This restaurant will close early with no regards to business they have currently conducted or what their posted hours are. I arrived Tuesday April 4th at 9:36 pm to pick up an order for an Uber delivery and the doors were locked and the drive thru blocked by a chair. I attempted to see if I could get the attention of the workers in the lobby, which there were 4 of, and was ignored. Another customer arrived while I contacted support in my car and I informed them that they were closed early so I was not the only patron affected by this. I wouldn't use this restaurant or trust that they will follow their own rules when they can't even keep their doors open. The management is clearly the problem here. I also would not recommend placing an order with them using any food delivery service as their is no guarantee that you order will be fulfilled, even if they accept it on their end.

Went there last night at approximately 7:20pm and tried to order a chicken sandwich. Before I could get the complete sentence out, the person cut me off and said "our chicken sandwich machine and A & W machine is closed down for the rest of the night and all we have is Extra Crispy chicken". What the heck?! Didn't say the machine is broken, just shut down. Your hours say your open until 10pm. I get it if it was close to closing your doors to start shutting things down and offering certain items. Ended up getting 2 piece chicken meal and asked for a small coleslaw. Didn't get that....2nd time for a bad experience. Won't be going back unless they change management and customer service.

* Cross posted between both restaurants * We at first came through the drive thru, but we didn't know what we wanted, so we told them it'd be a minute. Then, spontaneously, their "system went down" and they asked us to go inside and order. Before we were even out of the drive thru they had someone putting a sign out to close the drive thru. When we came in, all of the employees were standing at the front staring at me and my family. The man I can only assume is the manager sighed heavily as we came in, but then tried to make conversation with me by mentioning that he likes the Beatles (I was wearing a Beatles shirt at the time). I ordered KFC food. My sister ordered A&W food. I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were old, I could tell. Parts of it were crunchy, other parts tasted fine. Like it had been sitting in the heat for a while. And my sandwich was soggy, they put sauce on the bun for some reason? And it overall tasted fine but was a mess. My sister got a chili dog and it was soggy and fell apart when she picked it up. Overall this review is more for the service. It was really awkward coming in and having every single employee working there staring right at you while you order, and then having one of them sigh at me, probably hoping I wouldn't come inside after they told me the system was down. Very disappointed. The food was passable but I won't be coming back.

Night shift ignored us at the window an hour before they closed. Employees acted like they didn't see me honk at the window then said they were out of food after I walked into the lobby. The Employees were acting pissed that I was there. This roy location has always been terrible. Make the drive to clearfield if you really want KFC.

Went in to grab a bite to eat. As my spouse and I went up to order an employee in a red shirt just said "No". We both laughed as we could tell that the employee was (hopefully?) trying to just be funny. They then stated they're done for the day, which felt like oversharing, we tried to joke that yeah we were ready to relax for the day too and hopefully trying to cue that this bit was getting dragged on too long. The employee then didn't seem to grasp that cue and doubled down saying "oh yeah? How many hours did you work today? Did you go to church?" And some other odd questions. At that point I just said "okay, this is getting a bit weird, can we just order our food?" This employee had also attracted the attention of their coworkers who were also like "let's just let them order". I 100% don't think this employee was being malicious or had any bad intent. I think they just weren't picking up the social cues that we weren't in the mood to joke around and just wanted a quick bite together. Also seemed odd and inappropriate to ask about our religious practices. We're not expecting any sort of resolution to this, but it seems like a good coaching moment on professionalism as it definitely made us uncomfortable enough that there won't be a return visit.

Came in to the kfc lobby to order some food. The person on the register who had just given carry out to a door dasher then leaves the register without saying a word. (She knew i was there) I think OK she is just going to get something and will be back soon. 15 minutes later, with No noise coming from the back, I say whatever I will go somewhere else for food and leave. When I get out to my car, I find literally the whole staff out smoking weed or something out in the parking lot. This place has issues and I will not be coming back. Honestly, the owner should fire these trashy employees for walking out on customers during rush hour at 6:30 on tuesday, November 14th

Food was burnt, rubbery, and cold. Went through the drive through and they didn't give BBQ sauce, napkins, or a spoon.

Online and front door says they open at 10 AM, I placed an online order for 10:15 thinking it would be ready as I was charged for the food and I tend to get what I pay for, right? Arrive at 10:15 and the doors are locked. Drive to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes for no one to answer. Head back to the door and I’m waiting in the parking lot for someone to open the lobby 30 minutes after scheduled opening times. Now my food is late to the lunch event we planned. Not sure who’s to blame, poor management is my first thought and they don’t seem to care. I don’t see this location staying open much longer if something as simple as opening on time is such an impossible hassle.

Been here a few times and have never had issues. Food was hot and tasty, service was quick and friendly. It was what I expected from a KFC.
