ever been to in my entire life. My favorite part was the walk-through exhibit on Level 3 which essentially takes you through the storyline of the Bible. There are interactive short films which are very creative. You can see model replicas of what a village in Israel would have looked like during Bible times. When I went (November 2020) there were also some great exhibits featuring paintings and art of Bible characters, and exhibits featuring the history of the Bible. So much more I didn’t get a chance to take in. I would definitely come back here again!

This place is absolutely spectacular. There’s so much to learn here, every exhibition was absolutely beautiful and rich in biblical history. This is a must for every believer. The animated experiences are fantastic, every mural, graphic design and animation was a class act. Big Kudos to every contributor. Beyond pleased with my visit here.

Amazing place to visit. Me and wife spent over three hours here, and we easily could have spent more time. There are exhibits spread across 6 floors, so there is plenty to see. I especially enjoyed their large collection of historical bibles that they had. You also cannot miss the walkthrough experience, which tells the story of the old testament. Would absolutely recommend if you are in DC.

The Museum of the Bible is a great place to learn more about Christianity and the the lives of those from the Bible. With 6 floors, there is a lot to see with interactive exhibits, movies, live storytelling, artifacts, and a children's experience exhibit. We went on a weekday and it was not very crowded. Tip: purchase your tickets online through Groupon to save a good bit of money. Food: The museum features a restaurant called Manna, that offers good food around $15.99 price range for entrees. There is also a cafe on first floor that has coffee, pastries, and a few sandwiches. Staff: everyone is incredibly helpful and there is plenty of staff around to help if needed. Accessibility: wheelchair friendly and accessible. The Museum offers both stairs and multiple elevators.

Wow! What a fantastic museum! I believe even non-Christians would agree. It's not just about the "Bible," but it is so rich with history. There are several levels to this building, and it just seems to go on forever. You definitely couldn't see it all in a day. There are endless artifacts and lots of reading. The life-size walk through villages and homes are replicated in the Bible era with beautiful lighting. Even the elevators were neat! The Noah presentation was done very well and is excellent for kids! Well, the whole place is excellent for kids and, of course, adults! There are a couple of more in-depth activities you can do for an additional fee that looked like a lot of fun and very interesting. However, we were short on time. The whole place is immaculate and in excellent condition. Even the bathrooms smell good and are beautiful. I really can't say enough and very highly recommend the Bible Museum in DC for anyone!

Had been looking forward to visiting the Museum of the Bible for quite some time and finally got to. Purchased discounted tickets through Groupon which was a great, after walking in, I went to the front desk, presented the vouchers and was able to go in fast, we made sure to be there as soon as it opened. The museum is very interesting, they have so much information, so you will need more than a couple hours to go through it well. Loved the village and the Old and New Testament shows. They have a nice little playground for the kiddos. Their restaurant, Manna, was really good as well, just beware that they get very busy so make sure to get there early before the lunch rush. Look forward to visiting again soon!

This is a pretty amazing place. There is way more here too experience than you can in one day. They have an amazing mount of ancient artifacts. And copies that are incredible to read and look at. They have a few theater experiences that are a lot of fun to experience. No matter your view of the Bible. You will learn something here and enjoy it. I highly recommend this place. Lastly, the restaurant on top is very good and the staff are very very kind and helpful.

Amazing museum - very informative and extremely interactive, super impressive production all around. Not a single bad thing to say about it! So beautiful and would love to come back many times again; definitely did not cover all the information there. Also does not take a specific side of Christianity, it feels very unified, or undivided, as far as denominations go, which I feel is a good thing for such a museum. So much support and love for this place!

This was a site to behold! Who knew there was a museum about the Bible? I can honestly say . . . Washington DC has everything!!! The entire museum is so very peaceful and filled with tranquility. They have everything you could ever want to know about the Bible. The best thing to me was the peaceful room that had scripture recordings playing continually. It was so wholesome. This is an awesome and incredible place. I absolutely loved it!!!

