I loved her for one year and it was the worst year of my life. AC never worked in the summer, the building is always so freaking hot even in the winter. Water would be turned off with less that 24 hrs notice. Cleaning checks are BRUTAL!! They seek something to mark dirty like spots on the ceiling that were there since I moved in. The show room looks SO different than the actual room. My roommates were the only great thing about living here cause we all endured it together. My last month living there I injured both my ankles. There is no elevator and a ton of stairs. There is one handy capped spot and they told me if it was taken I had to park in my spot in the parking garage. That makes me going up 2 flights of stairs with so much pain and so much of a struggle. I just ended up staying at my parents till I was healed cause it was so stressful. They donā€™t plow in the winter so my car got stuck trying to go up that hill coming out from the parking garage. Do not move in here!!! It is not worth the price AT ALL.

Worst place I have ever lived! Have had awful problems with water leaks and plumbing that took months to resolve, donā€™t even get me started on the snow removal during the winter (hint: itā€™s nonexistent) and the only way to and from the north parking lot is up and down an incredibly steep hill, which is unusable with any water or snow. The only other option is walking on the road (on Harrison Blvd?) Management has been awful to get ahold of, the monthly cleaning checks are absolutely ridiculous, and the apartments are sad and run down. Future students: donā€™t risk it here! This time of your life is too important to be worrying about nightmarish roommates and nonexistent maintenance! Find somewhere that will allow you to focus on school rather than treating injuries from sliding headfirst down an ice hill in the middle of February. There are way better options out there!

Very good price for the apartment, and it's walking distance to Weber State. No more stress about parking on campus! Management is sweet and is always on top of it if there is an issue, and there are always fun events going on to get to know the other students living there! I recommend Harrison Heights to anyone coming to Weber State.

I moved in right at the last minute and the management was super helpful! I moved out after a couple of months to live with a close friend but our landlord was creepy lol so I contacted Harrison Heights and they were able to get me back in within the same week! The apartments are very nice and they are always on top of maintenance requests. Parking is a little sketchy but it was alright. Much closer than student housing and just a quick walk to campus. Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience. Lived here for a summer. 1.) AC was broke most of the time. Apartment would hover around 80 degrees, topping off at 92 degrees. Want to roll down the windows at night to stay cool? Good luck sleeping with the noise. Most rooms face the common area or the busy road right outside. 2.) The hot water takes forever to kick in. Have to wait up to 10 minutes before taking. a shower. 3.) Monthly cleaning checks. Seems odd for any type of apartment. Plus, I had matienence done, and the matienence people didnt clean up the mess they made. 4.) It's just not very clean. A lot of chips in the paint, water damaged cabinets, dirty drains, and some leaks above the parking garage. Just don't do it. Management might be nice, but it's not worth it.

Love Harrison heights! The management is great. Super nice, considerate, and understanding. The maintenance team also is very fast and accommodating.

Do not rent here if you want any kind of peace. Management is extremely inconsiderate, telling you they will work with you because youā€™re late on rent for valid reasons & then spring an eviction notice of 3 days on you at random. If you ever want to speak to someone higher up, they will tell you that the higher ups have requested for their information to not be given out (which is illegal btw). The AC & heater both donā€™t work most of the time leaving my apartment at 50Ā° inside during the winter & 80+ in the summer. Upon moving in the place was filthy & they claim they come to clean the rooms before new roommates moving in but that never happened. The most they would do was lightly wipe things down. The water is yellow half the time & weā€™ve had no hot water for 3+ weeks at a time. If you need maintenance (which you will need a LOT), plan on waiting 2 weeks at least or even a month or more. My kitchen was flooded one night & I called the ā€œemergencyā€ maintenance number which I was told is for flooding & they told me they would be there Monday morning (it was a Friday night). Laminate floors are torn up, thereā€™s a mysterious light switch that does nothing, cracks in the window frames that you can literally see through to the outside making you freeze in the winter since the heater doesnā€™t work. Website claims that this place is ā€œremodeled/updatedā€ but everything is falling apart or doesnā€™t work. The only thing ā€œupdatedā€ is maybe the flat screen & apple tv in each apartment. Rent is about $700/month for a single bed making the place almost $3000 between the 4 roommates. $3000 for a tiny 3 bed/2 bath apartment where nothing even works right.

Iā€™m not a picky person, all I really need is a bathroom, a bed, and a kitchen. They have big closets (nice because I have a lot of clothes), lots of storage space under the beds, and nice desks to do your homework on. Iā€™ve enjoyed my time here and itā€™s extremely convenient that itā€™s so close to campus! They do fun activities where you can win stuff. I myself won the ping pong tournament and got 50$$. Iā€™ve always had chill roommates. Each apartment also has a super nice TV, not a bad place to live if you plan on being a Weber State student!
