Area is a little sketchy, but they have great food for pretty cheap. Portions are big and it's made to order. Staff has always been very nice and happy to help. I usually get the bbq pulled pork or grilled chicken sandwich, but their burgers are really good too and the crispy fries are some of the best in the area.

My husband and I have eaten at Red Duck for years. They've had the best food around for the money. Today, April 19, he went in for lunch. None of the regular employees were there, the menu has changed and the food is terrible! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We won't go back!

These guys have the best food in ogden. I recommend their double bacon cheeseburger. You can even call ahead to order pick it up in 10 minutes. Don't let the outside fool you because they sell everything you need inside just ask. The staff has become like family when you go in there. Highly recommend this place.

The food is great especially for the price. The people behind the counter and nice and seem to enjoy being there. Neighborhood is sketchy but rents probably cheap so the food can be too.

Used to be great. I loved the fries and juicy burgers. I loved the prices. All that has changed. I just had a burger and fries for lunch. The burger size has gone down, the meat was over cooked on one side, red on the other. Fries were half fresh and hot, half under cooked to the point of snappy soggy potatoe... I mean down hill.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I just went in and got myself a pizza stick and a burrito. Both were not cooked all the way through and when I went back it to talk to the counter person I was told, well I cooked it and it was on the warmer. Would not even offer to microwave it or anything for me just argued that it was cooked and too bad. DO NOT EAT HERE! They use to be good but NOT ANYMORE!!!!! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Food is bad and service is atrocious and rude!!!! Ended up walking out and throwing it all away in the trash no refund no offer to make new food or even warm the food I bought up. Well NEVER be back!!!!

I went in to buy 2 packs of cigarettes, and I had a Marlboro coupon on my phone, from the app, and their store came up as being on their list so I could use it. The guy behind the counter wouldn't even tell me the address, he told me to go outside and look, so I could verify that it was the correct one on the app, and then he told me I couldn't even even use it unless it was paper, but they have an agreement with Marlboro that they can use mobile coupons, or else it wouldn't pull up that location.

Place has been in the same location for years. They just reopened one of those places to get a bag a chips and a drink etc.

Bought a defective item there. Went back 3 days later to exchange and was treated like dirt. Refused to make it right while admitting he sees me buying things there all the things me. Way too treat a loyal, never again, customer

Bought one (!) pack of cigarettes and they charged me $18! Didn't even realize it until I left. What the heck, man?