We came into the area due to a beloved family member going on to eternity after a battle with breast cancer, Dec 8. Her life honored our heavenly King. Visiting the Bible Museum Uplifted our spirits knowing she is in the arms of the author of the Bible. Love you to eternity cousin Jessy. Thank you for being here for such a time as this Bible Museum.

Wow! The museum of the Bible absolutely astounded me by its physical size, scope of exhibits, and the amazing amount of artifacts and modern day technology employed in its exhibits. There are six floors to this place. There is a very extensive exhibit with actual biblical artifacts/bibles stretching all the way back to 1,000 AD! Another exhibit includes a re-creation of a typical home and surrounding neighborhood in ancient Jerusalem. Another exhibit is packed with modern interactive technology that shows how the Bible has influenced life around the world we live in. I could go on and tell more but instead I wholeheartedly recommend you make this a destination place to visit when in Washington DC.

One of the greatest museum’s I have ever been to! From the staff to the exhibits and the overall layout and feel of the museum, is something that everyone should experience. I went for about 2 and a half hours, and still have yet to explore it all. I will be back to finish where I left off. I wish I had taken more pictures! 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful museum with so much content you can definitely go for more than one day. Accessible with children. Lots of interactive displays and in particular we loved the Old testament walkthrough show. Will definitely want to return when the New testament is finished. The kids area was a lot of fun. The Manna restaurant had a nice feel, not too big, quaint a nicely decorated. The food was really good. Of course like anywhere like this it is expensive. It was also a long wait between ordering and getting our food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Museum of the Bible. If you are in the DMV area I encourage you to visit. The New Testament and Old Testament exhibits are wonderful! It was very educational but also fun and interesting. You will learn something new. Oh and don't forget to look up in the main lobby area, I promise you it's amazing!

Love it!!! As an Orlando native I can verifiably say the exhibits and experiences are (surprisingly) on par with Disney and Universal entertainment, which is a high bar to meet in my book! They address with humility some of the controversies that arose around their dead sea scrolls exhibit, but the extent of the rest of their scholarship is astonishing! There literally isn't enough time in one day to go through more than 1 floor of this 6 floor museum in-depth. The sheer depth and breadth of content covered is breathtaking. Highly recommended to both the non-religious, atheist, Jew, Hindi, Muslim, and Christian. However, for those with a spiritual connection with the bible, more will indeed be taken away from it. The staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming again!!!

What am impressive museum of bible history and it’s influence on the world! 6 stories to be exact, so it may be hard to look at everything on your first visit or if you pressed on time. Third floor is a must by the staff recommendation on your first visit. We also loved “bible influence on the world” exhibit, recommend that as well. Masks required of course, there’s also security check point before getting to the main entrance and ticketing area.

Loved this museum. I give it 4 stars because of many things in this museum. We all loved the view from the top of this building. Amazing sight of the City. Level 5 that had a Special Exhibit on Samaritans was extremely interesting. Level 4 on the History of the Bible was interesting, only confusing. Didn’t have a definitive ‘path’ through this floor. So much info and Bibles and videos. Tough to know where to go. (The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.) We all loved Level 3 with the World of Jesus of Nazareth and the Hebrew Bible Experience. Very unique. I could have passed on the 12 min animated video on the New Testament. Level 2 and the Bible in America/World is very interesting. Lots to see and do and touch and read. — If you’re like me, make sure you have your reading glasses. An excellent museum

Wow! Just wow. What an amazing experience and blessing. This is a beautiful six floored building full of biblical history and wonders. What we were most shocked about was the amount of adventures in here that you get to experience. There is an amazing ride called the Washington Revelation that whips you through DC, a beautiful walk through experience that is a work of art of the New and Old testament, VR experience, and much more. There were moments of joy, tears, wonder, and solitude. There was even a place to tell your story in I Am Second that gets recorded to share to others. I really enjoyed the history of America and how the Bible impacted our country and how foundational it was on the second floor. *A tip I would suggest is getting the Annual membership because you get the Washington Revelation included with your passes when you come. You have to go the ticket area to get them printed to bring to the ride.* You will not regret coming and it exceeded my expectations by far just like the God's word does. My wife said she thought it was like Disneyland for Christians. They have a kids area as well that is perfect for children.

