This family is one of the most respected in the Asian restaurant business in Utah for a very good reason! They make sure the food is of the highest quality and everything tastes wonderful. We enjoy the atmosphere of having a personal table chef too.

Friendly service, good food, entertaining and great for bigger parties. Sashimi was fresh and delicious but the teppanyaki could have had more flavor

We came in today as a party of 7 and they sat us. They had us squished shoulder to shoulder. I was all the way on the end and had a sliver of table barely enough for my drink. I suggest when you sit people consider the size of the people sitting. I’m 6’5” 230 lbs I need a bigger space. Take a look at how you seat people next time. Very inconsiderate of your high paying customers

Attentive, clean, fast, delicious!! We took our son and his wife here for his birthday and what a treat!! We had the filet mignon and shrimp hibachi…… I was feeling a little adventurous and got the noodles instead of the fried rice this time, and boy was I happy with that decision! chef was creative and made it fun.

Typical hibachi grill. The food and entertainment were great, but pretty standard for this type of place. Prices were in the $20-$35 dollar range per person. There was a small children's menu with prices at the $15 range. Portions were large. Quite a wait to be seated, and service was slow and steady once seated (kind of to be expected with clean up and shows). Walk in only, no reservations. Gratuity was already included on the bill. Staff (cook, host, and waitress) were kind and upbeat. Parking was limited.

Last weekend was date night with some family and friends. This was the place we decided to eat. Food was amazing. Bomb.com I usually dnt eat all my food and get a Togo box so you know I can finish later, but not this night. it was so good, I over ate.Plus the ice cream at the end was heaven. The cook was outgoing and had a great sense of humor. He put on a good show. The only thing Is they pre add the tip of 18% honestly if they didn’t do that I would have tipped a lot more. But hey it is what it is they only cut their selves short, oh and after you’re done eating you do feel a tad rushed because they dnt do reservations so they’re trying to clear you out and get the next people in. Overall tho great food great show by the chef and def would recommend.

Greeted by the owner manager right off the bat with a warm welcome. Seated quickly even though the house was completely full. Our server was prompt and quick to get us appetizers and drinks started with saved lives because we were starving. Our muscle shooters and baked muscles were equally delicious and I couldn't tell you which was better if I had to. The pink lady sushi roll was one of the best rolls we'd tried ever and reccoment that one heavily. We got two tokyo deluxe plates with lobster, crab, and filet mignon. The steak fell apart in your mouth it was so tender, the crab basically jumped out of the shells in baby fist size pieces, and the the lobster was awesome which is hard to do on a flatop. All in all if you haven't been here before spring for one of the more expensive all inclusive plates so you get to try the best of what they have to offer it's always been worth it. The hibachi chefs are all fun to eat with and make the experience just that much better. I hope they keep doing what there doing here because it's always a delight.

Great location by the theaters and the beautiful LDS temple and their visitors! Could see the sunset right on their outdoor patio. The simple onion soup was so soothing. The manager was so friendly and had a fun smile face mask on! The sushi was good and the cream cheese wontons were awesome! Prices were higher than I would've liked for the portion sizes, but the restaurant was clean and beautiful! **If you liked this review or thought it was helpful, give it a thumbs up. 👍thanks!

Tokyo station is our new Date night go to! We love this place. We usually dine in for Sushi. We love the Sunshine roll, but haven't tried a roll we didn't like. If you're looking to switch things up, definitely give Tokyo Station a try.

We decided to try this restaurant on the busiest night of the year. Was quoted a 60-minute wait, waited less than 45 mins to be seated. Watched a local prominent business woman yell at the host and manager, and both remained calm and took care of this entitled woman with a smile on their face. Our waitress kept our drinks filled. The food was delicious, fresh, and filling. The sushi was fresh. The only complaint is that parking is hard to find.

It's all about the show, I know. Our chef was excellent and entertaining. It's just a little pricey compared to the food quality and quantity. The salmon was really good, but the steak was just so so. The noodles weren't very tasty. Veggies were ok, but mostly onion chuncks. Fun experience though and I'm glad I went once. I probably won't be back.

Went here a little over a week ago on a date with my boyfriend, the service was great (our server and chef were super cool!) & the food was delicious! It has a good atmosphere, but it can be a bit loud to have conversations, but overall it was a very pleasant experience! We will definitely be coming back.

The sushi is not good here and way over priced. The yellowtail on the rainbow roll was turning brown. There was barely any salmon in our Alaska roll. The volcano roll was just gross. My husband ate most of it because I was struggling to eat any and we didn’t want our money to go to waste. We could tell the fish was not fresh, it tasted fishy. My husband had a lot of stomach pain after (he has a stomach of steel) and I have a pretty weak stomach and I was in the bathroom dying after. Not worth it for the bad sushi and how expensive it is, stay away!

