    The sign on the door says they should be open, lights are on inside, drive through light is off. Wasting money for the company during advertised operating hours.

    The roast beef was way over cooked. It was crispy like bacon. Horrible. I have ate there many times and never looked or tasted like that. I recommend the gm look into who ever was working that night. And either fire them or retrain them. I was there on 8-20-23 at about 7pm

    I pulled up to the drive order speaker waited about 2 minutes. Then got greeted and asked to wait. I waited about 5 more minutes. Long enough for another vehicle to pull up behind me. The other vehicle got tired of waiting and shouted up to me " did they take your order already" The arbys employee must have heard that because they said " I'm almost ready" about 2 minutes later they took my order. I got to the window and paid and asked to get some jalapeño poppers for the trouble of my wait. Employee said " No you just placed the order like 2 minutes ago" I said "yeah.. but I waited like 8 minutes just to place the order." She again confirmed the answer was no. She handed me my food and I left. So... let me know when you have my poppers. Then I'll come back.

    Found some kind of maggot or bug crawling in my roast beef. Usually it is a spectacular restaurant they're very friendly and kind but with maggots in my food and I literally threw it up afterwards. They gave me a refund which was kind but I'll never eat at Arby's for the rest of my life!

    It must have been a slow day because all the employees were out side having a break. They were all super friendly and seemed stoked to actually make food. The manager at the time was amazing and helped me figure out which coupons would work best for feeding as many people as possible.

    Now I remember why I don't eat here. It took me 15 minutes to get the special. The sandwich was cold and the fries were rock hard. It is absolute garbage. I can't believe you actually call that food. You can get a better meal at the homeless shelter. I had garbage in my bag that wasn't even mine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

    After a hard day we came to the drive through, Ozzy was so funny and made us laugh , really awesome I would most definitely come back , and he brought us our food and was still being so funny I loved it.

    Arbys is great but the man in the drive thru Ozzy, made our experience way better than any mainstream fast food chain I've ever been to. He was so friendly and funny and managed to make us laugh while we ordered the food! Definitely want to eat here again soon just hoping he is there, food was delicious and made fresh overall best experience I've had at any Arby's. Thanks Ozzy!

    customer service from the "manager" Brandon was extremely rude and unprofessional. at 957 the manager shouted at us from behind the counter saying that he was closing the lobby and we needed to get out even though we were still in the middle of eating our meal. when we told him we were still eating he threatened us saying "well you don't want to see what I'll do" then at 10 we had three different employees come up to our table within two minutes to kick us out on top of all that the drink machines werent working and they didn't have bathrooms available overall the worst experience I've ever had eating at a fast food place.

    Went in after seeing a show. It was closing time. I got a delicious sandwich, and a cherry turnover. The staff was pleasant and managed expectations of our group by v telling us the lobby was about to close. My whole crew commented on how good their food was.

    The roast beef has gone down hill, it's not as good as it use to be. I have gotten food poisoning for the Roast Beef two times now. Don't think I will ever order it again.

    They were out of Beef. Either they do the sandwiches so good that they sold out, or… so badly they don’t have the beef. Either way they get a 2 star for not living up to “We have the beef” or whatever the commercial is

    So they must have been short staffed we waited almost 30 for food, however while people were upset about it and being upset(understandably) it allowed me and my kids to chill with music and talk to them about why it might be taking a while and how it was not the gal who brought our food out fault. That we could say thanks and she was doing a stellar job after being yelled at. we told her that we were appreciative and hoped she stayed smiling . she rocked even when flustered and I give her Kudos!

    Twice I ordered the French dip sandwich they forgot the Au Jus. So decided to try again and went back a week later. Had to remind them about the Au Jus, now I wish I had, it was so disgusting that it ruined the meal. And for as much as you pay for a meal, you think they would get it right. Not sure that I will go back anytime soon.

    Absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Every time I come here, I'm stuck at the window for 15 to 20 minutes after I've already paid. And I'm only ordering a single meal! The place is empty, so I have no idea what's taking them so long.

    These guys are awesome not only did they not discriminate they were extremely friendly and helpful when I had to ask if I could plug in my electric chair cuz my battery was almost dead...these days for me and a few of my friends are experiencing hard times due too homelessness, not all of us are bad people but we do get treated that way... Thank you guys that was working on Sunday 4/24/23.