Every level could take hours to examine. It really shows how amazing the Bible is and its impact on the world. I'd say kids about 8 and up would like it. You get night be a challenge with some of the levels. Or come multiple days.

The Museum of the Bible is in my opinion, the best museum in DC. The museum itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff are welcoming and courteous, and the main restaurant prepares delicious fair priced meals, although it can be pricey. As for the exhibits showcasing the history of the Bible, some of which are very interactive, they are world class and can be enjoyed by both the average museum goer as well as Bible scholars. At the museum you’ll have the opportunity to view and learn all about the many fascinating historical facts of the Bible and the impact it has had and continues to have on ancient and modern societies. There is enough to see, read, and interact with that you can easily spend an entire day taking it all in. Lastly, while young children will find many of the interactive Bible exhibits both interesting and entertaining, there is a large specific children’s area where they can spend an hour or more crawling, climbing and playing Bible themed games. For all these reasons and more the Museum of the Bible is well worth your time while visiting DC.

What a wonderful experience! My family and I took the metro into DC and got off right at the museum. My something here for every age to enjoy. Even my small children loved the experience. Play area for kiddos to run off a little energy. We started on top floor and worked our way down! I highly recommend this experience. Take a stroller for your little one! The restaurant Manna is yummy but a little pricey. We also took a break at Milk and Honey Cafe. It was a relaxing spot to rest our feet and let our kiddos relax for a minute. We will be back!

We visited in March 2023 and really enjoyed it. We didn’t have time to visit every floor. The one disappointment for me was that so many of the items on display are “replicas.” I do understand that this is a newer museum that is still building its collections, but when you’re visiting this museum and Smithsonians on the same day, seeing the actual plane the Wright Brothers flew, the actual spacesuit worn in space, the actual space shuttles, etc, then it does feel a little lackluster to see an exhibit that says “replica” under it (like George Whitefield’s pulpit). Nonetheless, it is still extremely interesting and educational, and we are very glad we went. We might not return every time we go to DC, but we would consider going again in the future. We definitely appreciate the effort and expense that have gone into compiling so much Bible history in one place.

MOTB is 6 floors of biblical history, from Torahs, alphabet, history of the Bible, and archeological videos of restored historical sites that a person of faith will find extremely informative. Virtual walk through tour (loved Hebrew history tour) guided tours, virtual ride of DC locations that have biblical references, cultural religious information from architecture, music, dress, fashion, and movies. Life-size display of home environment in a village. Theatre, and restaurants on site. The museum is beautifully constructed. Free coat check so you can enjoy your visit. Also has virtual docent access. Great idea! It's worth the visit. Great views of DC from 6th floor. Go online for pricing. Military discount available. If you take a guided tour, sign up slots fill up quickly.

What a great time we had! This place is so beautiful. There is so much to learn and see. You definitely need a full day to see everything. Alex in the gift shop was super nice and helpful! The only problem we had was finding parking. Other than that, we had such an awesome time! Will definitely return the next time I visit DC.

Huge, a day is not enough to do all museum. A lot of personal but mostly to smile. 5pm all been very disciplined and ask everyone to leave. I believe the museum could works up to 7 pm. At the 4th fl. where is explained about Bible History is missing a period of whole 10 century. There is nothing about Bulgarian and Slavic translation. Very unprofessional to skip this period. Almost the same things Tindail said in avocacy of the work of translation had been said by Constantine - Ciril and his brother Metody in the face of the pope but about 7-800 years ago.