Went for my birthday, it was great! They were so kind and understanding of us having a toddler. The chef was so kind to wait until I was holding her to light the first fire because she got a little scared. The food is always fantastic here! Highly recommend!

Everything overall was great, I would have liked my chicken and steak left whole instead of little cubes. I think we should have the option of how we want it. Our waitress was very polite and checked on us regularly. Our chef/cook was really experienced and funny. I will be back on a special occasion.

Always have a good time here. Really good food, great atmosphere and a very friendly, accommodating staff. Good time for the grandkids. The Sake's not to bad either. Highly recommended.

The service was also commendable, receiving four stars as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant evening. What truly stood out was the remarkable atmosphere, deserving of five stars. Been here a few times but only for sushi since there's always a wait for the hibachi and we're just too hungry to wait! The sushi is wonderful, fresh, and even though they don't make their own seaweed salad, it always tastes better to me here for some reason. My fiance loves the fresh muscles. We haven't had a bad dish here yet. Wait staff is a little slow with drink refills which takes away from the overall experience. Great atmosphere, wonderful for date night! Can't wait to try the hibachi one day.

Food was good but not the best compared to others we've been to. But don't order the sushi... hard to swallow due to rice was extremely dry. The cooking was done as a group at your table using the common grill. That's normally okay but you pay a decent price for your meal but they don't proportion the food equally. My husband got short changed in his food. Also had to ask waitress for the steamed rice the cook didn't put together. No I don't recommend... sorry!

Excellent dinner and service! Our chef was fantastic, I wish I remembered his name. My salmon fell apart as he was plating it. It was still totally edible (and delicious). I ate it and I didn't think anything of it, but he apologized and made me ANOTHER salmon to take home! Great food, great service. Definitely worth the price

This is one of our favorite special occasion or 'to treat ourselves' restaurants. We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed. They have teppanyaki style grill tables with skilled hibachi chefs, as well as a sushi bar and tables. We have tried a variety of menu items and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and the salad dressing is so delicious that we purchase some to eat at home. I highly recommend Tokyo Station!!!!

Truly a wonderful dining experience! The staff, the ambiance, the customer service, the menu, and the food was exceptional! From the moment we walked in we were treated like valued customers. Having made reservations in advance, we didn't have long to wait. Almost as soon as we were seated, a waitress appeared to take our drink orders. When she was done she disappeared for a moment before bringing out our beverages as well as our salads. After the waitress took our dinner order, our chef appeared and confirmed that our orders were correct before expertly showing off his culinary skills. It was an incredible performance! One thing to note: I ordered the steak (no mushrooms or vegetables of any kind) and fried rice instead of white rice. My husband ordered the same thing except he opted for the steak AND salmon combo along with fried rice. He was pleasantly surprised to discover that he was served the same amount of steak as I was, AND a FULL salmon filet for only a $1 more!! We've been to these types of steakhouses many times over the years, however, whenever we order a combo plate such as steak and fish, we always receive half portions of each. At Tokyo Station, the portion sizes were so generous that we both saved about half of our meal to take home and enjoy the next day, which is another thing that rarely happens these days with other restaurants. It seems the most restaurants have begun REDUCING portion sizes and RAISING prices. You'll find none of that here and for these reasons, I highly recommend Tokyo Station!!

The food was good and we were seated quickly, I'm not sure where our server disappeared to, once she actually had our food to us we never saw her again. Over all I have to give it 3 stars, it was good but I feel like it was definitely overpriced for what we got.

My wife and I like this restaurant so much that we don’t even have to ask each other where we are going when it’s date night! The filet is amazing and so is the sushi! The service is always great as well.

food is delicious and the chef always puts on quite the show. it’s on the pricier side but it’s definitely worth the money.

Our first time at Tokyo Station. Asian cuisine and this type of dining is are one of our favorites. The food and cooking presentation were ok. It was Thursday but they were quite busy. Our collective negative comments were that everything seemed so rushed. The waitress was very good but as soon as we ordered they were bringing salads, beginning the cooking and couldn’t wait to move us on. Dining out is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable but the rush almost left us exhausted.

Outstanding service - Trey is possibly the best waiter I have ever had anywhere. Recognizes me even with a mask on. Nice to everyone without fail. Food is amazing - both in taste and presentation - and I have had nearly everything on the menu. Eat there nearly every Friday and have never been disappointed.

Great place! Received the warmest greeting when we walked in. We were sat very quickly and our server was quite pleasant and happy to answer any of our questions. As we left we were thanked being there and given well wishes.