    Normally I love this place. Today I ordered a double beef n cheddar and the bun wasn't toasted (it was hard) and it definitely did not have enough meat on it to be a double. The fries were the type of greasy that has been sitting for a while. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had.

    Don’t be fooled, it might be the oldest Arby’s in Ogden area, but it’s the best. Best service and staff of any of them, obviously they don’t have a penny-pinching franchisee compared to the rest.

    I think there was something weird put in my sandwich. I thought it was strange when the drive-thru guy asked if I wanted my sandwich extra delicious. I assumed he was being enthusiastic about his job. But when I ate the sandwich, it tasted minty like someone put Icy Hot in it. It was gross. I hope they aren’t messing with people’s food.

    The food was good I guess the anju was cold and the building was cold and the windows need to be fixed the had wood boards on them and the building needs to add on bathrooms all the Arby's I been to all have bathsroom this one don't so make make all the food hot not cold and make the building warm and please add bathrooms thanks

    It’s fast food but the guys working here were really funny! Also rather than giving me old fries the made fresh ones and the upgraded my size since I waited for 3 minutes. Great team here!

    Always doing a fan of the regular roast beef Service is usually great unfortunately this time I did drive away without a straw and the marinara sauce for my cheese sticks but it was easier to drive around and come back and pick them up honest mistake we got to give them the benefit of the doubt once in awhile right?

    Slow, we had to remind staff about our order of a strawberry lemonade, jamocha shake and triple fudge cookies. I understand they had a new Trainee. Still seemed quite unorganized. Very friendly and courteous.

    Horrible service. Manager was completely rude. My little girl had to use the restroom and it was outside so he told the cashier to "deal with the orders and I will deal with her". Apparently he has to deal with customers instead of helping them. He told us to hurry because he couldn't leave a minor to touch the fryer. Really??? Food was hard and nasty and they were out of alot of product. Think twice before coming to this location. Total disappointment.

    We were in the drive thru for about 20 minuets total. The person handling the drive thru window seemed very impatient and in a hurry. Like we we're taking up this valuable time. The food was semi warm, however it tasted like its had been sitting for a whole. The price was outrageous but what isn't these days. I will never go to this location again.

    Im very disappointed I found a hair in my slider and the night crew was not very nice the manager was very rude when I took my food back… let me add that the doors were closed before closing time and I have been waiting on the line for about 19 minutes now!🤢and then the drive through worker has no customer service…. Very disappointed 😢

    I ordered meals online for myself and my family on the evening/closing shift april 27th, it came to $51.00 and 2 mins after ordering it there employees cancelled my order saying they didn't have the meals we wanted. So we drove over to the same arbys to reorder our food and the manager named Adam was very rude gave us no option but to get take out instead of sitting down to eat. We could hear them in the back saying that our order was the $51.00 order they just cancelled, so they couldn't close early. All the employees were rude and mad we came in. I cannot believe that they cancelled our order to close early! Then treat us like garbage when we can in and they had at least an hour before closing. One employee followed us to the door and watch us leave with scowl on his face as if to be intimidating towards me and my family. I love arbys food but the manager Adam and his night crew are absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude as well as attempting to be intimidating over three roast beef sandwiches nothing that was difficult to make when they have an hour before closing. They were also trying to rush out an elderly man finishing his meal in the dining room. I'll NEVER go back there especially on night shift, you need a new night crew and manager!

    This location has decent food and relatively clean dine in experience. The employees are about average in customer service but the wait time is the only true downfall of this place. Can be 20+ minutes of wait time during rush.

    Our normal store is the 4740 Harrison store (and this is only due to the fact they did well with the food.) Their service has always been quite unprofessional and rude at that store. Tonight was the last straw, so we decided to go to this Arby’s and oh my gosh, night and day service wise, these employees were extremely kind, sweet, the GM Alicia Arndt was an absolute sweetheart! And the freshness of their food is even BETTER than the Harrison store. Going forward we will ONLY be going to THIS arbys!!!

    Not only was the food fresh and delicious- the customer service was phenomenal! After leaving the drive-thru, we were driving away and at the light waiting to turn. A young man ran out to our car because they had forgotten to give us our mac and cheese. Thank you for taking care of your customers!!