Floor 1-6 were amazing. The nativity display was beautiful and exactly the artwork Bible believing people long for. The impact of the Bible has so much I wanted to see. I need another day. The history of the Bible was powerful. Hearing about Whitefield and the early path of the Bible in this country was so neat! It was a little dark, probably adding to the holiness of it all. We totally missed the stories of the Bible. So our plan is to return. The David Scott videos were incredible on 2 of the floors. Go experience it ALL!

Fantastic. The whole day wouldn’t be enough to see the entirety of the place. Each floor represents a different aspect of the Bible. Families with children might skip the upper two floors all together and focus on the movies and live presentations on the third floor. Truly moving interactive experiences. The number of Bibles and the stories of the sacrifices made to bring those Bibles to us was very moving. In the modern day Affect of the Bible on individuals it was also very touching. Very personalized with several interactive exhibits where you can add your own favorite verse to a digital moving wall. Truly riveting to walk through the walls and find the stories of those who gave so much and suffered to bring the Bible to light and to share it with others around the world. I am sure that even Bible aficionados will find much to learn there.

A terrific museum with a presentation style like none other. They have classical museum exhibits that are authentic plus world class facsimiles of the Rosetta Stone and the Hammurabi code. I've seen both of these originals and they are indistinguishable from the authentic ones. So those along with their authentic Nebuchadnezzar artifacts were world-class.

The Bible Museum is so incredible! I loved the Virtual Reality tour of the Holy Land. On Floor Level 4, one of the most Interesting places I've ever been. Seeing Rosetta Stone, one of the oldest and Complete books of Isaiah, so many manuscripts & the versatile of the scrolls and their inscriptions. The Bible museum was one of my favorite places, my only regret is not having enough time to see everything the Bible Museum had to offer. A true masterpiece of Biblical History and all it holds!

SOoo cool!! 😍 LOVE this museum!! Virtual Reality tour of Israel is totally worth it - I really felt like I was there!! Really enjoyed the Hebrew Experience tour and even just watching the Chosen scenes in the theater was so enjoyable - especially on the big screen!! Was so into the experiences I didn't take any pics inside, but outside building and grounds were beautiful as well! A little piece of history or legacy around everywhere you explore! And both the cafe and restaurant have tasty selections and the friendliest staff! What a blessing to have a museum like this and so much we didn't get to, so can't wait to go back!! 😊🙏💗🎉

Very enjoyable! The museum took us around four hours to walk through, but could take a bit longer, especially if you attend any theatre performances. Our group went top to bottom, and really enjoyed the skylight deck, cultural history of the bible, translation history, and all of floor four (walk through the old testament, life of Jesus, etc). The museum is very accessible, has food and a small outdoor terrace on the top floor, and restrooms on every floor. Our group thought the online ticket price of $20 was well spent here.

Our Youth Bible Classes did a field trip to the museum to enhance our studies. It was a full day experience. While we were able to explore the museum on our own, we had also pre-planned thru the museum K-12 program a guided "Bible Experience". We were able to explore the DC thru the virtual "signs" tour. Which is a MUST EXPERIENCE. Virtually you are taken around DC..as if you where flying. You are able to see where on statues, buildings, signs there are biblical markings all around the downtown DC area. It was very cool. ( then we tried to spot some on the way home). There is also a restaurant to sup with your friends so you all can rest your dusty feet after walking all around Jerusalem. But you are also able to bring a sack lunch. There were ample tables and seating to house our troop of 25. Additional things. With the winter

The Museum of the Bible in DC is a must-visit! After having it on my list for my last two visits, I finally had the chance to go, and it absolutely lived up to expectations! To save even more, I managed to purchase my ticket on Groupon for about $15. I highly recommend checking there before planning your trip! The museum itself is innovative, with six levels to explore. Floors 2 and 4 were particularly captivating for me. Walking through the exhibits and experiencing the Bible stories come to life through sound and visuals was incredibly compelling. A few points to note: On the main floor, there's a coat check available. Additionally, if you're traveling back home after your visit, they can also check your luggage in, provided it's the size of a carry-on. I arrived here via Uber, so I'm uncertain about the parking situation. However, I would recommend calling ahead to check, especially if you're traveling with a large group. As a Christian seeking to strengthen my faith, this visit was a wonderful way for me to start the year!

