Order at 11:22 and got my drinks at 11:49. When I went to ask the barrista she said she had already made it. The other person saw that she did not make it so I waited for room temperature drinks

I absolutely love the variety of drinks you can get at Starbucks. The only down fall on this location is the fact that they have a very small variety of sugar free syrups. Besides that the staff is always friendly and they are always willing to give my dogs a pup-a-chino.

I drove around to different Starbucks in search of the Macadamian Cold Brew a sweet girl at this location told me they were gone for the year and listened to me wine and cry , and when I pulled up to get my order she surprised me with a drink that was just as good as the Macadamian cold brew . I wish I would have got her name . She had glasses on and was working the drive-through around 5:00 P.M., That is over the top customer service . I hope she gets recognized . Thank you so much , I'll be back to this location for sure !

5/19/2022 update: Still. Doing. It. No surprise. 4/15/2022 update:Same thing. I have already notified corperate prior to my last update. This tells me corperate doesn't care that they are doing it either. 3/3/2022 update: Not only are they still doing this, but learned they are doing this to lie to corperate about their times, at expense of customer satisfaction. I can't begin to explain the frustration with this location. They only let someone order when nobody is at the pick up window. They repeat your order over and over and ask if standard items on your order is still wanted, i.e. whip cream on a caramel brulee latte. They push food items on you. It takes forever yo get through the line because of all this. Absolutely hate this location.

Literally the worst Starbucks location. Multiple times a week they aren’t even open until after 7am - opening over 2 hours late should be unacceptable but it has been happening for months. No signs, nothing - they just let people sit and wait until someone comes to the window to tell them they aren’t open yet. They’re extremely rude about it as well - they act like you’re the problem for waiting to order.

The afternoon baristas are always so nice and the boy with the hat and glasses is alway handsome and kind. Coffee always tastes great and location is clean!

I don't normally like supporting Starbucks. But the oatmeal milk Expresso is amazing. They have a great product. But politics in business is annoying.

This place is busy! It was 2 in the afternoon and I was the 6th car in line, but the service was great, the girl who took my order was super polite and I really didn't have any complaints other than the long line which isn't really their fault. The line moved quick enough. I don't love spending $6 on a large coffee but it's an occasional treat.

Best Starbucks between Salt Lake City to Pleasant View. I come here everyday and Allie and Dessa make my drink perfect and always make my morning! All the people at this Starbucks put kindness first and it’s refreshing. Thank you❤️

Thank you for being open during quarantine! You guys are one of the few places I like to go to in general...and now I could still enjoy it even though a lot have closed around downtown :( not saying it's a bad thing I know why...but still thanks because I like the coffee and I still get to enjoy it ❤️

The staff here is so nice and patient! I honestly drive past 2-3 other Starbucks that are closer to my house so that I can come to this one. I have always had a great experience at this location and you can clearly see that the employees are truly kind and incredible people!

I love love love this place. I love the Green tea matches Frappuccino with 8 pumps of classic sweetener and TONS OF WHIP CREAM. YOU MUST TRY ITS SO DELICIOUS

Check out the little room with a door in the front. Best feature. Baristas are nice too.

I have lived up the street from this Starbucks for almost 8 years and have never gone. I had family in from out of town who asked for coffee so I decided to run to Starbucks for everyone. It was about 8:45 - 9:00 AM and the line wasn't long however, the way the drive-through is set up, I was backed up into the main road in the turning lane. Luckily, there wasn't much traffic so waiting in line in the turning lane didn't cause an issue but I could certainly see that it could be an issue depending on how many people were out driving that area. The service was really quick and they didn't mess up my order at all! The person who took my payment was super sweet & friendly ♡ The coffee was actually really good too!

Food isn't the best you can tell it was frozen. Drinks are definitely their specialty. Service is always outstanding!

A little bit of an attitude from the workers, and hardly shook my drink as if I did something wrong. The dining area inside and outside is nice.

I get home and the foam settles and this much coffee is missing ? Come on if I’m I am paying $6 plus for a coffee I want it filled to the top . They did refund it after calling but I shouldn’t be making that call .

Great location. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Avoid peak hours if you aren't comfortable with navigating tight turns. The parking lot and drive through can be tricky here.
