What an absolute joke. I'm sure the practitioners are great, but the front desk was horrible. Walked in for an urgent call, I had called ahead to say we are coming, Got there and all the people at the front desk were watching videos and eating while phones were ringing. I asked to see the doctor and they said they don't have any in and that I needed to go somewhere else. Really? Please don't waste your time especially if it's urgent, go to Davis family physicians.

Have had a really really bad experiences with Casey Stelter since he has transitioned to working with the Ogden Clinic. My experience is that he and his office seem to be incapable of properly resolving patient concerns. I was overbilled quite badly for a recent visit. In addition, I inquired with his office to extend a prescription by 2 days so that I could fill my last refill and he opted to not work with the pharmacy to allow me to fill it. Absolutely horrible patient support by this doctor. My recommendation is find somebody that seems to care because my experience has been that Casey and his staff simply do not.

The website is worthless; can't book an appointment because it's down and I can't email my provider because the search doesn't work. I miss the days when they were a Mountain Star facility and everything worked. Also calling the facility sucks because it goes through the main switch board, on hold 20 minutes last time.

I scheduled an appointment about a week ago. I came for my appointment and was told I didn't have one. The receptionist went to the back and returned about 5 minutes later and loudly announced that if I have an emergency, such as a UTI or yeast infection, to return for urgent care. Everyone in the waiting room was staring at me. Later, I called and was told I can return and wait for urgent care no matter what my illness. I'm not sure what to say, but what a terrible experience. Complete incompetence.

My kids and I are patients of Caid Evans. We have been going to him for a few years and he is by far the best around! Always takes the time to answer questions, make you feel heard and help in any way he can to resolve any health related issues. He goes above and beyond and has great bedside manner. Grateful we found him.

I love this office. The staff is always so nice to me and they do a really great job with scheduling and follow ups. I’ve seen Bob Gertsche as my primary care. And he has always listened, he’s empathetic and is thorough and cares about you getting better. Grateful for these guys.

I love my dr evans he is absolutely amazing he truly cares about his patients he is sweet caring and listens to your needs. I am soooooo thankful for caid evans

Dr. Evan’s is absolutely wonderful! He listens to you and is very calm, intelligent, patient and informative. My kids actually have a good experience at the doctor😉