Quite an amazing Museum and nothing at all like I was expecting. The exhibits were all very well done and maintained. I appreciated the fact that they had areas that appealed to a variety of age groups, so that the kids had things that would keep their interest, while adults could also be intellectually stimulated. My expectation was that the Museum would be pushing a "religious" agenda, but that was not the case. It showed the historical narrative of the Bible and its influence through history. The museum also has hundreds of different bibles throughout the centuries to view and learn about. Highly recommend visiting this Museum if you ever have the opportunity to do so.

Tough review. I don't support the proprietors of the Museum of the Bible. However, this is a beautiful museum with interesting exhibits (regardless of the validity of their contents). It's hard to stomach paying money to this place when there's a bunch of free Smithsonian options nearby, but I think it's worth going at least once. The roof area is very cool with good views.

I expected more than just reading. But if you plan on going there. You'll need to make sure you have 2 hours to look at everything. Because there's 5 floors. And we only saw about 2 1/2 of it. Maybe a little than 2 hours. But over all is was a good scene.

Very beautiful and realistic exhibits. I was surprised at how modern it is. The use of technology to tell the stories and interactive tools made the experience different than I anticipated. Also there was an exhibit with an actress who stayed in character the entire time, she was phenomenal. I'm going to come back and bring my father.

I highly recommend this museum. It was massive, beautiful, and informative. There were giant displays, fun interactives, and I received tiny knicknacks as I went through. It took me about six hours to get through it all. They say that there are six floors, but the bulk of the museum is on floors 2-4. If you only go for one thing, I recommend going straight to floor three and doing the old testament walkthrough. This was the most dazzling part of the experience - a guided walkthrough with theaters, fog machines, special affects and gorgeous colors. I went through twice.

Spend the day learning about the history of the Bible. It is best to arrive when it opens. I arrive at around 10am on a Saturday and by the time I left at 2pm it started to get crowded.

Paid ticket entry. Metro accessible and easy street parking. Very thorough security screening. Masks had to be worn. This museum was much more than I expected. I had worried there would be a preaching overtone and lack of archeology and science. It was not that at all. First, everything was beautiful. The exhibits, the walkways, the windows and ceilings; someone planned every inch of the visual aesthetic. We started with the immersive Old Testament experience. It was stunning. We were placed into a small group—a decent amount of space to encourage social distancing though we were there on a week day. The story literally unfolded in front of us. I wanted to go a tad bit slower but the group progresses together, and the staff can’t let stragglers linger or it won’t work for everyone. One really important note. It’s loud. LOUD. But not scary. We had a visitor with sensitive ears. They had their hands over their ears most of the time. There were so many interactive stations on every floor. The living history teachers act in character in different areas and also hold educational sessions that anyone can join. An archeological dig was separated from an artifacts-that-match-Bible-stories section. Both were very well done. Your entry ticket (sort of pricy compared to other nearby museums) allows you to come and go all day long, and we had planned to eat a packed lunch. But the restaurant upstairs had a menu that looked amazing. It was. We had a delicious meal on the outdoor patio. The food was so tasty and came beautifully plated. It did not feel like a typical pricey cliche museum cafeteria meal. All in all, I’m glad we visited the Museum of the Bible. It was a nice ending to our ancient Israel civilization studies.

Words cannot fully describe the Museum of the Bible! Whether you are a current follower of Jesus, a skeptic, or atheist, give this place a significant amount of consideration and contemplation. If you have the slightest interest in learning the roots of the Bible from the earliest history, through translations, to its effect on everyday life, this is a must see. Give yourself at least 3 hours, start at the top floor and work your way down. Keep an open and critical mind, and you will be AMAZED at what you learn!

Lots of neat old bibles and artifacts along with some fun interactive stations. Some of them could have been labeled or described a bit more clearly and in depth. The cost is decently high though after parking, tickets and especially the food. The employees were friendly except in the cafeteria as I'm guessing they didn't enjoy their job's as they were pretty snippy.

