Emily is amazing and very thorough. She has a great bedside manner and makes sure you are taken care of. She is attentive and doesn’t make you feel like you are being judged. She treated us very respectfully and listened to our health concerns and offered advice and guidance. I didn’t feel rushed with her and felt like she thought of us as a human and not just a number. She genuinely wanted to help make a difference in my life and my health journey.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived within minutes of closing time and fully expected to be turned away, but they were willing and happy see us. The staff was amazing and Dr. Shanafelt was thorough, knowledgeable and engaging with my 10 year old.

I really like Emily Shanafelt. I have recently moved to Utah from Idaho and had to establish myself with new providers. I dreaded the thought of having to find another doctor that I loved as much as I loved mine in Idaho. But I will tell you, Emily has made my transition a piece of cake! She's thoughtful, sincere, and I feel like she truly is concerned about my well-being. She asks questions and listens to my responses and then provides feedback. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a compassionate healthcare provider.

My little boy got a nice laceration above his eye needing some stitches. I brought him in close to closing time and this team took amazing care of him. Emily was amazing and did a great job stitching him up. The nurse assisting was also amazing and very calming for a nervous little boy. Altogether this team made this experience as easy as it could possibly be for a nervous, traumatized little boy. 7 stitches and some treats later, I have a happy, brave little boy who talks about the great people who “sewed him back together”.

Emily was very patient and thorough in her examination. She took all tests she thought were necessary to diagnose the issue. She also followed up with test results that took longer than the visit to the clinic.

The staff was so helpful they got me in and out and diagnosed in under an hour with home care set up. Two days later feeling perfectly fine. Appreciate your willingness to help me in a time of need.
