Will not be coming here anymore, the lady there is so unprofessional. She likes to be vaping while doing my eyebrows, & I’ve had to sit there and wait for her because she goes in the back to do who knows what. She closes at whatever time she wants and makes dumb excuses to not service you. She doesn’t care what comes out of her mouth. One days she’s in a good mood the next day it’s your fault she has problems. I will be going inside the mall from now on where they ACTUALLY know how to treat clients! I miss Sandy

Money is back y'all! She is always so kind, the best at threading, and accepts walk ins or appointments. This has been my favorite eyebrow threading place for years. I used to come here quite often. I stopped for a while by choice but tried again today and it was not a pleasant experience. I showed up about 4:35 and as soon as I walked through the door, the worker started nodding no, and essentially shoed me away. She said “I’m doing these two and then taking a break…” There was a girl in her chair and a guy waiting. I understood maybe she was tired or hadn’t ate, but I think it’s common courtesy to just lock the door and post a sign saying you’ll be on break. Anyway, I had to ask her what time I could come back and she said, “idk, after five.” I went to kill time with my toddler for about an hour and came back at 5:55. She said she was closed and she closed at 6. I told her I came earlier and she specifically told me to come back after 5 and her hours online say 8. She didn’t seem to care at all. You can tell the customer service aspect is non-existent. She seemed to care less.

So I was going there for months seeing the old worker Sandy she was amazing I loved it! I go in one day and it’s a complete different worker come to find out she remembers me from a market she used to work at I don’t recall seeing her a lot there then she sits me down and says I don’t like your eyebrow shape!! Whattttt very unprofessional she could’ve asked me if I like them and if I wanted to change them. Hack job luckily I found out where Sandy works and I go there. One day I had no other choice then to come back to ez eyebrows the vibe was so off and very tense in there she didn’t say more than 5 words to me and acted as though she was annoyed she messed up my eyebrows I dont recommend it

Updated review from 5 starts to 2. I didn't feel the need to list a reason as it's basically what others have said. However, the owner wanted more information. I used to come here for years. My last visit there was March 2022. They've had a few people over the years and each time they've been great. Sadly the latest hire didn't make me feel comfortable at all. She was trying to have me get more services than the eyebrow service I went in for. It wasn't a friendly sales approach either it felt more aggressive. I'm glad that it seems others have had better luck.

Went in yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded, ended up getting henna brow and I love it. I've had my brows microbladed 3 times and tattooed once and I think from now on I'm just gonna get henna yes it only last 3 to 4 weeks but I'd rather pay 35 a month to have them look good for 3 to 4 weeks then 400+ for them to just fade in the same amount of time that the henna brow lasts

I have been getting my brows done here since before when they were inside the Newgate mall! I’m so happy that she is back and almost refuse to go to anyone else for my threading needs. You have a loyal customer in this gal 🤗

I love this place. And usually scheduling an appointment is honored. The last 2 times I've been, I've made an appointment. And still had to wait at least 20 min because they take the walk ins first. What's the point of making an appointment?