In my mind I had envisioned the complete opposite of what I experienced. Boy was I wrong. A definite must visit. One of the best museums I've been to. Very modern and interactive for both young and old alike. I loved seeing the Bibles of the great reformers having recently studied about them. I enjoyed the Nazareth experience as well. Having visited Isreal recently myself, everything was spot on. I really enjoyed feeling as if I was back there again. Everything was done perfectly. Do not skip this museum.

Absolutely a wonderful place to visit. Don’t miss this when you were in DC . I get up there with touring the capital 15 the Lincoln Memorial. So much to see how much history. The guided tour is really cool. I would return just to see the amazing exhibits in the magical place.

6 floors of interesting facts, displays, videos, and immersive experiences in the Bible. Especially loved the village from Jesus' time and the display of Torah scrolls. Recommend the add-on virtual tour of the Holy Land and the ride that points out the use of Scripture on the buildings and monuments in Washington.

it is awesome, it was not crowded at all and we went on a friday. We were able to see everything except the childrens activity area, it was temporarily closed. You might have to call before going if you want to visit the children's activity area....but it is open and running pretty safely and very clean. I loved all of the exhibits especially the bible stories area, that was very cool!

(Translated by Google) It presents the bible from the perspective of the United States, how it came, governments, conflicts and their proliferation according to each religion or movement. I recommend you take a day for this museum if you want to enjoy it completely, it is quite extensive. The interactive way that the old and new testaments are presented, spectacular, the land of Jesus Nazareth, despite having already been in the Holy Land, I think it is very well represented.

I went here on 1/1/2019. There are 6 floors to it. I went with my grandmother (who visited from Florida) and I felt the presence of the Lord in the museum. The little diner on the 4th floor had very delicious pasta, and nice views of the city. I especially loved the animated features of The Creation and The Fall of Man. It was the best way to open 2019, a sign that God the Holy Father is always with us. This museum deepened my understanding of Catholicism, and it is the most uplifting. I will return, when COVID-19 is through. I also loved the little bookmark which contains how many days, months, and years, I was born after the birth of Jesus Christ. I have that bookmark in my bedroom today. So far, best museum in the city. I’ll go to more DC museums in the future. I enjoyed the place where songs that reference God were played, including Johnny Cash’s #1 hit, “The Devil’s Gonna Cut You Down”, my favorite country song, that references God. All in all, awesome museum, will return in the future, let alone how realistic the exhibitions were!!!!

This place is a MUST see if you are a believer, and is also a great place to go if you aren't. The museum shows the Bible as a piece of history and the impact it has made throughout time. The building is BEAUTIFULLY designed. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very fair. This will be an annual trip for my family.

I spent three hours exploring the second level of the museum without realizing there were still three more to go. I really wanted to see every artifact and watch every video but there really is just SO MUCH to say. The exhibits are beautifully designed. The videos well-produced and informative. The interactive parts were also fun. I loved that we could print a little souvenir bookmark for free! I traveled from Philly to DC just to visit this museum for the day.. it was worth the trip! Maybe I'm biased because this is a museum about the Bible and I am madly in love with Jesus, but this was by far the best museum I've visited in my life (ok, maybe second to the Louvre).

Membership was $129 for the year. It allows one to bring five people to each visit at the museum. Yes, all year!! Children ages 6 and under do not count toward the five. I think that is an excellent deal! The museum is quite interesting. Took two six year olds. They enjoyed it and did excellent!! I anticipate taking more in for myself, when I get to go without the children.

Excellent place to visit. Lots of beautiful artifacts and very friendly staff. You could easily spend hours in here as you visit the various displays. A lot of history that the average person may not be aware of. A definite recommend if you are visiting Washington D.C.

