I came to this salon because I was afraid to go to a salon inside of a Wal Mart and have a horrible experience. After my experience getting my hair colored here by Jaycee, I wish I had regrets about not going to Wal Mart. The application that was done is just unacceptable. When I reached out to the owner, she told me that they do not offer refunds but that I could come in and have her take a look at it. She also told me that my photos and the "before/after" photos the sytlist took were different (mine were taken in natural light, hers inside the salon at night). I sent her these photos of my hair asking if it was acceptable work from the stylists in her salon and she avoided answering that question, and never did. I did not want to have anyone there "look" at my hair or color it again if this is the standard the stylists are held to. I can only speak for my one experience, but I would wait to visit Jaycee until she's had some more education or practice coloring. And think twice about visiting any stylists if they're not held accountable for a terrible job done.

When another hair salon canceled my appointment without telling me. These guys were able to get me in the next day. Kristian even came in during her day off. The results were better than I hoped. I definitely found my new stylist

There is a really great energy at Indivisual and it is FULL of super talented hair stylists and nail techs.

Do not go here . Went in for a hair cut and with layers .. and this women totally botched it and it’s so uneven and messed up .. she messed up real bad and shouldn’t be cutting hair

Ok So Tayler did my hair. She listened to my instructions which were quite specific unfortunately my hair was not cooperating so we had to change gears but if she would have done it her way maybe a different outcome. I gave her 5* because she listened and did WHAT I ASKED & I've had problems with hairdressers doing different and cutting more and i walked out feeling pretty Er than when i went in. The receptionist Saralee was very efficient also and friendly i had a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend Tayler

Gone here for years and kaylie wolk is one of the best hairstylists out there. And staff is always so friendly

I love the way Mindy M does my hair! The color is always great and the cut is exacly how i want it everytime. Ive been going to Indivisual salon for at least 4 years and they are always super nice and Mindy is a hoot! Last time i was in she stuled my hair after a cut and curled it sooo cute!! I couldnt duplicate it! Love!💚👑

Jaycee is absolutely amazing and so talented. Have been going to her for my lashes for a year. She is the sweetest to visit with and does amazing work. She's also done hair for a few family members and always does a great job! Jaycee is very knowledgeable and works hard to give you exactly what you want. Would recommend this salon and especially Jaycee to anyone! She is the best!

I’m not the type to complain but my experience was horrible. I came in to get a light brown and walked out with bright orange/yellow. I had long hair down to my lower back and came out with hair to my shoulders when I asked for a slight trim. I honestly think she was doing whatever she wanted and not what I wanted. I walked out the salon and cried for 30 min never felt so ugly. I even texted her before I booked to see if she can work with my hair.