A wonderful experience in learning and fun about the Bible, and Bibles from around the world. The mini historical films were not boring to the family and you can rest. Lots of walking.😊 My 7 year old niece and 9 year old grandson enjoyed researching Bible facts and taking the test for grades. Interactive displays kept them interested. The older one took photos of what he liked. The Childrens room is a nice addition for the kids to take break. Gifts moderately to expensive and of course food is expense. Eat before or after the visit to save money.

This museum was inspiring and gives honor to the living, breathing Word of God!!! There are many great artifacts and videos to help you learn more about the Bible and Christ also. The top floor has a very good restaurant and Awesome view of D.C. This is a Wonderful place to bring a church group or any group that wants to be inspired to treasure the book that has stood the test of time!!!

I can't even describe my experience! There was so much to take in and see that we didn't get to go through the entire museum. There is a cafe and garden where you can enjoy a quick bite. The exhibits were beautifully preserved, clearly marked, and thoroughly explained. You can view each floor at your own pace, although I did see (and hear) a couple of guided tours. The extensive collection of Bibles was astounding to see. Viewing scrolls in the glass cases towering from the floor to the ceiling was awe-inspiring and just reading the locations from where they were found all over the world was eye opening! I am looking forward to coming back to finish exploring the rest of everything we missed.

My college friend visited from Pennsylvania and we truly enjoyed M.O.B.! It was both of our first times visiting and this will not be my last. To try and see it in a few hours is a disservice to all of the wonderful Exhibits. This is an all day visit…be sure to arrive when they open and stay until closing. Roam around by yourself or have a guided tour. Have a seat in the auditoriums and watch film shorts. I will be visiting again very soon!!! 📖🙏🏾

I recently visited the Museum of the Bible for the first time. Very impressed as there is much to see and learn about. We took advantage of the VR tour/ experience and it was very informative. There is a kids area but it is for younger kids. I was stunned by the number of Bibles that are on exhibit along with their history but again, it's the Museum of the Bible. You should definitely visit.

It was very nice, you would need a whole day to see everything.❤️ you also have to pay additional fees for some attractions once you get in the museum. The restaurant was just ok for a museum, it's pretty simple. Just know what you are getting, and if you're not into technology, go to the counter, don't use the kiosk. They also have grab and go, so make sure if you order grab and go at the kiosk, you are not sitting around waiting for someone to bring you your food. Because the system tells you to take a number. Anyhow, it's an enjoyable day in that area of Washington DC , you will have good memories of! 😀

We are still under HUGE impression from our visit! Definitely One While day needed to visit all 6 floors of this fabulous Bible museum! Kids loved it. It’s very modern and top notch museum. Other museums are not even close in comparison! Proud of people who put it all together! Groupon is best to get tickets 🎫

Absolutely Stunning! I have NEVER experienced such a beautiful museum. I love that each floor in the elevator has a description of what the Theme is for that floor. Everything is Clean, all the workers are amazing. Strongly Recommend doing the Old Testament Walkthrough Film/Experience it’s like an interactive movie that you experience and walk through

  • 1/5 John Matthews J. 6 months ago on Google
The exhibits are great but it's not worth the price of admission ($30 per person). This, of all the museums, should be free to the public. Whoever owns it, got scammed and was sold fake fragments of the Bible which cost millions, and you can clearly see they are trying to recoup the money. Jesus shaking His head.

I earnestly enjoyed my time at the Museum of the Bible. They crafted a very thorough understanding of the Bible within 6 floors. I also can appreciate as a mom, the kid experience (aka kid room with Biblical concept games and physical activity for them to get out all their energy perfectly spotted on the 1st floor). The staff were kind, professional and had a Godly presence. The museum was clean, modern and had a nice themes for the café and restaraunt.

It was a beautiful museum with a lot of interactive exhibits i appreciated. There were also a few exhibits closed and artifacts missing that made it a bit lackluster. I wouldn’t pay full price but for it in good faith, but the Groupon price it’s worth it. I paid an extra $10 for the VR experience which was nice and cool to see places referenced in the Bible in real day with scriptures!
